Uhh... what bus?
I don't remember what they said in the Japanese, but my friend wanted to watch the rest of E7 dubbed, and I was re-watching it for a bit when I noticed that Sakuya said something like 'The bus will leave soon.'
And in Acperience 2, Eureka said something like 'I have to find my book or the bus will leave without me.'
Is it a metaphor or... IS THERE A REAL BUS?!

I think they're referring to something else. I'm not sure exactly what it would be though....Maybe something with the scub corals. I'd have to go and rewatch the episodes in order to understand it all.
It's probably something that can be solved with context clues. Try to think about anything that could be referred to in that way. Like....when did Sakuya say it? Maybe it's because the plan of Dewey's. Like.....Asperience 01was when Eureka went back into the scubs right? Well, when she did that she was giving up in a way, meaning that Dewey would've won if Eureka didn't get saved by Renton.

It was actually Acperience 2 when Eureka got absorbed into the scub. Acperience 1 was when they fought Anemone for the first time and Renton had that trippy dream with the toilets and naked anemones... >.>;;;;

I actually meant to write "Asperience 02" but I wrote "01" on accident. I know what's what, because I've rewatched episode 12 (Asperience 01) soooooo many times just for the Anemone goodness. >>
Well, maybe someone else can provide the crackpot theory I can usually...

It is a metaphor, but it means something important to the show.

It's a metaphor used in the series to basically say that their time is up and they must return home.
The 'bus' is the symbol of transportation that they use for this saying.
