Ellie arrived at the beeach, and let herself into a freefall to the sandy dune beneath her. Standing up, and dusting off a little, she walked to the water's edge, sighing softly. So, so perfect.. Nothing was better than listening to its waves.. sitting in its sand. Ellie collapsed into a dry pile of sand, just off of the outerlimits of wet sand.

Who should already be at the beach, but Baizou. He really had no idea that she would be here, so he just sat under the closest palm with his knees pulled up to his chin. He was obviously there to relax in the sunlight.

When she'd thought she'd feel more distant from her husband here, she actually felt closer. Was he here?" she had no idea. She took off her shirt, and pants, to bask in the sun. It was still gorgeous outside, and she'd take advantage of it. Laying down on her stomach, against the warm sand, she was glad that she'd been wearing her bathing suit underneath her clothing. With a sigh, she reached and pulled her hair off of her back, and her wings folded up neatly, shrinking in size, back against her shoulderblades. The married woman's already tan body shone healthily in the sun, as she sang a soft song.

Baizou watched her for a few moments as he rolled up his pant legs. He smiled and buried his feet in the sand. She would be embarrassed for a few minutes, but he didn't want her to sing and think she was alone. "That is beautiful, Ellie." He said, resting his arms above his head as he leaned against the tree.

"Thank you, love." she replied, of course, ceasing to sing. She buried her chin into the sand, and let her breathing be the only sound herself to make. "Join me?" she asked, her hand extending, and making circles in the sand next to her.

Baizou perked his ears and stood up, pulling his shirt off as he made his way over to her. He laid it to the side and sat down beside her, swaying his tail in the sand behind him, "Did you find something to cheer you up?"

"Yes. But your talking is ruining it, dear." she said, with a small laugh. The tip of her wing hit him playfully, before just moving up and down his back. "I am fine, Baizou. You are forgetful sometimes, and it is.. human. Or... Whatever." she said, with antoher small laugh.

Baizou closed his mouth and slumped his shoulders at first. He felt her feathers along his skin and turned to smile at her, "I feel really bad about it, though." He said, moving his arms tentatively. He really wanted to hug her, but she seemed so reclusive in their room.

She nodded, smiling, with her eyes closed. With a half a roll, she seemed to roll away, but really, ended up facing him, propped up on her elbow. "So are you gonna make it better, or not?" she challenged, with a suggestive eyebrow. Her emotions would be telling him that she understood..and she'd probably do it later, too, and would ask for his forgiveness.

Baizou arched an eyebrow and his tail twitched. He tried to look nonchalant for a few moments before pouncing on her, resting one hand on either side of her. He bent down and kissed her neck, chin, and lips as he wrapped his tail around her ankles. "I love you, my sunshine."

"Well, of course you do.." she said softly, as her arms snaked around his back. It felt so fantastic to be so near to him again. Holding tightly, she nuzzled into his neck, with small nips and smooches. "I love you too.." she whispered into his neck, and sighed.

Baizou sighed and laid down beside her, looking up as one or two stars started to appear. "I am sorry for making you mad at me all the time. I guess my brain is more fragmented than I thought." He said with a small laugh.

"Don't be silly. I do all the same stuff all the time.." she replied, hitting him with her hand, but barely. "And I can overreact sometimes.. often.. a lot." she admitted, looking away, face pink.

"And despite it all, I love you so darn much!" Baizou replied in a cutesy voice as he rested his forehead on hers. He sighed and closed his eyes, "I have sand in my pants... to the extreme." He murmured, opening his eyes again.

"Then go swim." she replied, but then bit her lip. This would only make it wet sand in his pants. "In the nude." she said, giggling madly. She poked his stomach. "Only geeks get sand in their pants."
