Also, most of them are black and white/minimal color because they're from Corundum's BBS log here. I adore Corundum's KuroFai art most out of any I've found, so I thought sharing those would be fine.

I read in the first(or possibly second I cant remember) that Fai's nicknames for Kuro-chan are something that high school girls would give themselves, or something that other guys would give to cute high school girls. So I thought, at that point, that Fai might think of Kuro-rin as a cute high school girl. Which is when I thought that someone with more artistic skills than a 10 year old should draw it.

Yeah, I know that in the Del Ray manga, it's explained that the nicknames are somewhat like the use of '-chan' added onto a name, and therefore is used in a way to treat another person 'cutely', or in a teasing manner, but basically have no meaning (except for the 'puppy' ones and such). Fai also explains he uses these for fun (this happens during his talk with Yuuko in the Acid Tokyo arc if you follow the manga), and that they've also made him feel attached to Kuro. And, well... if you read on, he stops using them for awhile. :{ But it's all good in the end.

There's probably some wacky fan-art out there pertaining to the names anyhow. x] I've seen a few on deviantART for sure~.
