RULES:
Section I: Procedures Trading and Dontations
1) All trades and or donations that someone wishes to donate to the guild should donate to the Captain, Grand_Admiral_Thrawn. This is so the guild can actually use the funds, rather than let them sit idle. Blame gaia for this inconvienience.
2) No Donations or Trades are required. However, it is greatly appreciated, and may improve your status inside the guild.
Section II: Creation of Threads and Thread Conduct
1) Threads shall be kept appropriate. No threads shall be made that intend to discrace, bash, troll, or overall attack a certain person or group of people. All threads should try to keep in touch with the Gaian TOS, including any "rant" or "venting" threads which may occur within the lifetime of a guild.
2) All threads should have some link to Star Wars. Unless there is Grand Admiral approval, such threads which lack any special significance to Star Wars or the guild shall meet with deletion, unless otherwise specified.
3) Threads which have been repeated before, or topics which belong in other threads will be deleted. This includes overlapping of duties performed by threads, such as multiple threads that involve serious discussion about gaming, role-playing, or other such topics already having a dedicated thread. Inactive threads shall also be deleted. An inactive thread is any thread that has less than two people discussing in it, has not been updated in 30 days, and is not a special case. A Grand Admiral will announce that there is 1 day before the thread is deleted if this occurs.
4) Some threads require certain information or approval before someone can post in them. Such threads are the Database (Located in Imperial Personel) or the RPs. These require certain ranks or information before one can post in them. Read the first posts of those pages and follow the instructions. Failure to note these will result in deletion of posts.
5) The creation of RPs must be approved by the moderators. They will determine if it's a good enough idea, will help work it out, and allow it to be created. However, if the RP in question is deemed a bad idea, they have the authority to deny its creation.
Section III: Conduct within the Guild
1) Spamming, trolling, constant bashing, and other abusive behaviors shall not be tolerated. People do not enjoy this, and will result in banishment. Also, any behavior which is disruptive to passivity to the guild may also result in warnings and banishment. Disruption of the smooth flow of guild matters is not to be tolerated, and any activity which makes the guild become heated will be asked to stop, and discontinue.
2) To define the terms stated in clause 1, these are the definitions which we go by: Trolling is any form of statements or phrases which are specifically designed to instigate some form of hostility, and to promote a tense conversation, or to egg on any sort of situation which results in a great deal of debate which involves something other than the subject matter which the thread was designed for. Bashing is any comment which is directed towards a person or persons for the sole sake of insult and emotional harm. Bashing is not a comment which is made out of jest, or has the purpose of jest. The occasional insult is sometimes thrown out, but if it becomes a repetitive offense, correction measures will be taken into action.
3) Should any form of insult be so damaging it causes a dispute, the guild may opt for a review. The review will be prone to examine any subject matter which has been stated. It will also examine the context the line was made in, and deterimine the constitutionality of the conduct. A panel of five or other odd number of non-moderators will be randomly picked and asked on their view of the situation. Should it prove innocent of charges, all charges will be dropped. If not, it will be found in violation of the guild's rules.
4) Constant violation of the rules shall result in a warning, followed by a banishment for repeated violations.
5) Arguing with the Grand Admirals about their judgement or actions shall also recieve a warning. However, by this time, the GA is probably quite irritated, and if pursued much further, may have an inclination to ban you as well.
6) If you recieve a warning about banishment, you have a right to appeal. See Section IV for details.
7) Please try to keep all discussion civil at all times. We know that sometimes, things happen in real life that tend to fray at one's nerves. And such, we have a thread specifically designed for such. Try not to take frustrations out on guild members. Alas, text does not convey tone or emotion very well, so please be mindful of using language that may offend others.
Section IV: Disputing a Grand Admiral's Punishment
1) If someone feels that a prosecuting Grand Admiral is being harsh, he may create a special thread adressing his case to the Grand Admirals discussing his case with the guild. He or she may present his case to the Grand Admiral Council. The Council shall talk over the case, and decide which course of action should be taken, either enforcing or revoking a punishment.
2) The debate can be over anything, including feeling that his or her thread was deleted without due cause to the strongest of cases: revoking the warning and thread of banishment.
3) If the case involves the penalty of banishment, one should not wait till after one is banished. If one posts the thread stating his case after the warning of banishment, but before the banning actually occurs, he has a chance of redeeming himself. One cannont be "unbanned", however, so when one recieves a warning, one should either follow the order, or post a thread of dissent.
4) Most importantly: ALL GRAND ADMIRALS FINAL DECISIONS ARE FINAL. However, their first ones may not....
Section V: Spoiler Policy 1) Spoilers on any television broadcast of Star Wars material is able to be posted one day after initial release.
2) Major Spoilers on a novel or other published literary work are able to be posted with a spoiler warning and posted in white text one week after initial release, and without warning and white text two weeks after initial release.
Section VI: Moderator Conduct
1) Moderators shall adhere to the rules of conduct set down from this codebook to the same extent as other recruits in the guild.
2) Moderators have the power to interpret the rules as needed in cases demanding their attention, and have the power to suggest compromises as they see fit. These compromises should deal with an expedient way of solving the dilema as well as allowing both parties to come out with just treatment. It is understood sometimes a compromise may be unbalanced, but should always be kept as fair as possible, with consideration of the guild's outcome always in effect.
