Truly, it depends... If I believe the anime is horrendous, or they completely killed the dubs, I will go with the manga... Then there is the fact that some manga's have not become animes... Like Godchild, Absolute Boyfriend, Vampire Knight... [Mainly Shojo mangas]...
SO, yeah.. But I like Mangas better...

Manga. I dislike fillers in animes sometimes or the voices (like Naruto).

i vote either-or. some anime are better/easier to follow than the manga, and sometimes, the manga spreads things out a little more than the anime, thus making it 'better.'
they both rule.
but i voted for manga. <3

I like Manga so much better. A lot of manga is out that the anime isn't out anyways, and most manga is better than the anime itself.
