If your not new you can read the rp again if you ever forget what happened or anything like that.

Quote:
Deragon walked over towards the city that he hoped to soon conquer. "s**t!" He spat as he saw the night sky start to light up. He ran into the city, cutting down only three humans who were walking, stupidly, in the streets. He turned down a back alley and noticed a manhole cover. Deragon opened the cover, dropped in, closing the manhole cover above him quickly, and carefully looked around for any potential threats.

Quote:
Tabitha walked out of her bed room and out into the Hallway that joined the complex together. She yawned and semi stretched. She looked around and then walked into the area which all the wolves in her pack shared as a home. She went to the kitchen and poured a bowl of cereal and sat at a bar like table and ate it the dry cereal. When she was done she ran her fingers through her shot but thick brown hair, she sighed as she realized she had slept her night away and her wolves soon would be waking. Her midnight blue eyes glanced around the room and looked out the window. Her biological clock was screaming and she wanted to kill it. The full moon was days away. Its not that a Lycan needs the moon to change it just makes them more animalistic and more powerful.

Quote:
Deragon, satesfied that no one was there, started to walk down the sewer lines till he came to a rather large outcove. "This will do nicely for a throne room." He said with a smile. Deragon then proceded to check out the rest of his new domain to make sure that only vampires where in it. He walked back to his knew throne room, and roared at the top of his lungs, scaring away the rodents. "Pesty little things, but good blood none the less." He shrugged, and caught a rat as it was scurrying away, snapped its back in half, and started to feast upon the tiny morsel.

Quote:
Tabitha’s dark eyes looked brighter almost electric the moment she walked out into the daylight. She would have loved the feel of the sun on her fur. She looked around the small forested area of the city. She wanted isolated away from the roar of the city and all the humans and vampires. She wanted her pack to be at their strongest. And they at their strongest in the wild where they can draw upon the energy that is given off. Like the moon wildlife give the lycans a sudden rush of power that fuels them in a fight or wile they are out hunting. She looked back at her home and wondered when her “family” Would awake. She walked back inside and into her room to get out of what she slept in and into nice clean clothes. She exited wearing a form fitting cami and black jeans complete with knee high boots that were over her pant legs.

Quote:
Kegor threw the deciesed rodent to the ground away from him and laid down. He was tired from his walk that night, and needed to get some rest. "No pillow, blanket, or anything, just the way I like it. Reminds me of the old days in the war." Kegor said, recalling past memories of a war that had broken out between his and another vampire's clans. Kegor frowned when he recalled this, because his clan lost the war, and he was bannished from his home land. But none the less, he was fast asleep quickly, with his trsteed sword firmly gripped in his right hand, the flat of the sharp blade as a pillow for his head.

Quote:
Tabitha paced the floor in the den area. It was a rather large room big enough to hold pack meetings. It had wall to wall books and a circle of pillows. She ran her hand across a row of books this had been her fathers house where his family stayed. That did include her, but she wanted her pack to feel as one as it should. None of that alone crap. The pack had been bonded it was one. They knew when each other need help, and that was her doing. She smiled proudly as she smelled the scent of the pack it was comforting. More comforting than her parents ever were.
Her father had brought the pack together by violence and her mother backed her up. Tabitha worked her a** of to rise in power from pet to toy after they had died and Zane took over. Just like her father only worse. She killed him and became Alpha and made a promise that no one would ever harm her pack. From then the pack was like a family.

Quote:
Footsteps clattered down the road. The first rays of sunlight began to shine over the horizon; the chase couldn't go on much longer. Angela skidded to a stop at an intersection. She looked from side to side, eyes wild with fear. The sound of the vampires behind her became louder and louder. She tried to pick up some scent of the pack and where she had come from, but found none. Giving up after a moment, she took off running to the right. She raced down the middle of the street, not caring about stealth at this point, only speed. As she ran and the vampires snarled behind her, Angela considered how she had gotten into this mess.
It had just been one vampire cackling at the side of the road. He insulted the wrong pack and Angela had thought one vampire would have been an easy kill. One vampire might have been, but not seven.
Angela caught the scent of other werewolves on the wind; she was close. The road ahead would end soon, leading to a forested area. Suddenly she was knocked over as a vampire tackled her from behind. She tumbled forward, scraping her knees and fore arms on the concrete. The vampire tumbled farther ahead of her, now lying in her path. The other six vampires were farther behind but would arrive soon. Angela yelped in pain as she slid to a stop on the road. The scent of her own blood filled her senses as she stood.

Quote:
Tabitha stopped midwalk she felt a member of the pack in danger and she then smelt the air she was close she thought a moment it was close to morning she breathed in the scent of the pack almost calming but energizing at the sametime and ran out of the building. She knew what was happening one of her pack was in trouble and she was betting on it being the vampires. The pack was weakest split. She sighed and kept running with an otherworldly speed. She came upon the vampire that had tackled her wolf. Pissed off she ran at him and her once human hands had convulsed and changed into what you would see mid transformation. Human skin animalistic qualities. She grabbed the vampire and threw him into the nearest building and then turned to tend to Angela, “Are you alright?” She asked semi motherly.
She glanced behind and saw the vampires in the distance. She just noticed how she was just thinking of the sun. As if impatiently awaiting its arrival. She went back to seeing if Angela was doing alright. She knew it was careless but she didn’t hold the pack by being uncaring.

Quote:
"I'm fine," Angela said. She hung her head slightly. What was more embarrasing then meeting pavement was having to be rescued. She had hoped to make it back before anyone noticed she had foolishly run off by herself. So much for that idea.
The vampires' moods had changed dramatically. From the thrill of the hunt to the fear of a very powerful and very angry lycan. The sunlight quickly spread down the road toward them; destroying shadows and heating the concrete. The vampires didn't have much time left.
Angela looked over herself for injuries. The knees of her jeans were slightly torn and blood stained. Her arms under her sweat shirt chafed a little but did not bleed. She felt a sharp pain in her back but ignored it, not wanting to bring anymore attention to herself. If the vampire had stabbed her with a steel knife, she could deal with the wound later. If it was silver she'd know soon enough by an incredibly painful burning sensation. Werewolves heal fast, nothing to worry about... Angela thought, reassuring herself that it wasn't even a knife wound.
The vampires had to choose between sunlight and werewolves. There was shade in the woods beyond the lycans or they could try going back almost a mile for shade under buildings. Whatever their decision, they'd have to choose fast.

Quote:
Melkias was running around the slums of the city enjoying the wind in his face and picking off the occasional human along his no destination run." Grrr these humans are so boring they scream thats about it." Melkias continued when he caught the scent of a vampire on the wind." Hmm a challenge maybe...no wait." Melkias drew in a deep breath."Hmm i see more than one this could be fun,and whats this another lycan could be sombebody in trouble better get moving." Melkias turned and dodged in and out of the streets until the smell was so obvious he knew he was where he needed to be. There he saw a gang of vampires who seemed to be surrounding a lycan girl."Its almost sunrise if I want to knock some heads i better hurry." Teeth barred Melkias ran into the skirmish.

Quote:
Angela looked up to see another lycan about to join the fight. The sun was rising fast and the vampires searched the area for some escape route. The vampire that had been thrown into the building stood. He saw a man hole about an even distance between his comrades and the advancing werewolf. He hissed to the other vampires who turned their attention as well to the sewer entrance. All six of them ran toward it at once while the last picked up his fallen blade before going after them.
Angela squinted to see the knife, but couldn't tell what it was made out of. Suddenly she realized that the other lycan was about to charge into all seven vampires. She snarled, her fingers turning into claws, her canines growthing slightly and her eyes turning wolf-like. She would attack if she had to, but hoped it wouldn't come to that.

Quote:
Melkias noticed the vampires were retreating into a manhole cover he picked up his speed hoping to catch one. In a dead sprint Melkias reached the vampires just as they shut the manhole.Melkias skidded to a hult and went into a rage pounding on the manhole cover screaming and cussing."You dam leeches come out of there and fight." Melkias lifted up the manhole cover and threw it to the side thats when he remembered he was not alone the female lycan was behind him."Are you coming or not?"he asked her

Quote:
Angela glanced at Tabitha before running over to the man hole and jumping in after the other lycan. She still wanted to kill the vampire from the other night and assumed that two would have to be 'strength in numbers' enough. When she landed at the bottom she turned to the other werewolf, "Let's go."

Quote:
"All right this way i can still smell but barely with all this sewage." Melkias and the lycan set off down the tunnel making left turns and right turns. Thats when Melkias skidded to a stop and put a hand in front of the other lycan." Wait somethings not right theres a lot of tensions in the air here." he said. "Gah!" Melkias screamed as he was stabbed and slammed into the sewer wall."Grrrrr get off of me you leech." Melkias dug his claws into the vampires face and blood trickled down."Go, go now somethings wrong hes not fighting back hes just acting as a decoy to slow us down." Melkias howled in pain as the vampire drove the blood further in.

Quote:
The other lycan was right, the smell of the sewage was cutting off their sense of smell, giving the vampires the advantage for escape. He was also right about the vampires. The vampire that pinned him to the wall wasn't fighting at all, just holding him down. Angela grabbed onto the vampire's shoulders, digging her claws/fingers into it's flesh. She pulled back as hard as she could in an attempt to pull it off the other lycan.