3) Moderators seen unfit to hold their position can undergo punishment for failure to adhere to the rules of conduct set forth by this code. This punishment can be as lenient as a simple warning all the way up to outright loss of power and considering banishment. Either a majority vote from the Grand Admirals or a vote of no confidence from the guild can initiate this procedure, which the Admirals must succumb to.
4) Moderators may also lose their position if they fail to continue their duties promptly or without justification, and can be demoted back into the masses for their failure to do their duties. They may also resign if they wish to speed the process up and can suggest replacements.
Section VII: Guidelines for Promotion
1) This section is not set in stone and is up to the judgement of the captains still in control at any given time.
2) Moderators of the guild, given the title "Grand Moff", should be able to prove dedication to the guild by being an active part of the guild for at least three months, and given advice or attempted to provide a beneficial service to the guild. Such forms of advice or activity may include, but are not limited to: Involvement in Role playing, suggesting RP plotlines, general attendance, Creation of successful threads, apt display of Star Wars knowledge, guiding new recruits and advising them in the workings of the guild, demonstration of logistical capability (run a lotto, podrace, etc.), or other dedicated actions.
3) Captians of the guild, given the title "Grand Admiral", should be able to prove dedication to the guild by being an active part of the guild for at least five months, and shown some logistical strength or demonstrated extreme dedication to the fruition of the guild's relative current position. Logistical strength includes running an RP, designing a system which an RP or other event uses, Creating a working thread which requires updates and moderation, creating a working even which requires constant maitence and persistant imput, etcetera.
Section VIII: Revision of the Rules
1) The rules may be put up for revision any time, given the majority of the guild seeks its improvement by a guild-wide vote, in which the majority of the guild must demand a revision be made.
2) The Revision of the rules will be scripted and written by the entire moderating team. Imput from non-moderators will be taken into account, if the guild can clearly put their desires into written format, submitted during the time while revisions are taking place.
3) The rules may undergo addendum at any time, given the arising of any circumstance which has been unforseen by the current council. However, a complete revision or overhaul must have a vote taken into consideration before any changes which affect the guild different from the previous draft may go into true effect.
Failure to note these rules or procedures will automatically nullify any complaints made, even if it is legitament.

Questions that have been asked, or thought of:
1) What is this guild? 1A) Obviously it is a guild for Star Wars.
2) What are we to do here? 2A) Have fun. Do SWish stuff.
3) What do my fees go to in this guild? 3A) The Fees from entry go to helping pay for quests, and prizes in the guild. We don't ask for fees, but donations are welcome, if sent to Grand_Admiral_Thrawn.
4) Isn't the Great Convergence the Official GGN? 4A) Never has fouler heresy been spoken. Actually, we the Galactic Empire, are the Official Star Wars guild, and always have been. While we were not the first Star wars guild on Gaia, we pioneered the idea of a guild dedicated to everything about Star wars, not simply a giant RP, contrary to the position they claim to hold (trust us, that's why we created the guild). Less than 1/10th of our posts are made in Role Play, so we are even able to post that much more discussion. It is our belief that with these statistics, along with our own personal boasting, that we deserve the title of "Official Star Wars Guild".
Another important fact to note is that we, the Galactic Empire, have always been known as the Official Star Wars Guild. It was part of our title since day one. It wasn't until after we donned this title that the Great Convergence got mad that we were so bold as to steal "their" title. But seeing as how Gaia never has intervened, we see this as our fit title, and the Great convergence's response as simply that of jealousy.
5) Is this guild really as strict as it sounds? 5A) We believe that in order to create a fully functioning guild, there must be some sort of central command, known as the Grand Admirals. The Grand Admirals hold a true Iron grasp on the guild. Their second in commands, the Grand Moffs, also follow their example. While this may sound totalitarianistic, we find it works very well.
However, do not get discouraged. The Grand Admirals only want to have an ordered guild, free from clutter. Instead of everyone posting really specific threads which lead to idle chatter, we take your energy and direct it towards a thread which won't be finished after twenty posts. Most of the time, they're too wasted to really give much care. So strict? It depends on how much you're willing to give, in order to recieve the benefits. If this doesn't satisfy your question, then only five words remain: We are the Galactic Empire.
6) Why was my thread deleted? 6A)Your thread was deleted for one of many reasons.
1) It was a repeat thread. Just like everywhere elwse on gaia, repeat threads are purposeless. If you make a repeat thread, or the topic discussed in your thread is more suited for a different THREAD, then we will delete it. We will give you one days notice however, or a PM telling you.
2) Your thread failed.
3) We allow "Help me in understanding etc.etc.. threads to an extent, but after a few weeks on inactivity in the thread, it will be deleted once your question is answered. If we think that your question should be posed in an allready existing thread, we will lock the thread you made, and PM you informing you about the locking, and redirecting you to the thread your question should go to. This way, the guild doesnt become a cluttered forum like the chatterbox.
