Plot- This is a city of the Neko!! The girls, the boys, the malls, the movie theaters, the games, the hotels, the....well, you get the point. Toni, is turning 16 adn she yet has not had a boyfriend. When she finds out someone likes her, she goes away. When she ends up liking someone, she goes away also. She wants to find the guy, that makes her go toward him.

"Opheilia look over at the hotdog stand. There's Toni. But who's the guy she's with?" Sarah asked her. Opheilia looked over at the stand. "I don't know but let's get some new clothes." she said. Soon they left the store with Opheilia wearing a gray jeans and a long black Green Day hoodie and Sarah wearing a black skirt and a white Cascada shirt. "I'm bored." Opheilia told her. "Then let's go talk to Toni." she said and started walkinh toward her.