Quote:

Melkias saw the vampire being pulled off him and knew he had to insist pulling in his powerful legs Melkias pushed on the vampires stomach sending him and the lycan backwards.Melkias pulled the blade out and threw it to the side he slowly stood up and gave a great howl as he slashed the vampire across the face ripping half his face off."Listen my friend." Melkias said pulling the vampire towards him." You go and tell your other friends that the lycans will own the underground and you all will die." Melkias backed off." Let him go let him deliver his message."

Quote:
Angela jumped to her feet after being thrown backwards with the vampire. She shook the blood of her hands and watched the vampire run off down the tunnel. Though the vampire did only have half a face at this point, it still seemed to know where it was going. Angela turned to the other lycan, "Are we just going to let them go?" she asked, but already knew the answer.

Quote:
Deragon woke from all of the noise. "Who dare disterb my slumber?" he wispered to himself as he brought his sword up, and quickly standing. he saw another vampire come towards him, missing half of his face. "Who are you and what is going on?" Deragon demamded. the vampire spoke" Lycans sire, two have come." Deragon was taken aback by the thought of some one calling him sir again, but he didn't hesitate to order his new recruite. "Take me to them, we will deal with them together." he said, and the two ran down the sewer lines.

Quote:
Tabitha watched as her wolves went of into the sewer into the vampires own territory. She glared at the thought that her own wolves would be as blind as to fall into a trap. That was all it could be after they had been practically lured them. She thought for a moment the vampires weren’t that strong or smart even with the new master she had heard the idiotic vamps muttering about after she had thrown one of their own in to a building. She stood and went over the man whole. “Why oh why,” She said under her breath. She then thought it could just be the judgment of the boy but she put it in the back of her mind and dropped down into the sewer. She looked around. Her face explained it all it was nasty and it stank. She new the only thing that could survive was a vampire. She ran after the ever fading scent of her pack. She reached them and glared in disappointment fore she smelt the trash running towards them.

Quote:
Deragon came to a stop when he saw the three warewolfs. "Why do you impose on my teritory?" he said, and nudged the vampire that was behind him, telling him to go around their new enimies.

Quote:
Tabitha looked away from her wolves and looked at the vampire. “Your territory? This city has been the home of this pack since it was built you are intruders.” She said walking in front of the two wolves. Her eyes had bleached from midnight blue to grey and her arms were still in there mid transformation state. “Now leave this city.” She was going to try the nonviolent approach even though she knew it wouldn’t work. Too many people had to die for her to become pack leader she didn’t exactly want to kill another but a vampire she didn’t mind.

Quote:
"The city you can have, for now, but the sewer is my domain. Again I ask what are you doing here?" Deragon asked, just as the other vampire was holing his position behind the intruders, with a friend.

Quote:
"THis is not yours it is the cities" SHe said looking back at her wolves in an almost mothering gaze. She looked back at him and glared. Her grey eyes were empty and barren now she was letting the beast see the world. "get your creatures away from my wolves now" She said in a demand.

Quote:
A chill ran down Angela's spine. She assumed another fight was about to take place. The vampire with the sword seemed different from the normal fanged creatures lurking about. Glancing back over her shoulder, she noticed the two vampires blocking the exit. This was turning out to be a very bad day. If a brawl began, it would be 3 vs. 3 in very small quarters. Angela clenched and unclenched her fists in anticipation. She turned to the side so she could keep an eye on all the vampires at once, her back to the other lycan.

Quote:
Melkias shook in pure fury at the sight of the fight that was about to take place. Clenching his teeth and his fists he ran in head first into the battle.

Quote:
Tabitha turned from the vampire and looked at Melkias, and with the same empty eyes which still held a glare "Calm down you'll die with that attitude, Besides your the reason We are down here." She spat at him with anger.

Quote:
Melkias halted at the sound of Tabithas voice he knew hed better obey or face her wrath."Grrrrr fine well do it your way." He stood next to Tabitha and looked as intimidating as possible.

Quote:
Tabitha Stood looking at him and then at the immobile vampire. She glanced back at the two vampires blocking the exit. "I know this will lead to violence but as long as i am alpha i am not risking anymore of this pack." She said trying not to discourage his fighting spirit but give him a little bit more control.

Quote:
"Grrrr come on just let me rip into them its gonna happen sooner or later". Melkias could already imagine the bloodshed he could cause and the thrill he would get from it."You better make your decision fast Tabitha if were gonna leave were gonna leave now." He whispered into her ear

Quote:
"Okay thats better." Melkias backed up and grabbed Angela around the waist."Hang on." he whispered into her ear

Quote:
Tabitha continued to walk backwards until she was sure he wasn't going to do anything. She looked at the Melkias and nodded for him to go. "I'll be right behind you both." She said wanting them both out before her self.

Quote:
Melkias took off like a bullet past the vampires not even bothering with them."Id like to stay and fight guys consider yourselfs lucky." He got under the manhole and jumped straight up, landing on the concrete outside and putting Angela down he waited for Tabitha to come out of the manhole.

Quote:
Tabitha started to run semi but stopped at the vampires and grabbed them and threw them into their master. She then ran after her two wolves and out into the day light she then closed the man hole and looked at her pack "How about we get home?" She asked but had that look like you both need to get back to the complex too and not go looking for trouble with the humans. She walked into the woods and almost like she had memorized them like a maze she made it to the other end to the complex and stood outside wait for them.

Quote:
"Better do what she says." he thought to himself and followed her."Even though hunting humans... no gotta resist the temptation."

Quote:
Tabitha waited at the door to make sure they got back. She sighed ran back and grabbed angela and told her to go rest. she looked at Melkias "Did you have fun endangering you and angela?"

Quote:
"Hey she wanted to come along not my problem, besides you should have expected it from me you know me get the jump on them before they get a chance if that means endangering myself im fine with that."

Quote:
Angela stalked off down the hall. She could hear Tabitha and the other lycan talking as she went. Raising her hands in front of her, she watched as they changed back to normal. Once she was fully humanoid, she turned to a different hall. Sighing deeply, she rubbed her back as she continued down. Suddenly she stopped. She felt a warm wettness that make her shirt stick to her skin. Bringing her hand forward again, she saw it was damp with her own crimson blood. She stood still for a moment, frowning, deciding what to do next. Looking both ways of the hall, she checked to see if anyone was around. She saw no one. Walking swiftly around another corner with her hand still in front of her, she found the bathroom. She pushed it open with a shoulder and flicked on the light with the hand that wasn't bloody. She kicked the door closed and went over to the mirror. She took off her sweat shirt and threw it on the counter. Turning around, she slowly lifted up the back of her shirt to see the injury in the mirror. It was deeper than she thought, a stab wound that sliced down a few inches. Angela wondered first why she hadn't noticed it before and second why it wasn't completely healed yet.

Quote:
"Wait Tabithat you smell that" Melkas sniffed the air finding out it was blood."Thats odd I smell blood"

Quote:
The knife was silver, you're dying Angela shook her head to clear her thoughts. There's something stuck in the wound so it won't close She grimaced and pulled her shirt back down. First aid kit Finally a useful thought. Angela opened the door and stepped out of the bathroom. She forgot in her rush that her hand was still bloody and she had left her sweat shirt. Fast walking down the hall, she headed for the kitchen where she was sure there was a first aid kit. She walked past a window then stopped and went back. Looking outside she saw it was completely black out. In the darkened street stood a single vampire. Well this can't be good...

Quote:
Now the vampire was engulfed in black fire and shouting insults at the pack. Angela assumed that the vampire would rather shout than try to go inside the building, so she had all the time she needed. She continued down the hall and entered the kitchen. Going through the cabnits and drawers, she searched for the kit.

Quote:
"Sorry Tabitha but you chewing me out has to wait." Melkias walked down the halls following the scent of blood and noticed a blood trail leading into the kitchen.Melkias opened the door to the kitchen to see Angela inside in her human form."Uhh excuse me Agela why are you in the kitchen and why is there blood outside the door?"

Quote:
Angela whirled around. "Hi, um... do you know where the first aid kit is?" she asked, hiding her bloody hand behind her back and closing the drawer she had been going through
.

Quote:
Tabitha walked after Melkias and followed him into the kitchen and looked at Angela. "Are you ok?" She asked after knowing she had been tackled earlier.

Quote:
"Yeah, I'm fine. I just need to find the first aid kit..." Angela said, forcing a smile. She shifted her weight from side to side nervously, feeling more blood run down her back. Looking at the other lycans she noticed the trail of blood she had left. "Oh, and I'll clean that up later..." Her attention shifted along the counter tops where she hoped to find the kit. As she searched with her eyes she began to feel slightly light headed. To change the subject she asked, "Hey, did you guys look outside? The sky's pitch black."

Quote:
Tabitha glance monetarally out the window, "If the vampires are doing that you need to be at full health." She stated looking back at her. "Here i am the first aid kit."

Quote:
"Tabitha I still smell blood, and its coming from you Angela just let us help you its alright the pack helps each other."