7) In some threads, my posts are deleted. Why is that? 7A) It was either spam, OOC in an RP, or otherwise unneeded. For the most part, its a very specific reason, and only happens in threads which are heavily monitored anc controlled, usually in history threads.
cool Who exactly is Grand_Admiral_Thrawn? 8 a) Grand_Admiral_Thrawn, or GAT for short, is a "puppet" account jointly used by the GA's. They sometimes go on there to clean out the spammail, and mostly do financial transactions (accept money). But overall, if you want to have GAT do something, chances are it won't be done. If you wish to donate to the guild money, send another GA a pm telling that you have done so, or face the fact that you may be waiting for a day, week, or even a month for a reply on anything. 9) How come the GA's aren't posting my bios, or answering my questions that I PM them? 9a) Very simple. There's a decent chance they want to talk to you about it. However, they can only talk to you about it if you allow for PMs. Enable the PMs, or get in contact another way. Nelo is especially stringent about this. He'll respond to every note you send, and if you don't recieve something back from him, there's a good chance he either hasn't seen it, or will not put it in until you get in touch with him.
11) Who the heck are the crew? 11 a) The Grand Admiral is (as of 7/6/07) Nelowulf (Nelo). The Grand Moffs are Des Voh (Des), Johnny Malone, Elladen Kennet (EK), and Darkened Angel (DA).

Tips: 1) Don't irritate the GAs. This is hard to do, but don't test your luck. 2) Donate alot of time, money, and blood to the Guild. 3) Bribe generously to Grand_Admiral_Thrawn. 4) Make sure your PMs are not disabled, so the GAs can respond. 5) Introductions go HERE , not in a thread you make yourself. 6) Infact, dont make any new threads without asking first.

How the guild is organized.
The Second Imperium The main forum, this is the forum you see when you first enter the guild. Here is the main discussion, as well as the RPs. Here, you can talk about your favorite characters, planets, ships, and whatever else, provided you do it in the right thread. The RPs are also here. Currently, we offer none, but we're coming up with a new one soon.
The Outer Rim The Outer Rim is a haven for non-discussion related topics. Here you'll find all our Star Wars related word games, as well as miscellaneous threads taht people have created to avoid the wrath of the GA in the Imperium. This is also where you can vote in the Geonosis Colosseum contests.
The Chimera's Databanks: This is where you can post anything into our archives, such as art, links, and more. You can also read old updates, RP bios and old locked threads here. Enjoy, and have fun!
Ahto City Council: A mod-only forum. Object as much as you want, but there is nothing really of importance for non-mods here. The truth: Its where the mods go to plan updates, delegate logistics, and basically not have to send PMs to each other to ask opinions on drafts and ideas. Also, it will be used to mediate disagreements in the future. Nelo has compared this forum to RotJ, when Moff Jerjerrod's performance is critiqued by Vader, but applied to the guild.
Imperial Senate: A place which you can live out your senatorial dreams. Sign up to represent a planet, or attempt to replace a current senator. Got an idea? Put it up as a motion, and see if you can get enough support to pass it as a resolution! A unique forum which we hope works.

A Brief History of Star Wars:
A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away...
Many species evolved and developed new technologies. Soon they began to develop spacetravel and eventually took off to the stars. The most important discovery was that of hyperspace, allowing someone to cross the galaxy in a matter of days. Eventually, through the use of Hyperspace to convey messages, systems in the Core of the Galaxy banded together and formed the Old Republic. Utilizing more efficient hyperdrives, they expanded deeper into the galaxy, bringiing more systems into the great Republic. During this time, a mysterious life-force called the Force, which was bound into the fabric of space-time, was discovered by the Jedi. The Jedi began to utilize the Force as a helper, and dedicated themselves to keeping peace within the Republic. A rogue Jedi however, wanted to use the force as a weapon, a tool and conquered a Force-sensitive species called the Sith, declarign himself a Sith Lord. Many others followed suite, and the term Sith began to mean one of the many Dark Jedi. A war was then waged between the Jedi and the Sith, the great SIth War. The Jedi one, and the Sith were thought to have been drove to extinction. Secretly, they survived, under the evil Darth Bane, who established a rule that only 2 Sith would exist at a time.
Many years later, 32 years before the Battle of Yavin, an uprising began in the Republic. Indiviudal guilds began to move away from the Republic. The Trade Federation began a blocade on Naboo, ceasing it only when the Queen Amidala signed a treaty giving the Federation control of the planet. WIth the aid of the Jedi Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Queen escaped to Tatooine, where she met the nine year old boy Anakin Skywalker. Qui-GOn discovered that the boy was incredibly Force Sensitive, but as the Republic was not part of Tatooine, the boy was not discovered when he was 6 months old, as Jedi Procedure, and was not able to be trained as a Jedi. Finally, Jinn released ANakin from slavery on Tatooine, and took him to Coruscant, where he made an appeal to the Jedi Council,, who would reach a verdict on whether or not the boy was to be trained. Meanwhile, the Trade Federation launched a full-scale assault on the peaceful Naboo, under the leadership of the mysterious Sith Lord, Darth Sidious. Jinn, Kenobi, Amidala and Anakin traveled back to Naboo, where Amidala saught the aid of Jar Jar Binks, to bring his Gungan people into the fight for Naboo. The Gungans accepted, and became the fighting force of the Naboo. Meanwhile, Anakin Skywalker manned a Nubian N-1 Starfighter, with the aid of the droid R2-D2 and destroyed a Federaton Battleship. THe two Jedi, faced off against Sidious' apprentice, the dual lightsaber wielding Darth Maul. Jinn lost his life to Maul, and Kenobi slew Maul and brought his dead mentor's body to the Naboo's capital of Theed for a ceremony after the victory against the Trade Federation.
