Anyone have easy song tabs for a beginner to pick up on. I just started playing, and all the tabs I looked up are too hard to play. It would help if you can get me some guitar tabs to get me started.

Starting out with learning leads is going to be a tough slog. You have to start by taking it really really really really slow. Learn the passage first, then bring it up to speed. There's too many guitar players who try to play whatever too fast right off the bat. You just can't do this and expect quick results.

Hey, thanks! I really need nice, easy songs as well, with moderate tabs to start with, since I already know the easier chords.
I could suggest "leaving on a Jet Plane" by John Denver. Quite a long song, but full of begining chords. A few minor chords like Am and Dm, but easy ones too like G7, C. F and so on. In fact, the hardest chord would be Dm.
A slightly harder song (full of minor chords) would be the Scorpions' "Winds of Change". However, it is the easier minor chords like Am, some Dm, Am7, nothing too hard to handle. However, you could wait til you have more experience before tackling the solos and begining and middle riffs.

I would recommend DLN by the GazettE (a japanese band).
When you hear it, it sounds complicated but it's not as hard as it seems. I've only been playing for about 6 months and I have it down. The hardest part is the intro which needs to be done fast, but it helps with string skipping and sweep picking...? I think is what it's called.
And over half the song (about 4 minutes out of a 6 minute song) is 3 chords...! Easy stuff...

Before you learn anything.
Learn your basic major and minor scales, the power chords, the regular chords

RHCP is pretty easy stuff. Any thing off the callifornication album is great stuff for beginners. Though seriously you should say what music you're into and we could be more helpful.
