I'd go with the first one, the second one seems to have bad reviews. I have a Red Octane wireless. It's GREAT nothing has broken on it. The whammy and buttons work great. I never loose the connection. I can play from like 2 rooms over, lol. I've had it since the second game came out and I play ALOT and I've only had to replace the batteries one time. smile

Definately buy a wireless guitar. It's so much easier not worring about cords getting in the way. I bought a react rocker. If I had the choose I would have went with something different. It feels very cheap and plasticy. The batery cover and batteries have fallen out on me numerous times. The strum bar randomly get stuck. The buttons are farther out than a normal guitar. The tilt function doesn't work worth a s**t. The only thing I like about it is that the buttons are closer to the strum bar than the normal GH guitar. I'm a shorter guy and it just feels better that way.

i went to gamestop and they had first one but it was for 59.99, sad im going to have to buy it online

i went to anther gamestop and they had it for 39.99 biggrin and i got it so now im wireless. surprised i can play from the other room biggrin

Sweet. Good to hear it! biggrin We have 3 (my brother has two and I have one) wireless controllers and a regular wired one. We gave the wired one to my son and he thinks he's playing.
