Entei walked casually in a simple meadow. Raising his head high up to enjoy the scenery he quietly admired the few bunches of trees spaced around the area. Not watching where he was going he stumbled over a root, with a startled squeal he skipped and bucked around trying to regain balance quickly.
After he calmed down, he stopped and had a closer inspection at the root. Feeling rather foolish he glanced around hoping no one saw him. The sun was slowly moving down painting the sky in vibrant colors. He stood there to admire the sunset no longer aware of the area around him.

 Houndoom chuckled slightly at the odd looking soquilli and stepped behind it. He looked to the direction of the sunset and immediately felt at ease.
The leaves on the trees, swayed in the slight breeze. The day was going to be long.

Hearing the chuckle from behind, he glanced slowly behind to see a new face. He quickly turned around to face the new creature with wide eyes. As he stared at the new visitor he noticed the hooves and horse like shape, another Soquili. He sighed at himself for being so easily startled today. Now curiousity got the better of him. He admired the other stallions slim tail and curved horns.
He stopped quickly after the inspection "Sorry about that, where are my manners..." He stretched out a foreleg and bowed his head "I am Entei" he raised his head and sheepishly grinned at the other stallion "May I ask for your name?"

Houndoom froze in his tracks and took a closer look at this stallion. He had a colorful and shiny object that seemed to stick to his face and a bushy mane. His tail looked like the clouds in the sky. On his back lay spikes of slight grey. Houndoom noticed he had been oogling and quickly shut his mouth.
"My manners as well," Houndoom shot the stallion an apologetic look. "Pleased to meet you Entei, I am houndoom" Houndoom bowed low and flexed his tail. His stallion was an odd one, the oddest one houndoom had ever seen! clouds and spikes... ''These lands sure have many different soquilli roaming around!''
The sun now took on the lovely color of salmon pink as it took its time to set.

Entei paused to look back and admire the sun that was setting now, forming brighter colors. He could feel the temperature slowly start to drop.
"Houndoom" he turned his head back towards him "A pleasure to meet you" he grinned." He glanced towards his back "Clouds and spikes" he chuckled "I always thought of spikes but never thought of clouds." He looked back "Yes there are so many different kinds" he nodded "easy to lose count on how many different ones there are."

Houndoom looked at this stallion with unmasked surprise. "How did you know what I thought of your features?" Houndoom asked suspiciously. He had not said anything out and yet this stallion knew. Houndoom made a mental note to himself to be cautious.
"Yes... I agree that in these great lands roam the oddest of soquilli." He tilted his head towards entei. It was meant that he was odd too.

(Misread, sorry now how to get myself out of the situation. Thanks for pointing that out gotta be more careful and notice more things. sweatdrop )
He glanced at Houndoom with a strange expression, after listening to his expressions he understood."Wll you were examining me" he chuckled "as was I." He pointed toward the mask on the other stallion chest, "Interesting" he murmured, as he examined it. He shook his head briefly. "My features" he looked back at the sky and calmly explained "Look at those clouds in the sky" he pointed his his head up in the sky. "Maybe I'm just being vain" he chuckled to himself "but doesn't my tail looks like some of the clouds or is just me?" He glanced back at the new Soquili "I didn't mean to offend or spook you" he bowed his head feeling sheepish. "As for these spikes as I call them once in awhile this can also be called my armour" he nodded again.
All he could do was nod with the last comment.

"So I finally see..." said Houndoom warily. His eyes shot to entei's spikes.
defence... weapons... Shall i ever know?
Houndoom shifted himself uncomfortably. "So entei... what are you good at?"

He listened to Houndoom intently, and noticed the other stallion shift.
"I tend to be good at running" he grinned "and that's about all I know that I'm good at." He chuckled slightly as he relaxed and shifted his weight to the side. Giving Houndoom a questioning look he asked "May I ask you, what are you good at?" He enjoyed listening to what others did for fun, and what other were good at. Maybe he would try some of the things he mentioned.