Quote:
Angela was only partially aware of what Tabitha and Melkias just said. Her head swam and her vision blurred in and out of focus. Under her feet a pool of blood was slowly becoming larger.
The knife had been silver. The cut itself was not fatally deep, but as silver is not the most reliant form of weaponry, the tip had broken off during the tackle. Now the shard was embeded in Angela's wound; not allowing her to heal and making the cut bleed. And bleed.
Angela leaned against the counter behind her. Her breathing came in fast, short breaths, making her even more dizzy. "I think... I need to sit down..." She said. Before she could make her way to a chair, her knees buckled and she fell to the bloody kitchen floor. Her world spun as she fell then turned to blackness.

Quote:
Deragon woke up and yelled "Get them, but be smart about it!" He then grabbed his sword, and ran towards the manhole and climbed up it with four other vampires joining him. "Over there!" He shouted and pointed with his sword, as he was runnign towards the wounded lycan.

Quote:
Tabitha ran to Angela and Sat on the floor cradling her body in her arms she let her power as alpha flow from her and into Angela. It seeped in to her body repelling any foreign objects and healing any wounds. Tabitha knew that wouldn’t heal the blood loss but it did stop it. She looked up at Melkias. “Take her to her room. Watch her and protect her, and make sure she heals. When she wakes you may both join me in the fight?” She stood up Angela in her arms and placed her in his arms. She had a look in her eyes saying risk your life to protect her or you will be punished. She walked quickly out of the complex and out into the suddenly dark world. She saw the Master vampire and his flunkies walking towards the complex. She let a growl escape her throat. “Go back to you hole Vampire.” She said in a loud voice. One that would get the attention of more than one pack. She growled again it was less human than the one before. Her eyes once again went grey, her canines grew, and soon her bones, muscles began remolding into a new form. Clear goo seeped from her back and poured onto the ground and as it poured fur sprouted over her body like a wave of liquid. She looked at the Vampire. She growled again and it echoed.

Quote:
"I did nothing to you, yet you throw my nem into me? What was the meaning of that?!" Deragon asked stopping only a few yards away from the person just before she turned. when she finally turn he spat "And I thought you were ugly before, come on Fido, let's see what you've got!" Deragon leaped with his sword slashing in all directions towards his new foe, whiling the other four vampires ran in after the retrieting lycans still in human form.

Quote:
Tabitha grolwed and let howl esacpe her mouth. She was nolonger even close to being human. She glared and ran at him attacking with claws and teeth.

Quote:
Deragon landed putting his sword into a tree, and ripping it out. he spun around, blocked her attack with the hild of his sword, and said arogantly "That's it, howl at the moon there Fee-Fee."

Quote:
Tabitha growled and backed away from the silver she ran back at him knocking the silver away from her at the blade she went claws and teeth for his neck and heart.

Quote:
Deragon jumped back, but was not fast enough, and took a claww to his forhead. the wound wasn't deep, but it still bled like crazy. "Ouch, that hert!" He said smiling, as he quickly recovered, and backspinned a kick to her inner thigh.

Quote:
Tabitha yelped and took a few step backwards. She grolwed long and deep. She galoped at him claws going at it ripping anything they touched.

Quote:
Deragon dove to the right, but his boots were clipped by her claws with enough force to spin him off course. he landed on his side with a loud thud, and quickly recovered.

Quote:
Tabitha glared and charged him again knocking into him.

Quote:
"Come on!" Deragon growled, but then saw her comming at her "Oh crap" he stated, and took her into and embrace, and thrusted her over him, into a tree, with his legs, while rolling back. "Come on, does the baby want to be craddled again?"

Quote:
Tabitha stood after a moment on her hind legs and stood there for a moment and looked up at him She ran back into the cover of the trees, she ran out at his back and dug her claws in, picked him up and threw him into the ground. She backed up still trying to regain some control after him throwing her into a tree.

Quote:
Deragon lay on the grownd in fake pain. His hand went quickly to his boot and produced a shiny knife. He threw it hard, the blade spun, and hit her in the shin. "Tell me if that's silver will ya?" Said Deragon as he rose and yelled "Retriet back to the sewers!!" And with that Deragon ran back to the sewers, and into the hole.

Quote:
Tabitha screamed as she reverted back to her human form and looked at the bleeding wound. She shreaked in pain as she pulled it out. looking at it then her selves she walked into the complex and up in to her room and pulled on another cami and underware and looked at the wound. She then went back to the kitchen and grabed a hand towl and tied it around the wound. She looked at the floor and decided to start cleaning it. She went to get a mop and bucket of water. She then began to clean up the blood.

Quote:
Deragon went back into his throne room, and let out a hardy laugh. "WAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHa Was that not fun men?" He said as the rest of the vampires followed him into the room. The vampires that just came into the room roared lowdly in a salute to there new commander.

Quote:
Angela's eyes flickered open. She was sure she had heard howling; it wasn't in her imagination. Though she was still dizzy, she could feel that the wound had somehow healed and her strength was returning. No doubt she had Tabitha to thank for that. Now Angela had the sudden urge to find the vampire who stabbed her and kill it. Finding the vampire would be difficult because she wasn't quite sure where she was herself. Perhaps that would have to wait a bit.

Quote:
"Now, men, is not the time to rejoise however, we must set up our fortrace!" Deragon said to his men. "Find anything salvigable in these god forsaken sewers, and use it to spruce this place up! this will be my throne room, which requires nothing. However, the war room will be in the room down the north coridor pipeline. We shall need a table of some sort. When that is accomplished, you may tend to your own rooms. We have much to do, so get to work!" He comanded and they all set off to di there designated jobs.

Quote:
Tabitha sat on the counter and looked around boredly. She began to think how Angela was recovering. She slid off of the counter and walked to where Angela was. She looked at her "feeling better?" She asked.

Quote:
Angela's room was small and dark. A bed sat sideways against the back wall opposite the door. A set of drawers was at the right wall and a chest to the left. The window was shut with the curtains drawn. Angela sat up in bed so she could face Tabitha who stood in the door way. "Yeah, much better. Thanks to you." She blinked a couple times and waited for her eyes to adjust to the light coming from the open door. When her vision was clear, she noticed the bloody towel tied to the alpha's leg. Angela looked for some explanation in Tabitha's expression.

Quote:
Tabitha walked forward and sat on the corner of her bed. “Chasing after those vampires was very foolish and dangerous. You haven’t realized that there is a new master vampire lifting the vamps spirits up.” She motioned to the bloody towel. “He has already challenged me and he is neither weak nor dumb.” She glanced around the small room. “We need to plan as a pack if we want to rid the city of them. That means Melkias and you cannot run off on your own to attempt to kill them. They are like rats in those sewers if any of us were to go down there unprepared then whoever would die due to their home feild advantage. We bring them up here.”

Quote:
Angela nodded solemnly. The master must have been the one with the sword back in the sewers. He was an eager conqueror if he had challenged Tabitha already and a strong one if he had lived. The war would probably get a whole lot bloodier now that the vampires were organized. "So when does the planning begin?" Angela asked.

Quote:
Tabitha looked up. "as soon as we talk to Melkias."

Quote:
"Good, good!" Deragon said to himself. "my plans are going quite well." A vampire walked up to Deragon and said "Sir, we have found a sutible table, It's in the war room, as you directed, and most of us have set up our quarters." Deragn nodded brefiely and said "Good, when the men are done with their roms, tell them to report to the war room. I will be wating." Deragon turned and left for the war room as the vampire left him.

Quote:
Where is Melkias? Angela wondered to herself. She thought he must be somewhere in the building. He couldn't be running off by himself, Tabitha had probably talked to him already. If the pack meeting relied on Melkias, Angela hoped he would show up soon.

Quote:
Melkias eventually got word of the planning that was going on."Gah plans make things simple just go in and cut them to pieces thats what id do but hey the alpahs orders what can ya do." Melkias went and found Tabitha."I heard my pressence was requested."

Quote:
Tabtha glared at him at the fact that she didn't get to finish lecturing him for his endangering of himself and Angela but she decided not to. "It was't requested it was demanded. Since I never know when you are out endangering the pack." She sighed letting her anger drane. She looked up at him "You will be included in the planning but be warned if you endanger any of this pack you will be punished and you will be lucky if the vampires kill you and not me. Now tonight is the full moon we will be at our most powerful. So we will leave at twilight and we attack as soon as they crawl out of their hole we kill them. I don't want either of you running off and getting revenge or going after that master vampire. That is my job i am the alpha and you are lucky i am even letting you fight." She said looking at each of their face's after her speach/lecture.

Quote:
Deragon stood at the end of the table, and started to draw out a map of the area around the sewer pipes, and the Lycan stronghold. Variouse other vampires started to help, but then started to fight stating that it was not a tree in a specific place, it was a bush. Deragon just roled his eyes, and didn't pay them any attention. when the map was done and every one was in the war room, Deragon started to layout his plans, stating where who went where, and whom was to be with them, putting every one in a specific group, or company. when all was said and done, he told them to get soem rest until and hour after sundown, when they would test their plans.

