Ah the night life.
Aurora's arms and wings both spread wide behind her as she inhaled deeply the smell of spring.
Her usual city life was so noisy and toxic, but this place seemed so much more... calming and relaxed. Glancing over her shoulder, she gazed at the vacation house her mother had chosen. I'll be back before she wakes up... she thought to herself, turning back and staring out at the big bright moon. Noiselessly, she folded her wings around herself-- still unused to being alone-- and walked with a clip and a clat down the cobblestone sidewalk.

Ezhno, God of Loneliness, had done a very bad thing. Not only had he snuck out of his room, he'd done it at night and had even gone as far as to sneak off ship. Why had he done this? He wasn't sure... Dia was off ship, so what was the big deal?
His mom was still in frantic mode over the new baby and wouldn't miss him for a few hours. He just wanted to see what life was like outside of his stupid room.
The boy wandered down the streets, purely amazed by everything he saw. People, cars, cats, and dogs. He wondered if he could bring and animal onto the ship and keep it. Then he could make friends with it and he wouldn't be so bored all the time.
His violet eyes lifted when he sensed another person in front of him. Play it cool... She doesn't even know who you are... Stooping down, he picked up a beetle and sat down on a nearby bench. For some reason he felt as though he should know her...

It had been too long since this demonic goddess last snuck out... The outside world seemed so much more friendly and inviting when you weren't running getting run over by those nasty motorized vehicles. And yet, every time-- without fail-- that one such car would happen to pass, she took no chances and dove into the bushes beside the street. Thus, it wasn't such a stretch to imagine this happening again not far from the other young deity.
After the cobalt colored machine had passed, the young woman's head emerged from the leafy greens-- many of them having gotten caught on her horns. Apparently the coming of night had dulled her sense of observance as she had not yet noticed the boy who sat not three feet away from her.

Ezzie put down his insect and peered over at the woman. He frowned and was immediately over and offering his hand to her. "Are you alright?" He questioned using his other hand to pluck a leaf from her horns. "Did you fall?" He gave her a quick once over to make sure she wasn't wounded. Ezhno looked considerate for a moment then tried to read her to see if she was lonely. He didn't know if he could do it yet but he was already catching wisps of when people were so maybe...

Aurora's eyes widened a bit. Oh no, she was spotted!! This couldn't be good. Quickly, she pulled back from him and toppled from the bushes. It didn't take a god to realize that this particular child was inequipped with the social skills required for human (or Tisoni, in this case) interaction.
"I--I--... I'm fine..!!" she stammered nervously, crawling back away from the stranger. As one hand after the other pushed back on the ground, she failed to notice a broken bottle that lay in pieces behind her.
Not only was she lonely, she was terrified.

"Wait!" He called trying to stop her. It took a second to see the bottle but once he did he quickly went into action. The God tackled her side ways, away from the broken shards, wincing as one caught his leg. He stared down at her, panting from the sudden leap. "Are... you alright? You almost got cut..."

She cowered under him, stareing up into his gentle eyes.
"I.... I..."
Looking down to see what he was talking about, she gawked at the sight. "You're bleeding...!" she gasped, gently pushing him off her. Quickly, she rolled him back against the ground and knelt at his feet. It was hard, of course, but somehow she managed to undo the bow from behind her and remove entirely the ribbon from around her waist. As the general consensus seemed to be, A mother's spit could clean all. While Aurora was not yet a mother, the rule still applied as she spat into the ribbon. Weather it was met with protest or praise, she rubbed clean the boys leg and tied tight the red ribbon-- as she had no bandages at the moment. Perhaps she wasn't as useless as before thought?

He let out a small cry of protest and pain when she began to touch the area. His cut was fairly deep and bleeding, staining the ribbon a dark red. The God sat himself up and looked at the girl that was attempting to help him. "... Its alright.... I'll be fine, its just a little cut. My dad's a doctor..." He smiled at the girl and tried to flex his leg, ending up with a jolt of pain. "Who are you...?"

Cringing at the sight of this pain, she stayed kneeling before him. "Aurora. And I'm sorry... You're hurt because of my idiocy." she mumbled, chewing on her thumbnail nervously. Her eyes lowered and her wings tightened protectively around her, only glancing up at him briefly from time to time. She wasn't normally this insecure, of course. It just seemed that the circumstances around her insisted on being difficult.

"It was a simple mistake..." The boy corrected with a soft smile. "Don't worry about it... Butterfly-er my dad will stitch it up in no time." As he said this he examined his leg and pressed his fingers around it.
One he had an idea of how bad it was he reached up and plucked a leaf from one of her horns. "You must be a Goddess..." No pick up line intended. "My name's Ezhno but everyone just calls me Ezzie..."

Aurora was quiet. The way her mother spoke, it sounded like almost no one knew about the re-birthing.. and yet every outside she'd ever met had known exactly what she was. Was her mother wrong...? No, that couldn't be right. Quickly, she shook the idea from her head-- the rest of the leaves falling from her hair with this action. "I'm... I'm happy to meet you, Ezzie-tan. "

"I'm happy to meet you too... I'm the God of Loneliness. What are you the Goddess of?" He stood up carefully, attempting to put pressure on his leg. This failed and in seconds he was down again. He closed his eyes and panted, trying to stand again. "Man... how stupid could someone be leaving broken glass in the middle of everything?"

Aurora knelt down beside him and gently took his hand. While pulling his arm around her broad shoulders, she gave a meek reply. "Mom told me that people on the outside are careless... She says that's why people get hurt. It looks like she was right..." Standing straight, she put an arm around his waist-- giving him the support he so desperately needed. Completely glossing over the first question; mostly due to the fact that she honestly didn't know what she was in control of; just tried to be helpful. "Where do you live..? You should go home before it gets any worse."

He felt his face heat up when he noted how close they were to each other. "Oh... What's an outsider?" He asked then frowned looking toward the sky. "Well... I sort of... don't know how to get home. I don't know how to get back on the ship."
He gave her a shy smile. "My leg will be alright... I just wish I knew how to call my mom..."

She gave a shot glance at him, just observing him in the moonlight, And fallowed his gaze towards the stars. She too, gave a small smile at the heavens. They seemed so much brighter here then out her apartment window, back in the city.
Tick...
And then it occurred to her.
Ding!
"Ship... You mean the Samadueanna? You must know Dia, then." Her face seemed to light up at the mention of her friend. Little did she know, that reaction towards another's name may not have been the best move on her part.
