I play in a Metalcore band so I would prefer it has EMG-81 Active pick-ups and a floyd rose (original) so far I have found one guitar I REALLY like but if you guys can help me find something better that would be cool.
It's ESP LTD DJ-600 if you wanna see it. Nothing over too expensive.

anything that's jackson, gibson, ibanez, or schecter would be good for heavy stuff.

Don't be mean guys, Metalcore is just as good a genre as any.
Let's see, for that your best bet is ESP. If you want a bit better sounding shredding, try going for a Jackson.

1st of all
the only diff between a squire and a fender is a fender is made in america while a squire is made in asia. asia-lesser money for labor=lesser prices
2nd of all...get a squier or fender...their tone can be shaped to anything you want. yes even metal core. trust me.
i have a hss set up on my squier so yeah. i can get anything out of it. better than gibson and schecter and all those other stuffs.
squier strats start at 150$ too biggrin
