In school, Mark tried to impress Tom by climbing the flagpole. He feel and broke his ankles.
Tom played pranks while he worked, once while working at a vitamin store in a mall he called the store across from him, and pretending to be security he described a shopper to the person who answered. He told them to not let them leave the store. He sat back and laughed at the idiocricy that insued.
Tom was kicked out of school a few times. One time, a jock he hated was hit by a car. Tom screamed "Yes!" and was expelled. XD
And uh... Tom listened to punk rock since he was in the seventh grade?

Tom's family fell apart at the age of 18.
Thats what the song "Stay Together For The Kids" is about.
