I like the dark knight because of all of he power they give. F.Y.I, I used them on all of my characters to beat the fiend that slept in the desert where the cactuar nation waas. 4laugh

Hm, I've never really had a favorite. I just try to balance my party out; I used all of them... Besides the obvious (Black/White Mage) though, I did use the Thief and Gun Mage a lot, I guess. I barely ever used the Songstress and Alchemist, though.
From what I've read about the Psychiccer, I really wish it was in the normal version of the game...
(By the way, this should be in the X and X-2 subforum.)

I love Alchemist... it almost erases the need for a white mage. Besides that, I guess Gun Mage and Gunner, along with Warrior...
I'm very dissapointed in the Black Mages, though. They're so lamed, especially when compared to X.

lol my fav dresss spheres are the mages but i like the black mage more because she can hit crital's with the weakness of the emey

They're so lamed, especially when compared to X. Heh, my problem with the Alchemist is that I never use items. Even if I have 99, and I'm in the final battle, I think "What if I need it later?" sweatdrop

xd I most just cure with an alchemist, because those items are so very common. The rarer things I save for bosses.
But, other then curing, what good is a white mage? I mean, sure, haste, but you don't really need protect and shell, or even esuna.

(Besides, with some tougher battles, you need to heal every round.)

xd Okay, good point. I guess I probably haven't hit the tough fights yet, as I'm only right before chapter 4. I'll might regret no white mage soon... sweatdrop

I love the dark night the best! I used it on everyone towards the end of the game because, (i cant remember the name of the move,) but, it damaged every enemy on the battle field, so it was really powerful!! It really came in handy when fighting Vegunagun, because u had to hit multiple targets, so it worked really well!!
My least favorite was the songstress. They were just weak, and it was pointless to use them, because i'd rather inflict damage than just use a wimpy status ailment instead!!

Well for looks I like the Thief, Songstress and Trainer, but for power, Dark Knight, and Warrior!

well...if you're talking about game advantage...
Alchemist, d.knight and gunner are my first pick....
The alchemist does the support/healing...
while the d.knight bashes the enemies with its special attack(i forgot what is it called)...
and if you equip your gunner with a cat n** and an accessory that has haste effect, then use trigger happy, geez...whatta combo...
And as for the looks...
Gunnner and lady luck are my favorites! ^_^

I use Alchemist, Dark Knight, and a random third...mostly Gunner, but then I also work with Warrior, White Mage, Traniner/Tamer, and Lady Luck ^ ^
