There is a small village of riders that is carved in the canyon rock. It is a calm and peaceful place under the protection of the Blue Griffin Clan's leader. An old inn and tavern sits off to the side. It is as peaceful as the village and no one there is surprised at what comes and goes, as it has an unusual line of customers come in regularly.

Gaian Name: Halem RP Name: Auburn Age: unknown Species: Demon with cool elf pointed ears Description/picture:  History: She lost her memory in what she was told a battle. She does not know her age but she looks to be around 17 or 18. She wanders around, seeing if anyone knows who she is. She walks around with a black and gray wolf the size of an adult horse, the one who told her her name and told her she was a warrior. Companion: Daren a giant black and gray wolf who can everynow and then turn into a man. Other: She is a Wolf rider, riding on what seems to be the last Wolf who can have a rider. She uses a sword and has some magic ability.

Gaian Name: acdc73 RP Name: Nari Age: 350(looks as though he's 24) Species: Elf Description/picture:  History: He was born in a secret Elven base to the north known as Ellesmera, the Elven capital. He was paired with his dragon Glaedr and trained in the ways of the Riders. He was the most gifted magic user in the city of Ellesmera, no small feat whatsoever.He fleed from the Dwarven War by a decree from Queen herself. As long as there was a powerful rider, the legacy of Elves and Dragons would live on. Companion: Glaedr, his large saphire dragon, they are the last of the Rider and dragon pairs. Other: He is an Elf that is extremely gifted in magic use and is a very skilled dragon rider. His dragon Glaedr is as old as he is and they were united at birth. Glaedr is the great grandson of the original dragon Glaedr. He is for so named.

Nari and Glaedr were landing through an opening in the trees, Glaedr's wind pressure from his wings raising much dust in teh air. It swirled around as they landed. He jumped off his azure dragon and patted the giant beast. He said though there mental link, "You must try and raise less dust Bjartskular"(brightscales). "I do the best I can Nari-Finiarel."
He nodded and walked over to the dorr and said,"Thrysta" to open teh door quicker and walked in. He saw Bellashiel and put two fingers to his lips saying,"Atra esterni ono thelduin, Bellashiel-Elda"

(lol I am surprised with you, did you actually remember the elven langauge from Eragon or did you have the book at your side?)
As Auburn rode on Daren's back through the trees she felt a breeze pick up but noted it as something odd. As if Daren were reading her thoughts he spoke in his strong voice only a wolven rider could understand, "I smell a dragon..."
Auburn nodded," yes, I sense it. The dragon is not too far in front. Just keep your distance, Daren.." And soon they spotted the dragon. Daren gave a growl at it before leaping towards the door of the inn and allowed Auburn to get off.

(i sorta memorized it graqdually and not on purpose. I reqad the two books one right after the other and it just came gradually)
Nari sensed hostility and tension towards Glaedr, and jumped out the door and yelled,"Thrysta Vindr!" and threw back the wolf with a powerful ball of compressed air, knocking him back 20 feet. Glaedr growled and came to Nari's side.

Auburn had jumped infront of the attack and instead of Daren flying back she did and slammed against a tree. She gasped quietly since the air had been knocked out of her but she stood up and slowly made her way to Daren who came running towards her. "Please.. Daren meant no harm.. don't hurt him..." her voice was quiet and seemed to have been pleading. "He won't hurt any one..."
Daren got into a puncing position and growled loudly at Nari and barked out (literally barked out since no one else can understand him except for the other animals) "How dare you harm Auburn! what a foolish boy, harming a girl who already has a concusion!" "Shush Daren! I'm fine!"