Quote:
"Alright then." Angela said at the end of Tabitha's speach. She had forgotten that the full moon was that night. Though she was thankful for being alowed to fight, the thought of revenge still remained in the back of her mind. Believeing the lecture to be over, Angela turned to go back to her room.
The day was almost over and twilight would come sooner than expected. With both sides preparing for war, the battle at twilight would be grand.
Leaving the other two lycans in the hallway, Angela entered her room and shut the door behind her. She went over to her drawers and found an outfit similar to the one she was wearing, only less blood-caked. Slipping on dark jeans and a white tank top, she went bare foot over to her window to look outside and at the dying light of the sun.

Quote:
Deragon woke with a start, got to his feet, and quickly rased his sword to meat... no one. Deragon then rubbed the back of his head. "Ahg, what time is it?" He asked himself. Hestarted to walk over to the exit to see. He found exactly what he wanted, the sun was down. Deragon sucked in a deep breath, and roared to let his men know that the time had come. The vampires quickly came to him ready, iand in there assigned companies. "Good, now men, let's go!" Deragon opened the manhole cover, and walked out of it, taking his place in the woods, his men took theirs', and Deragon went walking toward the lycan strong hold.

Quote:
They're coming. Angela watched as the vampires came up from the manholes and scattered military style into the forest. The master vampire was walking straight for the building. Angela dashed out of her room and down the hall back to where Tabitha and Melkias were standing. Maybe they already knew, but hey, it doesn't hurt to remind them about the army of vampires come to kill us all. "The vampires are here." she said and waited for instruction from the alpha.

Quote:
Tabitha nodded not really likeing the whole fact of having to be like this violence was never her. "Well then go. Unless you want them to take over the city." TAbitha walked out of the room and out of the complex out into the fresh night air. She waited for the wolf to take control.

Quote:
The rest of the lycan pack were already up and ready; scattered throughout the compound. Each one was fully wolfen. They roamed about making sure no vampire got cocky enough to try to get inside. From their places they defended until given further orders to charge from the alpha.
The sky was purple-ish blue--all that remained of a brilliant sunset. Now the sky was close to blackness. The full moon shone in the dark, illuminating the shadowed land.
Angela jogged down a the hall until she came to a large window. She slowed to a stop in front of it then turned a latch to unlock it before opening it wide. Stepping out and onto the roof, she closed the window behind her. From there she carefully walked across to a place where she could see almost all the woods and the master vampire. She knelt on the shingles and closed her eyes as the moon light flickered through clouds overhead.

Quote:
Tabitha stood there still in he human form and looked around. Wondering why the damn vampires had too choose here to live and just attempt to take over. She was thinking about just calling an exterminator to take care of it so she didn't have to waste her time. She decided to wait for a moment or two before actually looking like she wanted to be here.

Quote:
Everything was in place. A seemingly infinte silence filled the air in the moments before all hell would break out.
Angela called upon her inner wolf and began to transform. Her fingers turned to claws first as her eyes shifted into wolfish ones. She could feel her entire body morph and change until after a few minutes, a lycanthrope with black fur and large, bright green eyes crouched where a girl had just been sitting. She snarled, her tail wagging back and forth in anticipation of the coming fight.

Quote:
Deragon saw a figure ahead, "I have come to discuss terms of agreement." Deragon stopped around three hundred yards away just incase something was to go wrong, ae, if it was a trap. "I still have yet to learn your name, by the way, what is it?"

Quote:
Tabitha looked at him and tilted her head to the side. Its was full moon and no wolf could resist giving in to the wolf. A low growl escaped her throat as she stood there still in human form but to the trained eye you could tell she was attempting to fight it so that she would be able to remain in control of her wolves and not join them.

Quote:
Angela scanned the trees with her lycan vision. A vampire stood still behind a tree a few meters away, it's head visible through branches. Angela trotted down to the edge of the roof, her claws clicking against the shingles. She knew she couldn't leave her position yet. Wait, wait, wait, wait... she thought over and over again. Pawing the ground, she left light claw marks in the roof. Just wait a little longer... she told herself.

Tabitha's bones slowly began to slowly growing and reshaping. The transformation was soon to be complete.

Quote:
Deragon looked up at the sky, "Oh, hell." He said dropping his head. "It's a full moon, every one on your guard!!!" He yelled to his troops hidden somewhere behind him. He took his sword in both hands, in a defencive position, and braced himself.

Quote:
Tabitha transformation was complete and she let out a howl to her pack, To first locate them and then to tell them that they could hunt. She growled at the vampire standing infront of her.

Quote:
Angela's eyes flashed from vampire to vampire. She could see more of them now. Everyone on both sides knew what was coming. Tension filled the air. At Tabitha's command the lycans found the vampires--and then hunted. Angela leapt off the roof and to the ground below. Landing quietly, she dashed into the forest.

Quote:
"On the defencivce! This was sopposed to be a peacefullish encounter! And some one get us an astrologist!!!!!" Yelled Deragon as he took one quick step backward. The other vampires formed into a defencive group, and carefully walked toward Deragon.

Quote:
Tabitha growled again and started running towards him to attack him with her teeth. She listened to the forest to her wolves doing what lycans did best, hunt and kill. She then sank her teeth into his arm.

Quote:
Angela, like her fellow werewolves, began picking off those vampires who fell a bit too far out of formation. The wolves surrounded and began to circle the vampires. Angela knocked one of the creatures over by jumping on its back then scampering away from another vampire's blade and back into the circle of lycans. Growls and snarls came from the mouths of both sides as the battle continued.

Quote:
Deragon moved his arm upward as to block the bite from getting his throught. He growled at the pain, and hit the attacking lycan on the head with the butt end of his sword, wich is silver, and kicked her in the ribs with all of his force, knocking her back a couple feet. "It's a trap! Run!!!!!" He exclaimed, and backed away from the lycans. Deragons men did the same, and took to the woods, headding back to their lair. Deragon, however, took a different aproche, and doubled back to the lycan strong hold, as he was being chased.

Quote:
Tabitha whimpered when she was hit then kicked with the silver. She then chased after him and tackled him into the ground with claws digging and teeth getting ready to kill.

Quote:
Deragon quickly turned to face his attacker, and fell backwards. He put the flat end of his sword into her mouth, so she couldn't bite him. He kneed her in the stomach four times, adn drew a silver dagger out of his left boot. He then proceded toput the pointed edge just barly touching her thought, but wiht anuogh pressure so that if she made anymore moves forward, she would stab her self, and comit, basiclly, suicide. "Call off your cubs, or I'll put this thing fully through. It is silver, so don't try anything funny!"

Quote:
Tabitha glared with wolf eyes and backed away from him but didn't call her wolves off. She beared her theeth as she let out a low growl.

Quote:
"You know my aim" Deragon said politly and then yelled, in anger, "Call them off!"

Quote:
Tabitha howled as if to stop them but it was open either they stop or she take away her word of protection over them. She glared at the dagger and then growled again.

Quote:
"That's a good girl. Now can you change back? I would rather talk to something better looking than a fluff ball." Deragon asked lowering his dagger, but still holding it defencively
.

Quote:
Tabitha growled again and then glanced up at the FULL moon.

Quote:
"Not durring a full moon, hm?" Deragon brought his feet together so he could look casual. "Would a clowd interfear wiht it?" He said glancing up into the sky as some clowds were moving in. "Hope you don't mind standing in the rain."

Quote:
Tabitha shook her head.

Quote:
Deragon laughed a bit in his throught. "Hm, So you have to stay that hairry untill it goes away? That sucks. Tomorrow night then. in the woods, you can bring friends if you want, but I'm not. You'll see a gold trinket haning from a tree, it's shiny, so I don't think you'll miss it. I have things that I would like to discuss with you." Deragon dropped the dagger into his boot, and walked off toward his sewers.

Quote:
Tabitha ran off into the woods. Basiclly the only bad part about being a lycan was that the wolf takes over once a month and you have to just live with it.

Quote:
Angela watched the vampires leave. What's going on? she wondered and trotted quickly over to Tabitha. The master vampire was returning to the sewers with his minions without a pack of werewolves after them so something must have happened. He was also carrying his silver sword. Angela whimpered, wondering if the vampire had stabbed the alpha. As Tabitha ran off into the woods, Angela stayed behind in her confusion.

Quote:
Tabitha turned around and looked back at angela with eyes that were almost human enough to show emotion. They said that she was sorry.

Quote:
Deragon went into the sewers, and checked on his men. When he was saticefied that they were all getting into good shape, and were healing, he went to sleep. He awoke the next night, grabbed his sword, and a shinny gold chain from a loos brick in the sewer wall, and headed ou into the forest to meet with the commander of his enemy. When he got about five hundred yards into the forest, he put the chain on a branch, daggling, so that some one could easlly see it, and hid in a nearby tree, to scout.

Quote:
Tabitha walked out of the complex into the woods and looked around. She walked toward thething that was hanging in the tree.

Quote:
Deragon watched as some one came towards the necklace, he also took note that no one was with her. He jumped down, rounded a tree, and stood infront of her. "No one came with you, good." He said smiling.

Quote:
"What do you want?" Tabitha asked angerly. She was eager to getsleep and this was haulting her plan.