Ten Years after the Battle of Naboo, and 22 years before the Battle of Yavin, Anakin Skywalker is now a Jedi Apprenticce to Obi-Wan Kenobi. Queen Amidala is now the Naboo's senator, with Jar Jar Binks as her representative. A group of seperatists, called the Confederation of Independant Systems, unde the leadership of ex-Jedi Count Dooku, attempted to assasinate Senator Amidala on her arrival to Coruscant. Senator Amidala is the biggest Senator to oppose the creation of a Republic Army. The Jedi Council assinged Kenobi-Skywalker to protect the Senator. When another assasin attacks the Senator, Anakin and Amidala are sent off to Naboo for safekeeping, wwhile Kenobi ventured to the secret world of Kamino, where he discovered that a clone army had been created for the Republic. On his way back to COruscant, OBi-Wan is attacked by Jango Fett, the original body of the clones. Kenobi followed Fett all the way to Geonosis, where the CIS was having a meeting. THey took Kenobi prisoner and ordered him executed. Meanwhile, Anakin and Amidala left Naboo for Tatooine, where Anakin found his dead mother. In a rage, he slaughtered the Tusken Raiders who killed her. He and Amidala recieved a message from kenobi to relay to COruscant. THe two then headed for Geonosis, where they were caught and put into an arena with Kenobi for execution by animals. Luckily, the trio escaped from their shackles and attacked the animals. Meanwhile, Mace Windu and 200 Jedi Knights jumped intot he fight as did CIS battle droids. Mace Windu eventually kills Jango Fett int he struggle. Back on Coruscant, the Jedi have made their statement that they are not warriors, merely peacekeepers. Jar Jar Binks, representing Senator Amidala, votes Chancellor Palpatine emergency powers for the situation. Paplatine immediatley uses his newfound athaurity to commision the clone army, and vows to return the power when the crisis is over. As another set of battle droids arive on Geonosis, The Clone army, and master Yoda arrive, setting the win for the Republic. Meanwhile, Anakin and OBi-Wan confront COunt Dooku, who has revealed himself to be the dark Sith Apprentice, Darth Tyranus. Tyranus disables Kenobi under a pillar, and Anakin takes the fight on. Kenobi sends Anakin his lightsaber as well, giving ANakin two lightsabers. Tyranus keeps his guard though, and severes one of Anakin's arms. Yoda emerges and confronts his former Pupil and wins, until Dooku flees the area. Back on Naboo, Anakin and Amidala wed, even though marriage is against the Jedi Code. Back on Coruscant, Yoda and the Senate prepare for the Clone Wars. In the words of Yoda "Begun this clone war has."
War! The new republic is in shambles, as Count Dooku leads the seperatist forces against the republic's captial, Coruscant. The Cyborg General of the Seperatists, General Grevious, has captured the Supreme Chancellor Palpentine. Obi-wan and Anakin stage a rescue against Grevious's ship, where the Chancellor is being held. After reaching the Chancellor, Dooku challenges the Jedi pair to a duel. While fighting, Kenobi is knocked unconcious, and eventually, Anakin decaptiates Dooku at the Chancellor's urging. Moving along, the pair attempt to intercept Grevious, who flees, leaving the three to crash land the nearly destroyed flagship. Grevious flees to Utapau, and begins moving the Federation leaders to Mustafar, while Anakin back on Coruscant begins having nightmares about Padme's death during childbirth. Anakin is appointed to teh council by Palpatine, and the council in turn asks to have Anakin spy on the chancellor, much to Anakin's disapproval. As Yoda heads to Kashyyyk to help aid the wookies, Anakin begins to stick with the chancellor. Palpetine tells Anakin of the legend of Darth Plageius, the sith lord who could stop death, and also reminds Anakin that the Jedi fear losing power. Kenobi sneaks onto Utapau, and faces off with Grevious. Quickly besting grevious, Kenobi takes after the fleeing general, and finishes him off by tearing open the chestplate and blasting his heart. Palpatine reveals he is a sith lord to Anakin, who goes to the council to report his findings. Anakin cannot stay still, however, as the council attempts to kill palpetine, and fearing losing padme, helps the chancellor win, in turn, becoming Lord Vader. Palpatine executes Order 66, the systematic genocide of the Jedi, as Vader slays everyone in the Jedi Temple. Yoda feels this, and is able to evade death, while Kenobi luckily survives a great fall. Bail Organa rounds the pair up, and they decide to head back to Coruscant to rewire the beacon that is attempting to draw Jedi to the capital hub, and possibly fight the chancellor. Anakin goes to the Mustafar system and destroys the federation leaders. Obi-wan and Yoda reach the capital, and recode the distress signal in the Jedi temple to prevent other Jedi from falling into the trap, but Obi-wan discovers in the holorecords that Anakin has finally fallen to the dark side. Despite his protests, Yoda sends him to confront his apprentice, while Yoda heads to the Senate building, where Palpatine has just reorganized the Republic into the Galactic Empire. Obi-wan hitches a ride to Mustafar by stowing away on a concerned Padme's shuttle. Padme attempts to dissuade Anakin from what he's done, but as he chokes Padme, Obi-wan comes out to confront his Apprentice. Feeling betrayed, the two begin fighting. Back at the senate building, Yoda attacks the Emperor directly, exchanging blow after blow, until the great Jedi master is forced to flee. Emperor Palpatine rushes to Mustafar, as Anakin loses his fight to Obi-wan, who leaves his apprentice to burn. Simultaneously, Padme gives birth to twins and dies, while Vader is reconstructed. As Kenobi sends the two children off to live different lives, the Emperor begins construction on the prototype Death Star, as Vader and he relish in what has become the Revenge of the Sith...

