Lucky me (I think).
I didn't have to deal with the bleeding, ripped hymen issue when I lost my virginity.
I mean, it hurt, but not like THAT.
It only now occured to me, though, how odd that was.
I was a major tomboy as a kid, so maybe I accidentally ripped it back then.
Nothing had ever entered my v****a before that though.
Only fingers.
And that never hurt like something was being ripped.
So here's my question...
How bad does it hurt to tear a hymen?
I just don't know how I could've done it by accident....
So I want to know how traumatic it SHOULD'VE been

I actually had the same thing. For the first few times, I kept being like, wtf? Why am I not bleeding? Why doesn't this feel like there's a knife up there? But then I was like, Ooooh. Because it's probably already been ripped... And, like you, I have absolutely no idea what I could have done to tear it prematurely. But I'm not necessarily complaining, either...

well, if you were a tomboy when you were a kid, it's possible you broke it then. did you ever ride a horse? I bet riding a bike a lot could do it too.

Sometimes it doesn't break at all, it stretches. It is different with different girls: some really rip and hurt a lot, some rip a little and don't hurt as much and some actually stretch

ok i know about this bc of health class. a hyman is just a little membrane most people are born with but some are born w/o it and when it gets ripped you can even feel it. also its VERY easy to break like rideing on a bike can break it and useing a tampon will definatly break it

Many girls who ride horses, do splits, and other activities like that can easily stretch or even rip the hyeman. You are just fine and normal. And you are very lucky. But just being flexible and stretching might have slowly stretched it out.
Do you want to know how dramatic it should have been? To me it was horrible. I am still thankful he was a small all around. True, I wasn't as aroused as I shoul dhave been, I wasn't relaxed as I should have been but I was a virgin and he said he knew what he was doing. Liar... But be happy. ^^

No, I'm with a REALLY sweet guy who is just awesome in every way. He took care of me today and I was really sick. >< Oh well. The other guy took all of 3 minutes and I was freeeeeeee. I liked the closeness and that is all. But now, oh it is so much better. <3<3<3<3<3 I'm more confident and I can actually talk and not be afraid of being alone. I'm not afraid of having my heart broken. I can have a real conversation and not feel like an idiot.

A tampon won't necessarily rip a hymen. They are made so that that won't happen. Plus tampons are really thin. Thinner then an erect p***s. I know a tampon didn't rip my hymen....

If women go to a gynecologist before their first time, it is not uncommon for the doctor to break the hymen for the purposes of making their work easier. Unpleasant, but true.