Quote:
"The humans have been growing in numbers, and are arming themselves wiht silver, and agrlick. I propose that we destroy this mennice, and and have some sort of peace agreement until the day that they are gone, all of them." Deragon said, sitting in a chair. "You know, you look much better without the fur, and I have sired some thirteen scientists, they aren't here yet, but they are on their way. wiht a sample of you of you packs blood, we could make it easier for you to atleast control weather r not you turn during a full moon. And I know that you are thinking that we are just going to make it so that you can't turn into that disgusting hair form, but, we have tried, and it wont work that way. There were major repercussions when we tried, you see." Deragon lifted up one of his arm sleeves, to show a thick scar unning up and down his arm. "It only made them lose all conscienceness, and tried to kill us all, even his own people. I killed him, infront of..." He trailed the last part of his sentance off, so that she couldn't understand, or here it.

Quote:
Angela paced back and forth in front of the lycan stronghold. Her tail whipped back and forth restlessly. Almost all of the werewolves were in a similar state. With the sudden absence of their alpha after letting a hord of vampires leave, each one contemplated what to do next.
Angela groaned. She could stay and wander about the complex uselessly or go and find out what was happening. If she did go she risked ruining a plan or getting killed by either a vampire or a very angry alpha. Then she had an idea. Melkias. He might have a plan or at least want to go on a possibly suicidal hunt with her. She stopped pacing and ran into the building in search of the lycan.

Quote:
Tabitha stood there and shook her head, "We do not need your help in any way. Anyways even if we were to accept your help or whatever the curse of the lycan is supernatural not genetic." She glared. and walked off back towards her home.

Quote:
"Then how is it that we ceated a sirum so that your kind will no longer be elergic to silver? I have a small dose of something like it wiht me, but instead of silver, I am partially imune to garlic." Deragon yelled after her. "And I still have yet to learn your name."

Quote:
"None of that s**t will work in this pack. And its Tabitha." She said as she continued to walk.

Quote:
"I am Deragon, how do you know it wont? What makes your pack any different than the others?" Deragon questioned.

Quote:
Tabitha stopped. "I know it wont work because most of my pack was created by natural born lycans."

Quote:
"And? one of our test subjects was to. The other was truned. Eather way, you need us, other wise the humans will kill your pack. You're good in a fight, but you wont last long against a bullet. Especially not a silver one, You didn't dodge my dagger, so you have no hope to dodge the bullets."

Quote:
"I will not take help from vampires."

Quote:
Deragon wisperd under his breath something about Tabitha's stubornness, then said allowd, "Ok, if you want to see your pack fall for a bunch of dumb humans, then by all means, do it." Deragon then turned, and started to walk away.

Quote:
"My pack will not because we will turn everyhuman that we can and then they will die. Simple. Besides you must be afraid of them if you want to help us."

Quote:
"With the humans gone it will be easyer to take the city. And you can't turn the humans if you're all dead. They all have guns, and I do mean all. Even the children."

Quote:
"If you haven't noticed but my pack can fit in to their cities."

Quote:
Deragon shrugged, and kept on walking, "That will only dwindel down your numbers, the city is wide. I'm sure you're smart enough of a leader to know that."
PostPosted: Wed May 23, 2007 2:04 pm

Quote:
"The humans don't know ehere we are nor who we are. If you want help from us we might consider it if you end up leaveing Lycans as dominant."

Quote:
"Sorry there Ms. Cuddles with me moon, but there is no dominence. besides, you are wrong. They do know your location. They captured one of my men. He told them where you were, and everytihng. I know thins because they let him go after telling. It's eather a team, or nothing, take your pick." Deragon said as he started t ocome near the sewer entrance.

Quote:
"Fine we can team up or whatever. But my wolves wont be happy."

Quote:
"Oh, no, don't worry about it, I'm sure your wolves will be able to live after the humans attack. There's no need for me and my men, don't worry about it."

Quote:
"No i am willing to do anything for my pack to keep them safe."

Quote:
"So we'll help eachother out, until the time comes when can afford to be at eachothers throughts then?" Deragon said walking towards Tabitha. He got only two feet infront of her, and held out his hand.

Quote:
Tabitha took a few steps back. "Sounds good to the lycans. But do not touch me."

Quote:
After running through the complex without any sign of Melkias, Angela made up her mind that she would be perfectly fine going out alone. She didn't want a repeat of what happened with the vampires a few days go, so she decided to be more prepared. Making her way back to her room, she saw that the other lycans had slowly migrated inside the building where they were currently. She pushed the door to her room open with a paw then closed it behind her with her nose. Changing back into her human form, she went through her drawers. She found a black t-shirt and black jeans. Slipping them on, she wondered what had happened to her sweatshirt. She dug through her drawers again until she found a good subsitute. She put on a slightly heavier light grey jacket with a hood. Putting her hair back into a pony-tail, she pulled the hood over her head. Almost ready, she walked over to her desk and took two small glass vials of holy water and a stake. She kept the vials in her pockets and held the stake in her right hand. Now she was ready. She opened her door and proceeded to walk out of her room, out of the building, and into the forest.

Quote:
Tabitha Stood there with a good amount of distacne between her and the vampire. She would never put manes on which she would end up killing in the end.

Quote:
Angela went quickly but cautiously deeper into the woods. It wasn't long before she thought she heard voices ahead. She slowed her pace and continued on as silently as possible. Having a clear view of what was ahead was difficult through the trees. She decided that she couldn't risk being caught. Venturing the few final steps that she dared take, she knelt down behind a tree and listened. She hoped that she had heard voices and not just rustling of leaves. Taking a deep breath quietly, she waited.

Quote:
Tabitha sniffed the air as a wolf would and walked towards where angela with her back to the vampire she mouthed the words stay put and don't make a sound. She smiled at her and then it faded she had realized that when she had left none of the pack was back yet from their night of hunting. She silently cursed herself for that. she turned back around and patiently waited. After a few moments she grew tierd and motioned for angela to come out and stand with her.

Quote:
Angela concealed the stake in her sleeve. She couldn't be happier that Tabitha wasn't hurt or angry, but now she began to wonder why the alpha was out here. Getting up, she walked over to Tabitha's side. Her eyes widened upon seeing the master vampire. What were the leader of the lycans and the leader of the vampires doing out in the woods in the middle of the night? The two sides were at war last time Angela had checked. Suddenly she was very glad she had brought a stake.

Quote:
"Angela calm down." Tabitha said trying to calm the lycan. " I am doing what is best for the pack." She paused for a moment. " I want you all to be safe from the humans." SHe then moved closer to Angela "and once they are gone we can go back to killing the vamps." She said quietly so that her and angela were the only ones to hear the message. "tell me is the pack safe?"

Quote:
Angela spoke without removing her glare from the master vampire, "Yes, the pack is safe. I think everyone's inside now." Her mind began to swim with ideas of what the two could have been talking about. Was their an alliance against the humans? But without them the vampires couldn't survive... Angela finally looked at Tabitha, her eyes held despair and her jaw was set stubbornly. How could a vampire be what's best for the pack? Her mind continued to race with thoughts, some paranoid and others slightly reasonable. "What's going on?" she asked.

Quote:
Deragon walked after Tabitha. "It's called a handshake, by the way, it seals a deal." He turned to Angela, "And we just had an agreement, for your pack, and my vamps to work together. That's all." Deragon said smiling. He then quickly turned Tabitha around, grabbed her hand, and shook it. "It was a pleasure." Deragon then turned, and left to leave the two alone.

Quote:
Angela blinked, turning her attention back toward the vampire. Vampires and lycans working together? THAT'S ALL?!?! she thought. And the vampire wanted to shake hands... Angela remained silent although she felt like screaming. What was this world coming to? She narrowed her eyes as the master vampire turned around.

Quote:
Tabitha glared and jerked her hand away from his "I said don't you touch me!" She said angerly. She then watched as he left she looked at angela. "I did it so that we wouldn't die off." She said looking at her wolf "I know you don't understand but this is for the better of the pack. BUt it was something My parents wouldn't do , Zane and any other pack leaders would never do and look whats happened to them they are dead."

Quote:
Deragon opened the sewer and yelled to Tabitha "You can keep the gold chain!" And with that, he dropped down into the sewers.

Quote:
"I think I understand enough." Angela said. She knew she should trust the alpha; Tabitha was the best leader the pack had ever had. Though Angela wasn't present for Zane's rule or Tabitha's parent's, she knew that they were bad, to put it lightly. Still, something about vampires and werewolves working together didn't seem quite right. "I think the pack needs you now." she said and began to turn to leave herself. Before she did, she took the stake out of her sleeve and handed it to Tabitha. She was unsure of how long this alliance would last and if Tabitha needed to finish her buisness with the fanged creature. With that she walked away.

Quote:
"Angela Wait." Tabitha walked after her She grabbed her arm. She handed the stake back. "You need more protection than i do." She paused, "I know you are very upset but if it ends up being a trap i will sacrifice my self and you will take the pack as your own. But with the humans and their new weapons. They have guns with liquid silver in them. That is instant death for any of us. I only want us to get out of this war alive and strong. I have no hope of controling the city my only concern is this pack and they attack us we did not start this war everyone thought we were monsters so they wanted us all dead the vampires were just threatened by us and we are just defending ourselves."