OT summary
Starting off 19 years after the Empire has taken hold of the galaxy, the story begins the tale with a coriellian corvette under attack. Pursued by Lord Vader himself, Princess Leia and her rebel entourage have entered orbit over tatooine. Stowing away the secret plans in R2D2, the little droid and his counterpart, C3P0, are blasted to the planet's surface, just before Vader searches the ship and imprisons it's crew. Being captured by jawas, and with the Imperials hot on their trail, the droids are sold to Owen Lars, uncle to Luke Skywalker. While cleaning up the droids, Luke discovers a message from the princess, whom he does not know, stating the famous line "Help me Obi-wan Kenobi, you're my only hope." Relating his knowledge to the droids, and through a twisted series of a runaway R2 unit and a near-deadly encounter with tuskin raiders, Ben Kenobi and Luke join up finally, and discuss the message, and how Luke's father was a jedi. After being persuaded, and finding his relatives dead, Luke joins up with Ben to go see the princess and learn the ways of the force, and in the spaceport of Mos Eisley, the two along with the droids, meet up with the famous smuggler Han Solo and Chewbacca. Blasting out of tatooine to the planet of Alderaan, the empire has begun to interrogate the princess, trying to force the location of the hidden rebel base from her, first by mind probe, then by destroying her home planet, Alderaan. As the Millenium Falcon, piloted by Han, enters the Alderaan system, nothing but debris remain from the blast of the Empire's newest superweapon, the Death Star. As the falcoln is pulled into the superweapon, which is the size of a class IV moon, the gang manages to sneak around, fairly undetected. Kenobi senses Vader, and vice versa, and goes to confront his pupil after disabling the tractor beams. Han and Luke, after a drawn-out discussion, rescue the princess, and head back to the ship, just in time to see Kenobi sacrifice himself. The gang, now with princess on board, head to Yavin IV to retrieve the information from R2's databanks, which happens to be the blueprints to the Death Star itself. However, with the simple use of a tracking device, the Empire discovers the hidden base, and the final fight begins. With only twenty minutes, the brave squadrons Red and Gold, fly to destroy the Death Star. Many loose their lives, but in the end, Han comes, helps out the squadrons, and Luke fires the proton torpedo into the exhaust port, destroying the battlestation. A grand ceremony is thrown for the new heroes, and so ends A New Hope.
2 years later, the Empire still remains. Though the rebels managed to destroy the Death Star, Imperial forces continue to hunt the rebels. On the frozen world of Hoth, in Echo Base, Luke continues to serve the Rebellion, alongside of Leia, Han, Chewy, and the droids. While on patrol, Luke is taken by a wampa in the midst of investigating a meteor, which is a probe from the empire. Han heads out to rescue Luke, who manages to escape the wampa using the lightsaber Obi-wan gave him, but due to hypothermia and exhaustion, collapses in the snow. The ghost of Obi-wan tells Luke to head to Dagobah, and find the jedi master Yoda. Han rescues Luke by cutting open his Tauntaun, which died of hypothermia, and the two are rescued by Wedge Antillies the following day. The Empire has located the Rebel base on Hoth, and the Rebels have discovered the probe droid, and begin the evacuation. General Veers leads the Imperial AT-ATs on the frozen planet, and manages to win, despite efforts made from Rogue squadron and their speeders. The rebels did manage to buy enough time to flee, once again, and Luke heads to Dagobah. Han, Leia, Chewy, and the droids, are on the Millenium Falcoln, though not as lucky as Luke or the rest of the fleet. They are pursued incessantly by Imperial forces, even through the asteroid belt. The Empire is relentless in its chase to catch the elusive smuggler. As Luke trains with the wise Jedi Master Yoda; Han, leia, Threepio, and Chewbacca travel to the Bespin system, home of the Cloud City, run by Han's friend Lando Calrissian, to hide away. Unfortunately, the Empire had arrived there shortly before the crew of the Millenium Falcon and freeze Han in carbonite, rendering him a statue, as a test to see whether or not Luke could stand the process, to become a present to the emperor. Han is then shipped off to Jabba the Hutt, who had a bounty on Han's head, by Boba Fett. Meanwhile, Luke feels a disturbance in the Force, and cuts his Jedi training short to go save his friends. As he arrives on Bespin, he duels Darth Vader, who reveals to him the horrid truth: "Luke, I am you're father." During the fight, Vader sliced off Luke's hand, and in a valliant act, decides to fall possibly to his death instead of turning to the dark side. Luke ends up on an antenna on the bottom of Cloud City, and clings to dear life. Lando has taken Han's place on the Falcon, and blasts away from Cloud City. Leia recieves a message through the force from her brother Luke, and they rescue him. Onboard the medical frigate, the hunt for Han begins, as Luke's hand is replaced by a mechanical one. So ends the Empire Strikes Back.
