so i got all 4 wisdom teeth removed. i got to say the 4 hour long surgery was painful and being as i'm in the military i didn't get much down time. who else has had theirs removed?

I got mine out in febuary.
I was alseep during the whole thing though.
But the recovery was a b***h and it left me without feeling in part of my tongue.

I have one of mine removed. They gonna remove the other three. My next appointment is on July 10th. Anyway, it is not painful during the surgery, but after the drug's effect wore off, it started to be painful.
So you tell me that they took all four of them at one time? Scary...

They took all four of mine at once too. Stay away from solid foods for a while. Hummus is going to be your very best friend ever. It's high energy food that won't hurt your mouth.
Put lots of ice on our outer jaw, and take whatever medicine they gave you. If they gave you antibiotics, make sure you take ALL of them, even if you feel okay.