Quote:
Angela took the stake. "Any member of the pack would die for you. We need you as leader and not anyone else. So don't plan on getting yourself killed anytime soon." She smiled grimly, "I know the humans have more weapons than they used to, but once they're gone, the vampires will need another source of blood to feed upon."

Quote:
"With the humans gone they will die. They will not drow any blood from this pack and they will die. Its that simple."

Quote:
"Then why are they trying to get rid of the humans? They're killing themselves..." Angela forced a laugh, "And I thought that this master vampire was smarter than the others..."

Quote:
Deragon looked over his men, called them to the war room, and started to unravel his plans."Wonce we have there confidence, we can easilly turn on them. We will attack when they are at their weakest. When we do attack, we hit hard. Got it?" Every one agreed, and they started to desifer what to do next.

Quote:
"Yes, as did I" Tabitha smiled "They think we are weak because everyone is attacking us so they think with humans gone they will be over us and We ould be Pomme de Sang." She paused "But that wont happen."

Quote:
"Wait, but the humans can't really attack us. They don't know where we live, do they?" Angela asked. She knew that humans sometimes caught the pack when they entered the city, but not in the lycan stronghold. If the humans did know where they lycans were, what was stopping them from attacking? Especially right after a full moon when all the werewolves would be resting...

Quote:
"Simple little humans can't stay awake for as long as we can. They are at home with their families asleep thinking they are safe." That made her stop. "The next time any of us are near a vampire we kill them." Tabitha looked at Angela's face to await the reactionshe would have.

Quote:
Angela was taken back. She was fine with killing vampires, she was more than fine, but what happened to that alliance? Perhaps both sides were seeing who could double-cross the other first. She blinked again, "Okay...that works for me." She grinned. "Should I even ask why...?"

Quote:
"Because i have realized that noone needs help killing humans. The vampires are trying to trick us." Tabitha looked at the compound and back at angela. "We will play along. When ever they get the notion that we are completely a lost cause we will kill them off and then we will deal with the humans."

Quote:
When all of their plans were discussed, and everything was setled, Deragon spoke. "Remember, do not strike any of them until I say so, any of those who do, will have to answer to me. And I know that they will double cross us, that's why I'm giving them a little 'party gift' I should say. It will make us seem chummy, and nieve, The problem with those damn furballs is that they underestimate everything, excluding themselves. On that part they think all too highly. day is comming, everyone get some rest." With that, Deragon went into his chambers, to sleep.

Quote:
Kazume paced around her room. She couldn't help wondering why Tabitha was out. Maybe I'll ask her when she gets back. No point in following her. Who knows what she'll do. She sat down on her bed and looked out her window out into the forest. She felt like her mind was about to explode from too many questions. Finally, she tried to get some sleep. Maybe thoughts of dead vampires would calm her.

Quote:
Tabitha wlaked ahead of Angela and entered the compound. She breathed in the scent of the pack and looked around. It looked like they were all asleep except for her and angela. SHe went up the stairs and into her room she glanced about and crawled into be and fell asleep.

Quote:
Angela followed Tabitha into the compound then turned down a different hallway. She guessed the alpha was going to bed so she decided not to bother her anymore. Instead of walking to her own room, Angela found the window she had gone out before and opened it. She thought it unlikey that she was going to get any sleep for a while anyways. Opening it, she stepped out onto the roof. She left the window partially open before heading out. After walking a couple feet, she lay down and stared skyward, pondering all that had just happened while tapping the stake against the ground absentmindedly.
As the last hours until dawn crept by, Angela drifted to sleep. As she laid on the roof in a position resembling a star fish, the stake slipped from her fingers and rolled down the roof.

Quote:
Tabitha opened her eyes and looked at her window. She sighed, it was night she had slept her day away. She sat up and sliped out of her bed. She grabed her clothes she had laid out before she fell asleep and went to get a shower. She walked down stirs expecting to see her pack but they were evidently still asleep. She went to the den where the pack meetings were held, Not thet they had had any lately or were going to have any. She just wanted to be surrounded in the scent of her pack if she took in enough breath she could faintly smell her parents but along with that came the stench of Zane. She looked around and finally sat in a chair still surrounding herself with the pack.

Quote:
Deragon woke up and rubbed his head. His neck was stiff, and he had a headache, but he still went abuot his business of exploring the depths of his domain. He saw a smal light shine, and he walked causiously towards it. When he got there, he found a blockade covering at the end. he closed his eyes, and listened intently. when he as sure that nothing was there, he smashed open the whole wiht his fists, and walked throuhg to find that he was in the middle of the busy city.

Quote:
It wasn't until a the sky turned grey and rain began to fall when Angela awoke. She rubbed her eyes and stood up. The shingles were slick with rain water. Looking around, she wondered what happened to her stake. She slipped but caught her balance before tumbling off the roof. Then she spotted her weapon. Sliding to the edge of the roof she retrieved her stake. She walked back up carefully and went to the window where she climbed inside and closed it behind her. She could see the rain begin to fall harder as it beat against the glass. After staring outside for a moment, she locked the window and turned away. Walking to her room, she shook her head like a dog to get the water out of her hair. It wasn't long until she came to her door and went inside. After emptying her pockets of the holy water, she put the vials and the stake back on her desk. Then she flopped onto her bed and fell asleep again.

Quote:
Sacara woke blinking, he had wandered into this city and found himself attacked by some beast, he fought it off but was wounded and only nearly made it to shelter before dawn, he had not remembered this, only know he had been wounded and that he was now awake in a strage city, and that he was not safe if he did not know where to hide safly. "This will be getting vary interesting vary fast...." he spoke as he stood and looked at his surroundings.

Quote:
Tabitha dozed off and awoke all of the sudden. One last time she took in the scent of the pack. She stood and walked out of the complex under the moon. She felt the urge to let the beast take control of her, but she resisted when she walked into the city. With the weight of the humans she played human for a while. She came upon a figure who didn't mix in with the crowd. She hid in the crowd as if to get a better look to she what it was.

Quote:
Sacara looked around at the city he was in, nothign seemed out of the ordinary, other than the fact that it seemed someone was watching him, he walked into an alley attempting to thow them off and then jumped onto a fire escape for a better veiw "Come on... show yourself..." he smirked as he reached for one of his pistols, which had a clip fill of explosive rounds.

[He has one gun with explosive rounds, the other with silver hallow-points ^.^; ran into a few were-beasts before]

Quote:
Tabitha glared when she saw him go into the alley. She snuck into the alley as well as a were wolf could blend in here in the city. Her nails turned to claws and her arms changed form into something unhuman. She didn't want to fight but it was an attack she didn't want to be caught off gaurd.

Quote:
"So... there is more to my persuer than meets the eye...." he smirked and continued watching "As long as she leaves me be... I won't have to get my hands dirty..."

Quote:
Vivian held up her arm to block the attack from the oncoming lycan. The man had not shifted fully and remained somewhere on the balance of wolf and man, therefore his still human mouth clasped around her arm. Sinking blunt canines through the flesh. She grunted as the weight of the wolf brought her flat to the ground, she was pinned beneath him arm caught at angle where she wouldn't be able to get a shot off and hit anything vital.
Therefore, she abandoned her Browning and reached for the Beretta in her shoulder holster. The man-wolf continued to gnaw at her arm like a pup with a bone. Vivian bit her lip to hold back a cry of pain as she emptied and entire clip of silver bullets into his chest. The wolf fell off of her, dead. The 9mm bullets had shredded his heart to a pulp that was darker than blood. Vivian sighed in relief, laying her head back against the ground. She had been lucky that wolf was newly turned or he probably would have ripped her to pieces limb by limb. She holstered both her guns, the Browning in a opposite shoulder for a cross draw, before rolling on her stomach and pushing herself off the ground. Straightening her coat, she took of down the darkened alley.

Angela rolled over in her sleep. She dreamed she was flying then suddenly she was falling...falling...falling. Whack Angela let out a yelp of surprise as she rolled off her bed and landed on the ground with a thud. Groaning, she sat up. From her view of the window she could see it was night out. It seemed she had slept through the day and a few hours into the night. She got up and went through her drawers for the usual dark clothing before taking a shower and heading down stairs. Right as she reached the den another lycan ran up to her. He looked 15 or 16 years old with messy blonde hair and blue eyes. His clothes were a simple t-shirt and jeans and his expression was distorted with panic.
"Have you seen Tabitha?" he asked hurriedly.
Angela looked puzzled, "Not since last night." Or was it yesterday? she thought. Time was becoming harder to keep straight. "Why?"
"You remember that guy I bit a couple nights ago? I kinda lost track of him--there's rumors of hunters in the city!" He said franticly. "I gotta find him before he gets caught!"
With the full moon only a few nights ago, it was likely that this new werewolf had already been found, but there was still hope. He could have run away. Tabitha would know what to do, but it seemed she wasn't present at the moment. She probably had something important to take care of. A search party would be the fastest way to locate them, Angela assumed, but no one had the authority to create one.
"I'll find him," Angela said, "Just keep everyone close to the compound while Tabitha's gone. If I don't come back with that guy before she gets back you can ask her what to do next."
The other werewolf nodded and Angela exited the stronghold.

