At first I thought I wasn't going to be going due to me having my baby just this past March.... but, things have changed and I'll be taking my little bundle of joy to Metro-con with me. Unfortunately I don't think I have enough time to put together costumes for the two of us... so we'll be going as normal people... sadly.
We don't live all that far from the convention center...only like a half hour away, so we're just gonna stay at the radison inn up near there.

I'd love to go, but I don't have the necessary resources to make the trip this year (It's a little under two hours out from Lake Mary), so I'm gonna bide my time and go next year. It's gonna be a long year coming....

I'm going! If all goes as planned I'll be cosplaying Wander from Shadow of the Colossus and my sister will be Ico from Ico. If we absolutely do not have costumes by convention time then we shall put green diamonds on hats and be Sims. XD

It's a two-hour drive for me (I was just in the Tampa area last night for work), and I almost can't justify $25 for one day, to spend even more money. I can pass, and I think I'll save up for another one. (Unless someone in the Kissimmee/Orlando area wants to get a carpool group together for all three days. I have a van. ^_^. And I do want to make a Emeraldas costume, and the theme of the con IS pirates...)

I'll be going to Metrocon! ^_^ My costume is almost done. I finished my Ukoku Sanzo outfit for the cosplay contest. Though my Friday outfit is going to be Gothic Lolita.
I've been waiting since I missed Megacon. crying

Change in plans...in the interest of preparing for AFO and learning the layout for next year, I'll be spending a day down at Metro taking snapshots. So...yup! Looks like I'm going to Tampa.

I am going! I will be Itachi from Naruto (again!), Shizune from Naruto, and Near from Death Note. I am excited for this year's Anime Idol because one of my friends actually made the cut and she was upset last year, being it her first con, she didn't submit an entry beforehand( I don't she knew that was a requirement) and she really wanted to participate so this year she submitted an entry and now she is one of those ten people!

I will be going, I think im gonna wear the costumes I didn't get to wear to jacon. I still need to style my wig, and Im wondering if I could pull off another pokemon costume before I go...

I'm trying to round up a Scott McNeil... or, Scott McSqueel pouncing group... the main goal.... well to pounce and huggle the Scottie McHottie of course!
And I'm gonna have him sign my daughter's onsie. Lol!
He's sweet, and I love chilling with him.
So yeah... if ya see some random chick clinging to his leg with a baby in her arms.... that would be me.
