Ngaire
The pink numa walked slowly into the park. She had braided a dark blue feather into her hair and was carrying a bright pink one carefully in her hands.
She had asked a human to meet her here, one that she had been told would be a wonderful owner for her feather.
She was still nervous though since it was the first feather she had ever given away and she was hoping she had made the right choice

A human with bright pink hair and long pale pink dress with dark pink shoes skidded into the park breathlessly. She had been in a detention at school and was running late to meet the pink Numa, Ngaire. She crouched down, trying to get her breath back before advancing towards the nervous looking numa. Her steps were slow and quiet and she hoped that this showed Ngaire that she was friendl, she didn't want to get off on the wrong foot. When Ichigo drew closer to the numa she stopped in her tracks and smiled softly at Ngaire, giving her a reassuring look.

She smiled politely at the girl and instantly understood why her human had recommended this one to her. She seemed to love the color pink.
"Hello" She said quietly *as she always was soft spoken*, "Are you Ichigo?"

Ichigo tilted her head to one side and grinned. "Hai, I'm Ichigo. You must be Ngaire!" She replied with a long relieved sigh and straightened up before looking the numa in the eye. The human looked at Ngaire with her reddish pink eyes and noticed the pink coloured feather in her hands. At once, her face lit up and she got a warm bussing feeling inside of her. "I-Is that feather for me?" She whispered in awe and clasped her hands together. The feather looked so beautiful that it took Ichigo's breath away and left her speechless.

She extended out her paw holding the feather to the girl. "yes, this feather is all yours. From what I've been told you are a worthwhile owner for it." She was glad that Ichigo was forward, it meant that she should have a stong enough personality to handle the pup as it grows. A smile lit her face before she made the next comment. "Just don't lose it in your hair." She giggled softly.
"Is there anything you would like to ask me about it?"

Ichigo grinned sheepishly and gently took the feather from Ngaire with a simple nod of her head. "I'll try not to lose it in my hair. Although i think these lighter parts will amke it easy to find." She joked with a giggled and braided it into her hair.
"I'm glad you think I'm a worthy owner for this little feather. I promise to take good care of it. I always take good care things. I'm very trustworthy." The human boasted proudly and thought about what to ask.
"How long does it take from the feather to turn into a pup, and then from pup to adult?"

She allowed herself a laugh at the comments. "I'm sure you'll be a great owner. And to answer your questions.. It's roughly a week before the marshmellow swan will drop off a pup and remove the feather. Growing to adult stage from there is roughly two weeks I think... You may have a few problems at pup stage as it can only feed by licking either of its parents horns. So you will have to bring it to either Avira or myself. also, just so you know, it's supposed to be a girl, but don't be surprised if it changes, sometimes the marshmellow swan makes mistakes...."
She remembered a friend she had as a pup at that point, one that was supposed to be male but turned out female when the swan dropped her off...

She made an '0' shape with her mouth as she listened intentively to Ngaire and nodded in all of the right places. "Okay, well that doesn't seem too bad. I just hope the swan doesn't make any mistakes. I tend to get along with females more than males, but i'll be sure to drop her round to see you both." Ichigo smiled softly at the feather in her hair and gently touched it with the tip of her finger. "I think this is the start of a beautiful friendship."
She chuckled to herself before tilting her head and allowed the feather to rest on her left cheek, breathing in the sweet scent of strawberries. "MMMMM.....smells of strawberries.....ichigos." Ichigo muttered under her breath and flicked her head back.

"I think it is too.." she sighed happily as she saw the bond starting. Lighlty fingering the feather in her fur, she noticed the angle of the sun. "It's getting late.. I had better get going." She knew she would have to leave soon and let the human get used to the idea of having a numa around.

Ichigo stared at the reddish glow on everything around them and nodded slightly. "Hai, the sun is setting. I better get going too, my parents will be wondering where I am. I also have to place the feather in a safe place." She announced cheerily and turned on her heel.
She then looked back over her shoulder with a small smile and winked. "I'll keep in touch 'kay?!" The human giggled and ran back out of the park. Ichigo took one last look over her shoulder before running back to her house out of view.
