In Clerks 2, Randal explains "initiations" week to Elias, and thusly, Pickle ********. Anyone ever wonder what kind of torment he and Dante might have been thrown into?

The same thought, Silent Bob grew up there. Jay grew up there. Brodie, TS, Holden... How about them? I mean, maybe they didn't all go to the same high school and stuff, but if they did, what were their initiations?

Anyone got any ideas as to what initiations they might have suffered?
I thought it might be funny to see what kind of torturous ideas you could come up with and place our beloved Jersey guys in.

I don't suppose that Jay and Silent Bob went to high school...

I could be wrong though lol

but I think he gave two examples before that might have been the hazing techniques used on them.

I'll watch again to make sure.

I'm ripping the dvd to computer now, but yeah.
He says "They'd stuff us into lockers or throw us into the girls shower room naked." But, those might have just been things he'd heard about happening. What if his and Dante's initiations were so harrowing, they didn't like to randomly talk about them?
And Jay in high school makes me giggle, but I can just imagine him ditching out of classes nonstop to go hang out with Bob, while Bob (for a while at least) actually WENT to class, and got completely exasperated with the loud mouthed little brat following him from class to class. Hehe.

I think too much sometimes.

Dante and Randall strike me as guys that would come across as cool enough to get the lighter end of hazings. The computer guy *is not using his nickname* probably came across as someone fun to do something like that to. As for Jay, he either just made it out of there or flunked out. Silent Bob probably finished discreetely.

It is my opinion also that if Silent Bob was at a school that employed hazing that he got skipped over because of how little attention he draws to himself normally. *shrugs* I dunno, just my thoughts.

Yeah, I see Bob getting passed up, either because he's unnoticeable, or because he's intimidating. Jay would have made it to high school, but never through I think. LoL

Yeah, Dante might get it harder than Randal, just coz it's Dante. I almost see Randal smooth-talking his way out of initiations, just because he tends to confuse the hell out of people when he talks and scares a lot of people. (For example: "Do you know how much money the average j**z-mopper makes?")

Dante would whine just enough to get it worse then if he had just shut up. Could definitely see that. Randall....yeah...who knows the things that come out of his mouth defy logic almost all of the time. Actually, knowing Randall he probably HELPED during hazings to get the other kids because of how much he likes to mess with people on varying levels.

HAHAHAHA! I bet he's the one who came up with the idea for pickle... Lance Dowds.

I would feel bad for Lance if he wasn't such a jerk, though I would suspect part of that comes from the whole Highschool stuff...still a Jerk in the movie, he would so steal Elias' ideas.

As much as I love Jason Lee, he did play a pretty big jackass for Clerks 2. It's the mustache, I think. LoL, but yes, he'd steal Elias' ideas, for sure. And he was turned into a jerk as a product of the initiation thing.

I don't know, I still maintain that he was a jackass pre initiation but it only got magnified because of. Further, I agree, it is the mustache, it screamed chauvanist narcissist.

Then again, Jason Lee is always playing characters that have a somewhat arrogant air to them. Even Brodie and Banky had some "whatever" attitude to them. Still, Lance Dowds was way beyond a*****e. Yeah, he probably was one before the initiaions.

Cue the music! haha, Even with his "whatever" characters they were still likeable. Lance...not so much, but then again it was also more of a cameo appearance thing then Banky or Brodie. Also, can't forget him as a Demon, that was fun too. I think they made a good choice picking him as the voice for Underdog, it just fits IMO.

Clerks II was a great movie, with the exception of a scene towrds the end where it gets a little..."gay" if you will. Where Randall's all like "I love ya, man." Touchy-feely, I know, but still...too dramatic for me...

KAH! That's my favorite scene in the entire movie.... But that might be because I'm a huge Randal fan (my username is based off him, you know, how Randal wrangles.... outta Quick Stop?) and that scene brought him to life for me.
I mean, it showed that Randal is more than just a sarcastic twit and he does have emotions, very real emotions, and feelings that can be devestated like any other human being. The end speech in the first Clerks did the same thing, but it did it with anger rather than fear, love and sadness.

How is that gay compared to Jay dancing nakid with his "little Jay" tucked back xD

Kevin's lovey dovey, can you blame him. He married the woman of his dreams and makes money doing what he loves. Plus his adores that little girl to death. Just watching the evening movies with him you can tell he's a bloody romantic it's cute. Let him put sentamental goodness in his stuff.
