What can we add to the guild to make it better? We need everyones input!

I was thinking of.. "Guild member of the month or Week." Maybe week will be better. ^^
It will be like.. someone that chats a lot and helps the mods around.
For example, a person who posts regularly/kept the guild active, had invited members, contacts mods when someone is misbehaving, etc.
They can get some sort of prize.. like, art from mods or something. :D

I dunno, whoever is willing to draw a comic. <3
Do you think we have too many stickies and announcements? If anything, I say we combine some of them. Since we'll have to add the comic and member of the month.. + other ideas as one.