The final episode of the OT, aptly named Return of the Jedi, begins with our favorite droid duo walking to Jabba's Palace, sent on a mission by Luke. The illustrious Jabba is not amused when the message delivered asks to release Han Solo, and instead, takes the droids as his prize. A bounty hunter brings Chewbacca into Jabba's custody, and threatens Jabba with the thermal detonator, but this all is part of the grand plan. The bounty hunter Bossk is really Leia in disguise, but as her attempt at freeing Han succeeds, the two taken captive herself by Jabba, and Leia is put in quite the skimpy metal bikini, might I add. Luke himself is forced to make an appearance to the palace, and with the help of his force powers, makes his way inside easily. However, getting out is much more difficult, as Luke is forced to kill a rancor and become a prisoner once again. As punishment for their crimes, not to mention an inability to get what he wanted, Jabba flies his prisoners to the Pit of Carktoon, where the Sarlaac resides. Shrugging off warnings made by Luke, Jabba commences the executions. With a simple wave, R2 (who is onboard as a servant droid), preps as the crowd watches. As Luke walks off the plank, the attack begins, as Luke spins, catches the plank and like a diving board, springs into teh air, grabbing the lightsaber that R2 has fired at him. Quickly, Luke makes his way to the sailbarge, as Han and Chewy fight for control of a skiff. Lando comes out of disguise, and nearly falls in the sarlaac's mouth, but is saved once again by the hansome smuggler. Leia is having her share of work too, for after she aphyxiates Jabba by strangling him with her slave's chain, she bounds to the top of teh barge, and by Lukes order, fires the main cannon at the main bridge to start a chain reaction of events. Luke and the party fly away as teh barge explodes, and they split up again, Luke to Dagobah and everyone else to Rebel Headquarters. Luke reaches a dying Yoda, who reveals that there is another Skywalker, and he must confront Vader to become a jedi. Back at headquarters, the rebel fleet masses near Sullust, and the gang winds up being the stike force on the forest moon of Endor to knock out the shield generator for the new Death Star. As the shuttle Tiderium heads down into the moon, Luke and Darth Vader sense each other, and know a more personal battle will soon be fought. On the planet's surface, the squad runs into trouble, as the planet is crawling with imperials. In one attempt to sneak in, a set of guards are alerted, and Luke and Leia have to chase them via speederbike. The two are separated, Luke finding his way back to the strike team, and Leia being adopted by the ewoks. A series of events come about, through C-3P0's stories of gaining the ewok's trust and learning about the back door to the generators, Luke decides to confront his father, while the strike team begins its assult and the fleet jumps to hyperspace. However, the strike team is captured, as the emperor tells Luke, by the elite force hidden on Endor, and the fleet which will quickly arrive at the Death Star will walk into a trap. The rebel fleet arrives, but realizes quickly its a trap, but too late do they realize that the imperial fleet has prevented their escape. Near simultaneously, Luke begins fighting with Darth Vader, while the fleets engage each other and the ground forces get into forested combat. A couple minutes later, Luke beats vader by cutting off his hand, but doesnt kill him and begins fighting the empire. With the help of Chewy stealing an AT-ST, Han manages to blow the sheild generator, while the rebels begin attacking the Death Star and the Executor. The emperor begins to use lightning as a slow way to kill Luke, but Darth Vader throws the Emperor over the rail to his death. Luke attempts to rescue the dying Jedi, but Darth Vader dies moments after his helmet is taken off to see Luke. While Luke is escaping in a Lambda shuttle, Wedge and Lando blow the Death Star to smithereens, and a massive party is held on Endor. Everyone celebrates as the ghosts of Anakin, Obi-wan, and Yoda sit in triumphant glory as they witness the RETURN OF THE JEDI...

