Ears - pointy like elf ears... but not obnoxiously long, more like this
Eyes - Left = purple / Right = neon pink with neon green streak running across eye
Hair - Rainbow streaks, in high wispy pigtails like this. Hair right in front of ears (at temples area) is longer
Clothes - Paint-splattered white smock, nothing on her feet.. if undies showing, they are black!
Misc - Hands are completely paint-like.... looks like rainbow paint splatters. Many colors, and it goes just past her wrists. And some more random-colored paint splatters on her face and legs.... she was messy smile

Skin - Brown -like African- like this
Ears - pointy like elf ears... but not obnoxiously long, more like this ... with golden hoop earrings
Eyes - Left = purple / Right = neon pink with neon green streak running across eye
Hair - Short and spikey with long bangs like this, and black! (She dyes it) Hair right in front of ears (at temples area) is still longer and still rainbow kinda like this (top row second from left).

Clothes -
...top: Wearing a corset like this only with a different image - I trust Shouko to design well <3, and all done in some kind of rainbowy color. Black lace on top, no sleeves, and black string
...bottom: Skirt, multi-layered and very short (about midthigh-above the knee). Something like this, only.... top skirt is black, and there are many bottom underskirts like this all with a different color of the... you guessed it... rainbow - layers not blended, either! Bows on the skirt optional. Also, rainbow suspenders that are actually resting on the skirt, cuz she's not wearing them as she should be... kinda like this.
...feet: Socks past the knee (not quite to skirt's bottom hem) and rainbow stripes. One thumb toe area has a hole in it with a silver-painted-toenail with toe hanging out.
...hands: black gloves that go past the elbows (no holes) - so we do not see her hands *tear* But she should have basic silver thick metal bracelets
Misc - Holding a taro card -back- sized piece of paper (colors don't matter) with smoke rising from it.

Hair - About mid shoulder to elbow length, mostly straight with a hint of waviness like this only a little longer. Color is black roots/top of head and the rest is her usual rainbow streaks (hair is NOT liking the dye.... it is resisting)

...top: White puffy t-shirt without the embroidery, kinda like this
...bottom: Full-length straight/formal skirt like this, that is rainbow tie-dye like this (clothes, not the bear). With a loose brown leather belt like this.
...feet: All you'd see is the boot sticking out from under the skirt. They'd be black wedge boots like this, with the toes on both feet torn away (not the soles, just the toes). Her sock fabric (still rainbow stripe, but probable only see one color) would also be cut off to expose her brown toes.
...hands: long black gloves except the fingers are cut off.... like this only solid and not net-like (so, her paint-splattered fingers would show)... the black gloves go all the way to her shoulders, so under her the sleeves of her t-shirt. And rainbow bracelets like this only gold metal

Hair - long and wavy like this and reaches almost completely down her back. There is no more black in her hair.

Clothes -
...top: Black gown with flared sleeves kinda like this only, not with any buckles or anything. Still lace-like by the chest, and with white accents/hem if you have any. Only a one layer of skirts showing underneath that is some kind of colorful design (not specified) Some rainbow paint splatters on dress.
...bottom: dress so... same as top?
...feet: pointy black, shiny boots like this
...hands: Nothing, can see her paint-splattered hands in all their glory!
