((Here's Eia, in case you're curious-- http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c372/Fifth_Age/Paeil/eiaera.jpg )) Eiaera skipped along happily through the grass. She enjoyed being out-of-doors more than anything else, and particularly liked being around flowers. A colourful creature caught her eye, and the little girl blinked, then tore off after it. The butterfly took flight, and she was hard pressed to keep up with it, but it didn't fly off into the sky...so she kept on. "Oof!" suddenly, she bumped into something and fell to the ground, blinking, "Eh?"

Syannia grunted, rubbing her behind she frowned, something had bumped into her, but she wasn't sure what! Turning around she was suprised to see the child that had bumped into her.
"Oh, hello," The female angel said, brushing hair out of her face and out of her eyes, before smiling. "What are you doing around here? Are you lost?"
It had been some time since Syannia had been around anyone, and she was happy the first person she'd run into was as innocent as a child. The last thing she'd wanted was to run into one of her family, since there would have been so many, many questions, and Syannia wasn't sure she was ready to face them yet, lest they bring down guilt on her, for being away for so long.
She was sure her fears were unfounded, she'd never really known any of her siblings... or her mother Polgara, to be that kind of person, but she still wasn't sure... And after waking up in Dragnid, having tripped on a log, she'd woken scared, and had gotten out of there as fast as possible, it hadn't been as scary as she'd remembered when she'd woken up.
However, right now she was dealing with a child. Honestly, she didn't know what the first thing to do was, having never been around children before in her remeberable life, some of which was still a bit hazy, she blamed that on the blow to the head...
Regardless, she waited for the child to respond.

Eiaera blinked, clambering to her feet and sticking her thumb in her mouth, "Oh. No." she said softly, staring up at the pretty older Pae'il, "I'm not...not really." she wasn't sure where she was going anywho, just...looking at the flowers and stuff.

Syannia smiled, still quite unsure of herself, her smile had taken on a very nervous tint. "Oh, really? That's good..." She reached out, and nervously pat the child on the head.
"So uhm... Where are your parents?" Surely the child had parents... She had parents, so everybody else had to have parents!

Eiaera giggled, "What's that?" she asked, taking her thumb out of her mouth long enough to say it and then stuffing it back in. Something about talking to someone as obviously self-assured at Syannia brought back that childish habit, though she'd been trying to quit it.
"A parents, I mean."

Syannia's eyes widened and she nearly paniced. "You... You don't have parents?!" She took a deep breath and tried to calm the butterflys that were trying to jump out of her mouth.
"Well uhm... Who takes care of you? Anybody?" She chewed on her cheek, trying to think of what to do if this child was running around all on her own.
Oh man, she was so not ready for this!

Eiaera shook her head, little pigtails bobbing, "I gues I don't, then. Nobody takes care of me. Well, he does..." she pointed to the little mellon floating about her, "Sometimes. But just him."

Syannia was starting to freak out. So she took another deep breah, and reached out, offering her hand to Eiaera. "So what's your name, I'm Syannia... You can call me Sy," She smiled.
Guardians help her if she could get this child to the HQ, maybe somebody there would know what to do...

She beamed, "I'm Eiaera!" she offered the hand that didn't have a thumb in her mouth in return, shaking Sy's.
"Do you have parents? What are they? Are they an animal, or something like him?" she pointed to the mellon.

Syannia had to laugh a little, "No, no, parent's are the people that raised you," She smiled a bit and shook her head slowly, keeping a hold on the child's hand, she started to walk towards the HQ. "Well since you're not doing anything today, would you mind coming with me to the HQ?"
If the child asked, she would make something sutible up to lie to her for the reason why.

"What's an HQ?" Eiaera had one of those interminable curiousities that children tended to get. Of course, she didn't know the -names- for most things, not having anyone to tell her them, but she'd investigated quite a lot of them in her short time alive!
She followed the older girl, "And why should we go there?" not that she minded, of course, she'd go, she was just curious.

"It's a building where people can hang out, maybe get a bite to eat... Which is why we're going, I'm starting to get hungry," Syannia smiled, bowing her head a bit. It wasn't quite a lie, she was hungry, it just wasn't the full truth of the matter.
She wanted to make sure she could find someone who knew what to do in a situation like this, because she herself was clueless.

"Oh, okay!" she said brightly, still walking along merrily. She stopped, briefly distracted by some very pretty looking flowers, "Ooh!" she cried, scampering out from under the other girl's hand and heading towards them.
"So pretty!"

"Huh wait... what?" Syannia froze and turned to watch the child dart off in another direction. "Hey! Wait up!" She called after her, turning to follow Eia as she ran off towards the flowers.
How was she going to manage to wrangel this child if she had the attention span of a goldfish!

Eiaera reached the flowers quickly enough, and started picking them, "These'll be pretty, right? We can take them with us!"
She didn't know much about where they were going, but hey, everywhere could use some pretty flowers!