Quote:
Deragon stood at the exit, entance to the river flowing in the middle to the city. "This is interesting, hahah, I should go tell the men of this find!" Deragon looked one more time at the busy city, and ran back to tell he men what he had found.

Quote:
Tabitha stoped look around on the ground level she then looked up the buildings. Sure enough she found the out of place person. She smelled the air and sneezed. He smelled of old death. It was the smell if you were to walk through a old grave yard. Her arms and claws reformed their human shape, but instead her eyes turned grey.

Angela jogged away from the compound, through the forest, and onto the road. She hoped she wouldn't have to search the entire city for this stray lycan. As she came deeper into the city the streets were more populated with crowds of humans--or what looked like humans. It was hard to tell. She slowed her pace to a walk, trying to blend in somewhat. To everyone else she appeared to be just another kid in jeans and a tank top wandering around after dark. Now... she thought, where are you...? This new lycan probably didn't know how to control his inner wolf just yet, so he wouldn't neccisarily be in one of the hordes of people. Angela turned down an alley way and continued her search.

Quote:
Vivian rolled her shoulders as she continued her straight path down the sidewalk. She could feel the strap of her holster rubbing against her shirt and it was beginning to irritate her. She groaned in aggravation, curling the fingers of her opposite hand around her still bleeding arm, lucky for her the wolf hadn't been fully transformed or she might be turning furry once a month.
"I guess I just got lucky," she sighed. "It was good thing he couldn't control his beast," she was muttering to herself. "The lycans would never except me as one of them now."

Quote:
Angela turned down another street. The scent of blood was slowly becoming more suffocating as she came closer. Then she saw the body. She ran up the the dead lycan and knelt at his side. He looked completely human but the pentagram on his hand gave him away as a werewolf. Angela grimaced at the hole in his chest. It appeared that a hunter had found this lycan, or just some trigger happy bystander. She knew he was dead, but checked his pulse anyways. His skin was cold and his heart was not beating. Angela sighed in defeat, she was too late.

Quote:
Vivian hadn't even bothered to get rid of the body, it was somethings he had realized as she passed a bakery. Despite the fact the she smelled of lycan and her arm was bleeding, she couldn't resist the smell of coffee and muffins. She walked into the shop and stood at the counter, she wanted strong vanilla coffee and a banana nut muffin.
I didn't really leave any evidence, other than the bullets, every cop this side of town has silver bullets. Most civilians do...
She thought to herself, as a cheery girl behind the register took her order.
A few moments later she was leaving the shop, coffee in hand and the muffin in a little bag.

Quote:
What's this? Angela thought, peering at the concrete road in the dim light of a lamp post. A small trail of blood led away from the body and down the sidewalk. Angela gently shut the eyes of the fallen lycan and stood up. Walking around the body, she followed the trail. She went down the sidewalk quickly, forcing herself not to break into a run. Subtlety was her best option if she wanted to find this hunter. Soon she came to another crowd and a row of shops. She could see a gun shop and a grocery store on one side and a clothing store and a bakery on the other. The number of people made it difficult to see beyond that. Stopping, she tried to find the scent of blood again, but it was more difficult. With all the people there the smell she sought was hidden. She waited a long time, searching with her eyes and sense of smell. Then she saw someone a bit out of the ordinary. A woman with a bloody arm carrying... coffee and a muffin? Could this be it...? Angela thought smirking.

Quote:
Vivian took a sip of her coffee, she clearly wasn't concerned of how much of an obvious culprit she was. It was probably being out in the open in view of shops and insomniacs that made her so confident. That and the fact she had two guns loaded with silver bullets and four back up clips. The bullets would only kill the wolves for sure, but it would slow the vamps down long enough to cut it's head off.
Vivian finished her coffee and instantly regretted getting a small.
"Damn, I should get another..."
In stead of going back she stood at the corner and pulled her muffin from the bag.

Quote:
Kris walks into a forest area looking for a place to rest "hopefully I don't run into anyone out here" she contintues walking until she reaches a fallen tree. Kris takes off her pack and sets it down next to the tree as she sits on the ground leaning against the tree and looks at her suroundings

Quote:
Angela thought about her options.
1. Attack the hunter in the middle of a crowd and get pulverized by civilians.
2. Try to draw the hunter away from the people and hope she follows and doesn't just shoot at me.
3. Stalk her and hope she doesn't notice or, again, shoot.
4. Pretend to be human and do nothing.
Angela sighed in frustration. Now the hunter was eating a muffin! No one should be calm enough to eat muffins after killing someone. Is that banana nut? she wondered. No, focus! She shook her head to clear her thoughts; she had to do something--anything. There wasn't much she could do with the humans though. After a long arguement with herself, Angela made a decision. She crossed the street so she stood at the corner opposite the hunter. Leaning against the wall, she waited.

Quote:
Vivian's pale blue eyes followed Angela as she crossed the street. It wasn't because she suspected anything, it was because the other woman happened to be the only other person moving enough to catch her attention. Paranoid much?
Vivian swallowed the last piece of muffin as the tension eased from her shoulders when the raven haired girl leaned nonchalantly against a wall.
The huntress tossed everything in a nearly over-flowing trashcan and looked down at her arm. It had stopped bleeding, but the drying liquid was causing her jacket to stick to the wound.
"Eh, that's gross..." she mumbles to herself, slipping the jacket off. This gesture left her guns in plain view, but she didn't seem to care for she began to leave the corner.

Quote:
Angela frowned upon sight of the guns. She was well aware that the hunter had them, but this motion left her with an uneasy feeling. Did the hunter already spot her? Was this some sign to back off? Angela watched the woman leave the corner. She waited a minute or so before casually moving away from her wall and following. Keeping her pace slow and steady, she hoped that she would seem like a normal human to the hunter...one who just decided to move right after she did... Angela kept to the other side of the street and a good distance away as she continued her stalking

Quote:
Sacara jumped from the fire escape and landed in front of the woman "Who, and or what are you?..." he questioned her holding his guns upward as to show he was not hostile at the moment. "Were you the beast that attacked me when I came to this place?"

Quote:
Vivian peeked over her shoulder and rose a single eyebrow. She turned her gaze to the front again and sighed, resisting the urge to smirk.
"Oh geeze," she mumbles to herself. "I think I'm being stalked..."
Well, only one way to know for sure.
As soon as her persuer came around the last corner, Vivian made off at a full run down an alley, she was daring the woman do follow her. Once away from civilans, Vivian would find out what was going on.

Quote:
No, dang it--! Angela dashed around a few bystanders before charging down the alley after the hunter. Well, that's one way to get rid of the crowds... she thought. Now what? The number of people became fewer and fewer as they went. Angela sped up. Once they were clear of all the humans she knew she would have to get closer to do any damage. Angela decided to forget out stealth now, only speed mattered. Mostly because the hunter knew she was there and also because the woman was fast. The alley seemed incredibly long; it broke off a couple times into small streets where only a few humans wandered in and out of. As they went, Angela glanced up to see a fire escape. Looking back to the hunter, she narrowly avoided smashing into two people talking in the middle of the road. One of them looked familiar, but Angela couldn't stop. She kept running, using some of her lycan strength to go faster.

Quote:
Vivian spared a moment to glance behind her, the woman was following and gaining up on her fast.
Oh, well, crap!
Clearly the huntress hadn't expected the girl to actually be something faster than she was. Lycan? Vamp? Something else big and scary? Vivian came to a fence that cut off the alley, her eyed widened a touch and she only stopped long enough to scale the chain links and jump to the other side. She was beginning to feel the little catch in her side that suggested that she probably should have stretched first.
Yeah, cause there totally time for body mechanics.
Vivian skidded to another stop and bolted around a corner, where she halted. Pulling both guns from their respective holsters she stood, aiming and waiting.

Tabitha frowned and stepped back. "Why would I attack you?" She asked dancing around his first question leaving It unanswered. Either he was a unknowing human or a weak powerless vampire. She laughed but not sound escaped her mouth. "Why should I tell you who and what i am when I have no idea under a blue moon who or what you are. For all I know you could be a Killer or some sort of monster." She stopped at that and waited. All of the sudden she moved even moved backward even further away from the man as her speeding wolf ran by. "Either she is running away from something or she is playing alpha." She muttered under her breath "I'll let her get beat up a little to teach her not to threaten my dominence." She glared at Angela as her scent floated in the air. If she wanted to endanger herself while challengeing her Status as alpha she could but she wouldn't be able to survive. Tabitha shook her head at that thought. "I don't want to end up like Zane." Once again she muttered uttered her breath. She turned her attention back to the stranger but her mind kept hovering over Angela. She was going to have to Make this fast if she wanted retain her place as Alpha. She then Laughed it was more of a laugh that said i am thinking evil upon you. If Angela thought she could play Alpha She would let her see that she can't and if by some chance she could Tabitha would have no choice that to either torture her to make her learn her place or worse kill her. With all of the humanity she had remaining after this war she was wanting for her to scream for help and she would go be alpha and all that she was just thinking would only be just thought.

