flames shoot up on the stage as Rollin hits and the arena is covered in red and yellow light. Zarel Damone steps out onto the stage and heads for the ring, the intercontinental title thrown over his shoulder.

"And introducing his opponent, from St. Louis, Missouri, weighing in at 328 pounds, he is the intercontinental champion, Zarel Damone!"

Zarel steps into the ring over the top rope and raises his fists in his usual pose, the title in his right hand. flames shoot up from the turnbuckles as the lights return to normal. Zarel hands the title belt to the referee and waits for Cartwright to make the first move

Zarel goes into the lock up and quickly goes for a knee to the gut to the stop cartwright's armbar attempt, then follow up with a vertical suplex

the back drop connects

(um, it's a last man standing match dude)

Zarel rolls out of the way of the elbow drop and rolls to his feet. then goes for a quick kick to the face before cartwright can recover from missing the elbow drop

Zarel steps out of the ring and moves the steel stairs, tossing them in the ring in a rather careless way, though slightly hoping they'd hit cartwright. he then retrieves the barbed wire baseball bat that was becoming his signature. he then steps into the ring again

Zarel remains where he is in the ring, waiting for cartwright to show his weapon

Zarel merely tells him to bring it
