The original Japanese word, "Shin shin gyou hou no monsyou" literally translates to, "True divine transportation method rune," and is based on an actual item used in the original story, the Water Margin. Konami has confirmed this rune to be a normal support rune.

I don't think the Blinking Rune or the Charm Rune has been listed as True Runes.
And I'm pretty sure the Eightfold Rune is only currently just speculated as a True Rune.

I think Binking and Charm are true runes what else explains Viki and Jeane being in every game they would have to be a few hundred years old lol.. redface

Darkness Wizard I don't think the Blinking Rune or the Charm Rune has been listed as True Runes. And I'm pretty sure the Eightfold Rune is only currently just speculated as a True Rune. I doubt it's just speculation.

Oh and it's been confirmed by Konami that Jeane does not have a True Rune and her agelessness does not come from a True Rune. Various topics on the Suikosource forums have stated this.
Viki could hold a True Rune, but there is no evidence that the Blinking Rune itself is a TR. Her apparent agelessness could be just from her teleporting everywhere.

Oh. Your forgot to add someone else for the Rune of Punishment who was one of the past bearers. I can't remember his name but he was Kika's ex boyfriend. He had it and then it p[assed onto Brandeau.

Jeane ages i believe it was said in one game that all her family look alike or she might just be inhuman remember the scene in three there is no true rune on her body found that out in the bath tub with her and tinto girl also viki might or might not have a true rune she might just be so dense that she travels throught time like nothing
