:: Lying down on her stomach somewhere unfamiliar to her, Lyse tries to lift her head up slightly to see more of her surroundings but drops her head down again as pain shoots into her from all sides as she grimmaces and remembers the events of the day before ::
:: She slowly reaches behind her as best as she could and feels around on her back around the shoulder areas ::
:: She begins to weep again as she feels nothing there ... only the stump of what was left of her wings as she buries her head down ::
"Gone ... all gone ... nothing left"

Jetebella walked into the room, eyeing the woman who had just come to. Hello dere child... and good mornin'. I... I'm sorry... Though she tried to remain at least somewhat upbeat, seeing the distraught look on her, and knowing what she had lost, made it a seemingly impossible task.
Is dere anythin' I can get ya'? she asked softly, the Jamaican accent touching every word.

Jete sat down in a chair across from the woman and sighed. She had brought a cup of herbal tea to help Lyse with the lingering pain, handing it to her as she sipped her own blend.
Mah name is Jetebella, dear child... and I, like you, was once one of Ritanya's lovers. Before... before Apakoh and Lunar Hope. I taught her the first power she used. I knew what she was, but did'nae care.
All dis dat happened... be all my fault. Da thing that be in her... had been in me first...

:: Having been able to sit up slowly, Lyse takes the cup of tea and holds it even though her hands trembled slightly as she sips on the tea and listens to her. As she listens, she raises an eyebrow as she places the cup of tea down slowly feeling the soothing effect on her ::

Jetebella sighed as she set down her cup. Ya see, Ritanya... she be a child o' light n' dark. Dis mean that she shouldnae exist at all. Dat be why she can be changin' reality too. Dere be only one place where she be powerless... da void. People be thinkin' da void be empty.
She paused, picking back up her cup and sipping it. She stared into the liquid, before looking back up.
One day, her old... pimp... came lookin' for her. Tried ta rape her. She be fightin' back, and killed 'im. I disposed of da body... but I be mistakin' like everyone else.
Da void wasn't empty...

Aye child... a parasite. It was in me, first. Manipulatin' me, leadin' me towards its goal. By da time I could be seein' what was happenin', it had control. It took control o' me... and when it stabbed her, it passed to her from me. It be seein' how powerful she be from mah mind... and it cannae be stopped.

"There ... must be a way to get it out of her ... I can't believe .. that ... no ... I refuse to believe that ... that ... Rit ... is she still in there ... somewhere?"

Jetebella first started to shake her head, but then paused. Dere be a slim hope, child. Ritanya not be a normal person... her personality actually be two opposites together. If all three were ta be used against da creature, it could be dat it be able to destroy da creature. Ya would need a creature o' light, a creature of shadow... and a child who can see da future. Dis child would be da key... she would see how ta do it, and when.

Jetebella stood up to sit down beside Lyse. I can see why Ritanya cares 'bout ya so much... ya be a good friend. I shall help ya. Dere are many children o' light who might be willin' ta help ya. Two be livin' at Lunar Hope... the star reborn, Calm, and the angel, Yami. Another one, angel by da name o' Skrayper, be knowin' of Ritanya's plight.
Of darkness, harder to find. Seek da one called Kokujo. A dark warrior, but close friends wit da one named Kold. A proud one... appeal to this.
The child... she be called Poppy by her friends... memories be returnin' ta her. She be wantin' ta help family she has. Be lettin' her know it to be savin' her favorite aunt. She be knowin' what ya mean.