Quote:
Fence! Angela was running too fast to stop and climb. Instead she bent her knees and launched herself up and over it. She barely cleared the fence, the top wire caught on her jeans and ripped a small hole in the edge of the right leg. A bit too close for comfort...Landing on the ground silently, she stopped. She stayed crouched down in the position that she landed and looked from left to right. She saw the hunter turn a corner not a second before, but she no longer heard footsteps. For the first time since this hunt began, Angela's anger over seeing another werewolf killed subsided. The fear of getting killed or worse began to seep into her mind. She stood slowly and walk cautiously forward toward the corner. Doubt filled her head quickly in each step she took. What am I doing? I'm not strong enough to take down a hunter on my own. I'm not fast enough... She stopped in realization. I'm not Tabitha and that alpha is going to kill me, isn't she? Oh, lovely... she thought as she began walking again at an even slower pace. But I can't stop now...

Quote:
He smirked some at the mention of him being a monster "Something attacked me last night when I entered this city, it had the same claws you were sporting when you first entered this alleyway.... and for your information, I am both a killer and a monster, but both of those are a life long gone..." he said as he put his guns away "I'm looking for some answers, not a fight... so are you going to tell me what I want to know, or are you going to jsut go ahead and kill me already?..." he smiled at the though of finaly being free from this hell of a life.

Quote:
Tabitha was finally snapped out of being lost in her thoughts. "What would you like answered?" She asked trying to keep her mind as far away from Angela she could just drop what she was doing to go recue her and risk both of their lives? She didn't want to think on it. She once again she directed her attention to the man.

Quote:
Deragon lead his men to the city/ sewer entrence. "Rember, get food, and a small portion of blood, only two humans per group, that give us four humans, no more, no less." Deragon jumped out of the gaping sewer hole, and swam towards the city. When he got there, he snuck in and out of the shadows, taking care not to be seen. He came across some one whom he thought might make a good meal. She was geting some coffee, and had a muffin in one hand. "She seams like a prefectly aged brue!" He wispered to himself, then saw that she was armed. "Damn! Why do I always have to pick the one's wish that ammunition?" He questioned, not realy to anyone, but more to himself. He fallowed her to an alley, but noticed a person whom he thought he knew. He took a few stepps backwards, and thought to himself. "Why is that lycan retard with the humans? They can't be out hunting, it wouldn't be right if they didn't do it on a full moon..."

Quote:
"Where am I?, Why was I attacked by somethign last night?, And who are you?" he said simply.

Quote:
"First of Welcome to Underground." She paused she just noticed how strange of name for a city that was. "You were attacked because there is a all out war being fought here. A werewolf attacked you because it saw you as a threat. And I am Tabitha the Alpha of the local werewolf pack." She said "An you?"

Quote:
"A werewolf eh?..." he sighed "And I'm guessing you'll find me as an enemy then...." he said as he showed her his fangs but retracted them "I'll leave you be untill next we meet I guess..." he nodded "Guess I'll be off then..." he said turning away from her "Oh and by the way.. the name is Sacara Hitaru" he said as he jumped back to the fire escape then waited for a moment before jumping to the rooftop.

Quote:
"Not if you do not harm any of my werewolves you are no enemy of mine." She said after him and sighed finally thinking she should go be at least close to Angela just in case. She began running toward where Angela she stopped just far enough where angela could smell the extra scent of the pack but away so no one eles knew.

Quote:
You could have just gone back and said 'Hey! I found the guy, what do we do now?' But no, you had to go after the hunter didn't you? Angela thought to herself. She considered what she had heard about other alphas and what they did to those who disobeyed them. Oh, this sucks. I was just going to find that stupid little new wolf-man, help out, all that crap, now I get to be tortured to death! Wonderful! Or I guess I could just get shot now... If Angela was near a brick wall, she would have banged her head against it. Now that she had considered all the possibilities of the future, it didn't seem likely she'd live to see another full moon, or sunrise for that matter. Her eyes changed to wolfish ones as she came closer to the corner. She was about five feet away at the moment and slowly advancing
.

Quote:
Tabitha Let a small Howl exit her human mouth. It was i am here to help you kind of thing saying I am not going to hurt you.

Quote:
Vivian felt her breath catch as a howl pierced the silence. She knew from studying natural wolves that each sound meant something; was she warning others? Calling the pack? Her ears pricked at the sound of near soundless footsteps nearing the corner. Vivian pulled back the hammer of one of her guns, it made the ominous click you always get in the movies. Her guns were automatics, no cocking necessary, it was for drama.
Oh come on.
she urges in her head, taking a few steps back.
Come around that corner so I can shoot you in the head or something.

Quote:
Angela nearly had a heart attack hearing the howl. Being lost in thought at the time it took her a few seconds to figure out what it meant. She was about to sighed in relief when she heard a click. Yes, the hunter was there, and she was waiting. Angela's finger tips turned to claws as she got ready to spring forward. Then she thought about hitting her head against another wall. Now would probably be the best time to listen to the alpha. She turned back towards the direction the howl had come from and searched the darkness for some sign of Tabitha.

Quote:
Tabitha Looked at Angela and stepped forward "Let the hunter shoot the first thing it sees but it will not be us." She sighed. "We shouldn't be in the city."

Quote:
Angela nodded solemnly. Turning her head back to the corner where the hunter was, she asked Tabitha quietly, "...are you going to kill me?" She mentally cringed as she waited for a response. Angela didn't know what to do if the alpha answered either way.

Vivian stood there, holding her breath, simply waiting. It was a few moments later when she lowered her guns, frowning, clearly disappointed. She resisted the urge to jump around the corner and shout: 'gotcha!' as she released a torrent of silver hollow-points.
Instead she tucked the Browning into it's holster and took the few steps back to the corner to she if she could discreetly peek around.
Well, Hell. I guess I scared the little cubs off.

Quote:
"I wont 'kill' you but you will be punished." Tabitha said hating it but it was part of being Alpha.

Quote:
Angela wondered what this punishment would be. She wouldn't die, but there were things out there worse than death. Looking down at the ground, Angela didn't dare think about it anymore. Having run out of ideas and things to do, she decided that she had better tell the alpha what happened to the lycan who was currently lying in the middle of the road a couple blocks back. "The new wolf is dead." she stated frankly. She changed her fingers and eyes back to normal. Letting out a long sigh, she thought, Well, time to go home...

Quote:
Tabitha sighed and motioned for Angela to follow. AS she started walking she spoke "That new werewolf was not part of our pack, and if he was i would do nothing he endangered all of our kind." She looked at angela. "What you did was foolish."

Quote:
Angela followed. She was quite glad she wasn't in her wolf form. It was much easier to mask emotions while human. She listened to what Tabitha was saying but avoided eye contact. "..yeah, I know..." she said. She understood that the lycan hadn't been one of theirs, but it didn't seem right to Angela to let him go. She wondered what she would do if she ever had the opprotunity to save another stray wolf again. Angela fixed her gaze at the ground in front of her as she walked.

Quote:
He sat back and smirked "Now the only thing to decide is weather ornot to join this war, or sit back and watch" he sighed looking around him "Desisiouns desisions...."

Tabitha entered a busy part of the city that they had to go through to get back to the compound

Quote:
Deragon threw a knife quickly around the corner, it travelled down the alley, and hit something. He quickly went back to hiding and drew another dagger from his boot. "What are you doing with the Lycans?" He asked the girl with the obviouse advantage of having guns.

Quote:
Angela looked up, not wanting to collide with anyone as they continued toward the compound. The suspense was killing her, she wanted to know what was going to happen to her--she needed to know. She hurried to keep up with the alpha. Eventually she couldn't take it anymore and just blurted out, "What are you going to do to me?"

Quote:
sighing quite loudly kris heads for the quieter side of the city and heads for what looks like a small abandoned warehouse. making sure that no one was following her, kris slipped through the slightly gapping doors and calmly goes up a flight of stairs to a hallway full of open offices "now what can I eat?" slowly walking down the hallway, stopping shortly in each office to grab an thing that may be of use later. something startled kris, a howl, she quickly runs down the stairs and blends in with the few people that were outside, kris heads away from the origin from where the howl came from.

Quote:
"I don't know at this moment. But i will tell you when i think of one that is fit" She said walking toward the compound.

Quote:
As soon as Kazume woke up from her long dream, she walked out of her room and into the hall. Why not go for a walk around town? When she turned away from the compound, she looked into the town square. She saw a familiar face. Tabitha? "Tabitha!" She waved, since she hadn't spoken to her in awhile and missed her.

Quote:
Angela despaired. She glanced back into the sea of faces as they went to occupy herself. Some of the humans appeared demonic in the yellow lamp light; their faces shadowed by the night. Though it was loud in the crowds with people talking, yelling, and screaming at one another, Angela felt numb to some of the sounds that would normally make her jump a foot high. What did seem louder where the footsteps. Each symbolized one step closer to doom to Angela. Perhaps she was overreacting, but there was no way to know for her to know for sure. She followed Tabitha quietly for some time. One thing that did startle her from her daze was the sound of someone shouting for the alpha. Angela looked up, then at Tabitha, then at the other lycan.

Quote:
Tabitha smiled slightly at her and returned her wave.