CELEBRATION IIIcygnusjedi1 i was there, and if anyone wants to put my one post from the Official Thread in here, feel free. its just a rundown of the ROTS footage. not the ILM montage. just cut and paste it. im to lazy right now to do it. wink and Clone Wars is now an ongoing series with 30 minute episodes (freakin sweet if you ask me). expect a new TV series sometime in the future. it will possibly, but nothings definite, be set between ROTS and ANH. reviews: Opening Ceremonies:missed it due to unorganized lines. Celebration at Celebration 3: biggest let down there, other than the store as the line for that was a 7 hour wait. Celbration 3 store: see previous statement Nic Gillard: he is truely a bad a**. Rick McCallum (and the ep3 spectacular): Great s**t! truely the best part of the week The Films of the Saga: Great as always. it was the DVD versions. and some morons tried bootleging them. why, i have no clue as the dvds have been out since September last year. what can i say. people are ******** morons. Sagamore Stage: this is where all the episode 3 related interviews took place. oh yeah. and the billy dee williams interview. because he is a bad a**. also, MC. Jay La'gaia is cool as hell. saga stage: Host Warwick Davis was great as usual. The Musical was good (chewie finally gets a medal and JarJAr Dies!!!). and the One Man Trilogy Owns all other acts there. i could go into more detail, but im to lazy at the moment. overall ide give it 7/10 points, due to the fact it was a blast, but the fact it was highly unorganized hurts the rating it could have recieved. MaliciousFog the 3-d starwars editions will kick major butt!! i'm so excited about that. C3 was highly unorganized. My friend and I stood in the store line for 6 hours and when we finally got a chance to purchase things they were sold out of mostly everything. All I got were the Darth Vader Figures. I'm happy though that the starwars site is offering people a chance to buy the things they ran out of, even though people that actually didn't go can buy the figures and well, if i would have known that i wouldn't have stood in line all those hours, missing some cool stuff. Opening Ceremonies were pretty cool, although the part of the line that I was waiting in were angry cause people were forming their own line INSIDE, while the volunteers told us to wait outside. It was a mess. The Rick McCallum stuff was AWESOME!! I sat on the edge of my seat, jaw dropped in awe. it was amazing! Highlight though had to have been watching ESB with all the other die-hard fans. It was such a cool experience. I love it.

The Summary to the Galactic Empire's first installment in its successful triology. Chronicles of the Galactic Civil War : Summary General Information: COTGCW is an AU RP taking place 10 years after the battle of Endor. Assume that The Thrawn Trilogy took place, and that the Galactic Civil War is still being fought against the Imperial Remnant. For more precise reference, read the Original RP and/or read the Novelization by FP32IntroductionA long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. STAR WARS CHRONICLES OF THE GALACTIC CIVIL WAR IT IS A PERIOD OF LIGHT IN THE GALAXY. TEN YEARS HAVE PASSED SINCE THE BATTLE OF ENDOR. THE NEW REPUBLIC HAS TAKEN CONTROL OVER THE GOVERNMENT IN THE PERIOD AFTER THE EMPIRE HAS FALLEN, AND THE GALAXY IS FREED ONCE AGAIN. MANY ISSUES HAVE BEEN LEFT OPEN, HOWEVER. REMNANTS OF THE EMPIRE WISH TO RESURRECT THEIR FALLEN GOVERNMENT, AND REPORTS OF HOSTILITIES BETWEEN PLANETS ARE INCREASING. SIDES HAVE BEEN CHOSEN FOR THE COMING STORM, AS THE SITH AND JEDI PREPARE FOR CONFRONTATION, SO HAVE THE IMPERIALS AND THE NEW REPUBLIC. ONLY TIME WILL TELL WHO WILL BE VICTORIOUS. Chapter One: Rising Storm Transit- Khar-SelimThe epic began onboard the transport Khar-Selim en route to Coruscant with a slew of characters aboard. Notable are Cale Darksun, Darth Imperius, Neb Wulf, Vin Morrs and Angel Syricia. Not much notable went on except for character introductions and the selection of Angel Syricia as Darth Imperius' new apprentice. Apon entery to Coruscant, the transport was shot at by an Executor-class Star Destroyer, but managed to make a safe landing on Coruscant. Coruscant- Part 1As Lord Imperius aka Phoenix Feron tasks Angel with the capture of Neb Wulf's apprentice Vin Morrs. Through a series of complications, the capture fails but Imperius lets it slide and dubs Angel "Darth Terra". Meanwhile, a New Alderaani senator whom Neb Wulf was charged to protect is murdered, and Phoenix Feron ascends to the Senatorial position instead. Posing Angel as his "assistant", they leave for a Senatorial assignment on Tatooine. Meanwhile, Cale Darksun pursues assorted bounties. Chapter Two: Veil of DeceptionTatooineOn Tatooine, Imperius charges Cale Darksun with the task of protecting Angel as she builds a new lightsaber. In the process, Cale sees the lightsaber and assumes them as Jedi, and flees the assignment. While Imperius is out by Jabba's palace, he runs into Neb and the two duel only to have it interrupted by a hungry rancor. Meanwhile, Neb Wulf is arrested over a rental policy on a speeder, then bails out with an assignment to protect Phoenix, Neb doesnt't realize the fact that it was Imperius he fought at Jabba's palace. The party then leaves for a conference on Bespin after a bombscare at the Mos Eisley embassy. BespinOn Bespin, Imperius is called to a meeting, and Angel trains further. Neb still has to protect the impulsive senator. However, before the meeting occurs, the senator goes out on a whim to "see the sites", despite Neb's protests. The senator attempts to ditch the Jedi, to no avail, and instead begins a duel in the casino areas of bespin. Neb looses sight of Imperius for a short