" Sidra please calm down and stop trying to hit Sari, Sari stop making faces." Kishi sighed as she tried hopelessly to reprimand the twins. As babies they really didn't understand more than her tone and even then they seemed disinclined to listen. Kishi wondered if she had been this difficult when she was a baby.

The twins were seated in High chairs provided by the food court. they were next to once another for convenience sake but apparently that had been a bad choice since they seemed determined to try and annoy each. Kishi was trying desperately to keep an eye on them while looking Art and her mother. They were supposed to meet up today and wander the mall.

The crowds were horrible, but what did Ari expect? Art was in a stroller, capable of walking, just not for such a long distance. "Art do you see them?" Ari asked, knowing the child would have worse luck than she.

She didn't mean for much to come from such a simple question, but as they neared the food court Art jumped out of the stroller and took off.

"Art! Artemis!" Ari all but yelled, afraid to draw attention to herself.

She quickly collapsed the stroller and carried it as she wove threw the crowds after her daughter, when in the world was she headed?

Kishi was about to scold Sari for attempting to gum Sidra's wing when she heard Ari's voice. The crowd in the food court was Noisy but she could make out that the woman was calling for Artemis. Concerned she stood to look for the toddler still keeping an eye on the twins.

Malls weren't horribly bad places for young kids but they shouldn't ever wander them alone.

Art ran foreword and leaped at Kishi's legs, grabbing onto them as if for her dear life, "Tag it!" She shouted before she began to giggle. Ari followed shortly after, with far less energy...

"Kishi." Ari smiled, "Glad to.... see you." she spoke between catching her breath.

"Kishi kishi kishi ki-- who they?" Art pointed at the two children in the high chairs, curious as to who the new people were...

Despite Art's tackles Kishi's training allowed her to keep her balance though she had to admit that had art been older and heavier she certainly would have gone for a tumble. Artemis may not have meant anything by it but she had a good grip and nice aim.

It? she wondered, since when were they playing tag.

Before she could ask , Ari arrived " It's good to see you too, you look like you could use another work vacation."

Looking Down at Artemis Kishi smiled and let a bit of pride shine in her eyes " That's Sidra on the left and Sari on the right, they're my children, i got them from a very special necklace sort of like How we came from our wands." Ah the twins were her pride and joy even if parenting was still something that was often times confusing.

Art ran behind the girl to look at her long fire like hair. "pwetty..." She cooed.

Ari sat down, "Oh no," she told Kishi, "My work vacations aren't vacations... I need a flat out vacation. She has so much energy that its hard to keep up. I was thinking of getting her into dancing or something here soon."

Sidra wriggled at the attention and smiled. Her violet eyes trained on the stranger before her.

"ee" Offended by the favoritism being shown Sari flapped her tiny wings and smacked her hand in the high chair. Clearly this person did not know who to pay attention to.

Kishi nodded " I know how you feel and I don't even have a job job yet just mother, but I have to say that it's really hard and so confusing and do you ever worry? i mean i've my father but we're moving seperately now and I'll have Raven at my new place and she's a mother but i worry that I'll do one thign wrong and it'll all just blow up in my face and they'll get hurt." Kishi hadn't meant to babble but she had needed to get those feelings off her chest and they had just come out.

" But um yeah dancing would be cool, do you know what style?"

"All of them?" Ari answered honestly, smiling. "She has that much energy." Ari shook her head, "And yes, you worry constantly." she chuckled.

Art, to prove her energy, or just because, climbed up onto the table to sit in front of the two babies. She grabbed each of their hands and began to swing them while giggling.

"So," Ari continued, "what store do you want to browse first kishi?"

Kishi laughed a bit " Yeah we tend to run on invisible batteries when we're young." Kishi didn't much remember her toddlerhood but she knew that as a child she had been a bit of a terror and that it had taken a lot to wear her down.

The twins surprised both looked at Art before giving the girl identical smiles.

Kishi eyed the trio and just shook her head amused " To be young and carefree." Kishi missed those times desperately, she truly missed the innocence of not really knowing the hardships of life. True there was freedom with age but it came with it's own burdens that could not be ignored.

"hmm, I'm not sure, there's one of those stuffed animal making stores at the one end of the mall but they tend to take a while to complete, Kid's clothes store maybe? My dad and some friends bought me thigns for the twins but they just won't stop growing and it's not even like big growths like we wand kids have they just keep getting bigger and " she shook her head " kids clothes makers must make a ton of money."

"Lets go to the kids store first, its closer and if necessary we can tempt the little ones into leaving easier with the prospects of making toys." Ari smiled before standing up again. "What do you think Art? want to go see what pretty clothes the shops got?"

Art nodded and smiled at the kids, muttering something to which she giggled at.

"Don't you sometimes wonder if they are plotting against you when they are in groups?" Ari jokingly asked Kishi.

Kishi snickered as he lifted the twins and placed them in harness,Sari in front and Sidra in back, the reverse of how they'd arrived to the mall. Keeping track of such things was a hassle but the twins demanded equal time in the front. " If i recall correctly when I was younger I always assumed any group of adults talking was planning something that would make us kids miserable.
I wouldn't be surprised though if there's a child revolution going on and we don't know about it. " it was always off for kishi to seperate herself from the younger generation."

Ari looked at Art who sat sweetly back in her stroller once it was unfolded again. "I wonder..." Ari began to laugh, "Nah. So...." Ari started, "Where are we going, I've never been here before..."

Art looked over at the twins smiling, She anticipated a great race...

"Generation gap" Kishi replied it's for mainly humanoids but had clothes for those with wings or tails, it's mean for kids twelve and under and the selection is pretty good. Dad used to take me there all the time." Heck until her latest growth she while disliking clothes shopping had enjoyed their trips to that very store. It had given her a chance to work on her hypnosis as well as just to talk to him and have his undivided attention.

She wondered what sort of things would lead to those moments for her with the twins.

Both Sidra and Sari wiggles the fingers on one hand in Art's direction.

"Well," Ari pulled out her map of the mall awkwardly, not trusting her sight in such a crowded building. She turned it multiple times before she finally got it in the right position, she thought. "We will need to head..." She looked up and pointed to her right, "That direction."

As her stroller started to move Art giggled, at this pace she'd have a head start on the interesting twins.

Kishi nodded and began walking after a thought she looked over at ari " mm what would you think about letting them go to the pet store later. I'm not gonna buy them anything yet, they are waay too young but it would be a good chance to see what they like."
