Next to the ocean and within sight of the Underground is a long strech of sandy beach. The sky turns light blue, reflecting the cerulean waters beneath it as fluffy clouds lazily wander the sky. The ocean water laps against clean, white sand with a repetive song of calmness.

The beach is relatively deserted, a few wanders here and there on sunny summer days. But besides that it is relatively alone. The beach doesn't mind, going about its bussiness as little crabs wander the sand, searching for food and seagulls pick at the crabs.

Although the beach is now a serene place, it once was the fighting ground for rather blood thirsty theives. How could a place so beautiful hold such monstrosity? Well, there's no blood thirsy thieves anymore... Are there?

"All fine and dandy?! Why yes, it's all VERY fine and dandy!!!" The silence of the quiet beach was suddenly broken by a shrill, loud female who was screaming angrily.
"Oh... Don't be such a meanie." Another voice, also femlae, replied defiantly.
The two females came sauntering down the sand toward the water, the blonde and much softer voice, was only rushing to keep away from the orange-haired and angrier girl.
Tangerine and Marielene, The Pirate Pair not to Extraordinare...

Asherah was asleep among driftwood and wreckage, clinging to the remains of something wooden, covered in sand and seaweed. And when it is said that Asherah was asleep, it is meant that Asherah was unconscious. The man's shirt she was wearing was not wet; it is assumed that she had been there overnight, brought in with the tide. Dried seaweed decorated her stiff. short red hair.

I suppose... I suppose I am... lucky.

"I suppose, I should head back soon"
Demeter said lightly, taking in the view before her.
In all honesty, she didn't want to leave, not at all.
Lucien had been sent out earlier, and hadn't come back.
Truthfully, she had been sent to find him.
She knew her twin well enough to know he would get into no trouble. The boy could talk himself out anything after all.

It was when she stood that she caught sight of the red head, lying on the beach.
Now, any normal person would have shrieked and ran over to help.
Demi was not what you would call normal.
The black haired ex-pirate sauntered over to the wreckage.
"Oh dear...Are you alright?"
She asked, sitting down on her knees.

The two girls paused their bantering and name calling for the breifest moment, only to look down the beach and realize they were not alone. They shared a glance that spoke vloumes before those both burst into the wildest of runs towards the reckage. It was an odd sight, Tangerine rushing while trying not to fall from her head boots and Marilene holding her large hat down over her blonde curls.
"My goodness are you two alright?!" Marilene called out, reaching the two the same time as Tangerine did, who only looked at the two in wonder.

Asherah moaned, as would be expected of anyone waking up out of unconsciousness. Her dark eyes fluttered. Bloody Hell, it was bright out. She immediately closed her eyes again. What had woken her up? A voice... A woman's voice.

She opened her eyes again, with the all familiar question of where she was, spat out some sand which had found its way into her mouth, and slowly sat up. It was like waking up and still dreaming.

"I... I s'pose...," she said slowly, still dreaming. She could still not see to whom she was speaking; everything was bleary.

The two girls quickly surronded the fallen girl, Marilene dropping to her knees quickly. Tangerine placed her hands on her hips and bent over the girl, her orange spiked hair falling down to frame her face.
"Oh, what in the world happened?" Marilene asked, wiping some stray bits of sand and hair from the girl's face.
"Her ship wrecked, obviously." Tangeirne added, her head craning around to look at the wreckage. Her devious mind was working hard to determine if there might be anything worth value floating around in the water. She didn't want to take the chance; There might be something valuable floating serenly through the salty waters but her life was more valued than the things that also floated vicously in the water.

"Do suppose you will be in need of a doctor? Or do you feel you are fine enough to walk?"
Demeter asked calmnly.
It had been hard not to laugh at the sight of the other two girls running. Normal reactions never ceased to amuse her.
They had very pretty clothes.
"If she cannot walk, you two will be able to help me carry her, no?"
A slight, lilting, french accent made it's way into her voice.
"There is a Tower, not far from here, currently owned by my friends cousins.
She should be able to rest there."

The dream dissolved and she found there were voices all around her. Unfamiliar voices. Her eyesight returned; unfamiliar voices belonged to unfamiliar faces. Asking her... questions. How should she answer? Strangers, could she trust them? What if they were...

What was that about a doctor? "N', no doctors. 'm fine. Rilly. Jest... c'nfused. I c'n walk..." Breathing slowly, she moved so that she could more easily stand. It took her much longer than she had expected it to take for her to stand. Everything was moving slowly. And too quickly. And not at all...

Her knees wobbled, but she stood. Stubbornly, she forced herself to try walking. Her legs seemed to disagree with her brain's orders and instead she fell to her knees again.

Demeter grabbed her arm on instinct. She had watched Selene fall face forward many times during a drunken stupor not to recgonize the signs of falling.
"Are you sure?"
She asked sceptically. She didn't look fine.
She didn't look fine at all.
"How long do you suppose you were out there? Are you hungry? Thirsty?"

The two girls watched carefully, Marilene nodding firecly when asked a question. Tangerine looked on skeptically, a little detached from the others. It wasn't her nature to take care of anyone else, only herself... Yet, she would help if need be.
"If you're thirsy Tangerine here has some water in a pouch you could have." Marilene spoke up, her voice crystal and clear like the water.
"What?!" Tangerine exclaimed suddenly, but stopped quickly as she looked down at the fallen girl. "It's really good water." She added softly, trying to intice the girl.

Asherah's arm went limp in this strange (strange, indeed) woman's grasp. Of course, she wasn't sure. She was definitely less sure than she was stubborn. Though, as weak as she was, it would do her no good to be stubborn. She shook her head.

"Dun know... s'been all night, I s'pose..." At the mentioning of being thirsty, she realized that she was, indeed. There was still sand in her mouth, and why wouldn't there be, if she had spent the entire night on the beach? "Yes... thirsteh..." She looked, shamefully at the girl who had offered her water. She did not like to ask people for things, but she needed something to drink, or she might collapse again. "Please?"

Marilene nodded quickly to the girl, reaching over and yanking the colorful pouch of water from Tangerine. She quickly unscrewed the cap and held it out gently for the girl.
"Of course! Tangerine doesn't mind!!" The orange haired girl quirked an eyebrow, but watched hopefully to see if the girl would recover.

Asherah took the pouch from the blonde girl who was presumably not Tangerine. Past the lips, over the gums, surfaced briefly in her mind, but she decided that now would not be the time for jokes, especially when being offered something that she needed desperately.

"Thank you," she said, handing the pouch back to the girl after taking a much-needed drink.

Tangerine gently took her flask back, screwing the lid back on and stuffing it in among her folds.
"You poor thing... What happened?" Marilene asked. Tangerine's face soured as she flailed her arms at all the wreckage.
"What do you think happened?! She cried.