Nari looked at Auburn and said to the wolf in a mental link he shared with all beings,"I'm sorry to have hurt your friend. I sensed malice against Glaedr and thought it was one of my own race sent out to kill him. Some of the elves went to the side of teh dwarves during the war and seek out us riders. They want to kill us, and finally end the time of the Riders forever. I was only protecting my life companion." He bowed to the wolf and said to Auburn,"I am sorry to have hurt you, I only wanted to protect my dragon Glaedr. I care for him and we are the last of our kind." He put two fingers to his lip and said,"Atra esterni ono thelduin, mor'ranr lifa unin hjarta onr, un du evarinya ono varda." He walked over to her, and examined her pains from the attack. There were a few scratches, bruises, and a broken bone in her arm, some of it protruding through the skin. He cliced his tongue, sad tha the had done this damage to someone who meant no harm. He told her to lay back and said,"Waise Heill" and healed the scratches and bruises."I'm going to have to push the bone back in your skin and heal it so get ready for some pain." He pushed on the bone anbd pushed a little too hard, one problem with elves being super strong. He wincedas he felt her pain for right now, they were connected. He then said,"Waise Heill" and mended the bone.

Auburn had bit her lip when he pushed the bone back into place and Daren has started to growl lowly again. But when he finished healing the wounds she smiled up at him." I think I know how you feel... Daren says that me and him are the only kind of my people too... and I guess it is true since you don't see a girl riding on a giants wolfs back every day..." her voice was still quiet. Daren used his tail to push Nari away and getly wrap around Auburn and pulled her close. She gave a small smile, "I'm Auburn..and Daren growls at anything that he does not see every day.."

Nari looked up at Aiedel the morning star and said,"We elves are small in number nowadays. Glaedr and I are the last Rider and dragon pair. There might be a female egg somewhere, but for now, we must wait." he looked back down at her and said,"So, this is Daren? And you are Auburn? Nice to meet you both. This is Glaedr the great grandson of teh ancient Golden Glaedr and Saphira Bjartskular. He is fore so named. And I am Nari. The son of Eragon Shadeslayer and Queen Arya."

Auburn smiled slightly and offere dher hand in a shake," I..I am sorry. I am sure I have known of whom you talk about but Daren said I had gotten hit by something before and I can't remember anything of the past.. But royalty, that is amazing.. an honor to meet you, "she started to bow but Draen placed a paw under her and made her stand up straight again "You have no need to bow to him. He harmed you and even if he is of royal blood he does not deserve a bow from you..."
"Daren I'm fine now, no need to worry of the past. What was done is done." She smiled up at Nari, "Daren is very... stubborn. He does not mean half of what he says."

"It is alright. I have met many who are like so. And I consider myself not of royalty. I am a servant to my mother and queen. I have sworn my fealty to her and carry the mark that working for teh queen brings. My mother has the same mark from when she served Queen Islanzadi, my grandmother." he stared at the hand she had held out not knowing what she was doing "Pardon, Auburn-Elda, but what am I supposed to do with that? Is it some odd greeting? For in Alagaesia, this is not a custom. What Elves and Riders do is this" he put two fingers tohis lips and said,"Atra esterni ono thelduin. What you would say in reply would be Mor'ranr lifa uninhjarta onr. An as an end reply i would say Un du evarunya ono varda. That is an Elven greeting that I am accustomed to."
"Nari, the wolf is bullheaded and ignorant for a magical being. I refuse to give him any respect whatsoever."
"Glaedr, he deserves it. He only wants to protect Auburn as you and i wish to protect eachother"
Glaedr growled at Auburn and it made Nari chuckle a little bit, he tried hiding it and failed miserably.

Auburn gave a quiet giggle. She placed her fingers to her lips and repeated what Nari had said what she should say in response to him. "it is a hand shake.. I guess that is what me and the people I use to be with use to do. Yes, it is a greeting but I think it would be easier to remember than the elven language. At least for me it is."
Daren got even closer to Auburn as he heard Glaedr growl, and he gave a quiet bark at the dragon as well. When he felt Auburn's hand rest ontop of his head he stopped and just laid down. You should not talk to strangers, Auburn... especially ones with vile creatures such as dragons at their sides. Daren knew about the language the boy spoke.