bit due to a distraction made by guards. Following the force, Neb stalks the senator the rest of the night, to a cantina. He discovers that Angel is in league with the sith, but doesn't realize that the Sith Lord is the senator himself. The introduction of the Bounty Hunter Selkisto Jendon Hothun marks an important character introduction. Neb is replaced by Dious Kellus to guard the Senator, as Selk scrapes himself up out of a fight with the senator. Drako Prime, a droid much like General Grevious, also pops up, giving Cale and Selk some trouble, and by a chance meeting, Neb scares off the droid, though not before putting a couple tracers on him. More dialogue occurs, as we find out Drako was once Imperious's apprentice, as everyone begins a return trip to Coruscant. Chapter Three: Whispers of WarCoruscant- Part 2Events move quickly back at the capital hub. Darth Imperious, in wishing to take over the galaxy, begins plotting a multi-staged effort. Secretly wanting to draw the Imperial Remnants out, he must first weaken the legislature. He speaks to the Senate, trying to reallocate the military control to a council headed by him, and disown the jedi, though the new senate promptly shoots it down. Imperious, in his rage, orders an assassination attempt on a senator, and to make good measure, get rid of another thorn in his side, the Jedi Neb Wulf. In the request, Imperius is bugged, and arrested. Darth Terra goes to train some more with Drako, and the mercinaries hunt more bounties. But where Imperious is under bad omens, Neb is advanced to the rank of Jedi Master. Along with that, he is now entrusted with an odd task of training two padawans, Ganil Tana and Mordranna Brunhildt. Selk breaks Lord Imperious out of jail, and is in turn, given the job to kill Neb. Here the story parts, as the sith head for Korriban, and the Jedi to Yavin 4 where the story continues on. Jedi Sub-Story: Yavin 4After reaching Yavin 4, Neb finishes off making amends to certain people, and begins to trick out his new Delayla Cruiser. Before too long though, the jedi meets up with Selk, and oddly, not for the bounty. Selk describes in detail about the senator and his assassination attempts along with his current destination, but Neb shrugs the information off without worries. After testing the ship out, the Padawans train a small bit, before they depart for Geonosis, with the first assignment. Sith Sub-Story: KorribanImperius begins recruiting remnant forces for his crusade. Angel, Drako, and Imperius discuss the plan. They plan on re-activating the droid army and combining the imperial remnant forces together before declaring war on the republic. Chapter Four: PinnacleGeonosis After renaming Darth Terra to Darth Valycia, The Sith crew arrives on Geonosis, followed shortly by the Imperial traitors in a Venator SD called Red Tempest. After executing the commander of the ship, the trio goes in to the Colosseum and activates the droid army. All across the galaxy, battle droids are initializing to serve the newborn FSL, Federation of Sith Loyalists. With the landing of Novara and the Mandalorians, Imperius makes his introduction to them, who obviously dont trust him, by unlesashing a Force Storm on them. With the 5K droids on geonosis, the crew loads them up on Red Tempest, along with their leaders, Alpha and Beta. In space, they meet up with Rohsan, who challenges Imperius to meet him on Kashyyyk, which happens to be the destination anyways. Imperius sends Drako to track him, and then will go to Rohsan while Drako leads the assault on Kashyyk with Valycia. Valycia boards the Red Tempest to help Alpha give the attack plan to droids on other previous CIS planets. Imperius and his ship Eclipdra jump to Kashyyyk with Drako's PR1M3 ship. Meanwhile, on the search for the Tan'Sa'Qua artifact's shard, the Jedi trio find the exhausts on Geonosis running since production of FSL droids is now online. They also meet up with Selkisto, who has crashed, and after recovering the artifact's piece, leave the system and alert the New Republic's forces. Chapter Five: FootholdsKashyyykAbove the planet of the Wookiees, the small, but formidable fleet and army of Lord Imperious begins preparations of their first battle, hoping to take the wookie planet and its bountiful resources as their prize. While preparations are being made for the invasion, Drako finds a shapeshifter of notable impressions, who refuses to speak to anyone but Imperious. As the Federation forces descent on the forested planet, Drako returns to the front lines, as the Sith Lord finds his own personal quest. Imperius is given a holocron to begin his journey to find the history of the sith, in hopes of resurrecting a new empire. The battle begins, as the droid forces are caught overestimating their opponent's prowess, but slowly, the droids continue advancing. Neb and crew, along with Selk, finally reach Kashyyk, but the battle has already started. Fortunately, the Star Destroyer blockade is vastly inferior without fighter help, as the jedi and merc reach the city, just in time to push back the forces. Selk helps out the capital's wall defense, as Mordranna meets up with fellow memories as she confronts the imperial waves, and Neb dives into the droid columns. Both jedi find themselves stuck fighting their counterparts, Neb on Drako, and Mordranna pitted against Angel. Meanwhile, Imperius finds an abandoned Wookiee village where he finds a holocron that reveals the truth about Revan: that he was a Jedi. Enraged, Imperius leaves the village and sees that his battle is being lost due to faulty command by his commander Alpha. After disposing of Alpha, he calls a retreat. In the meantime, Neb ends the duel with Drako, by swiftly destroying Drako's lightsaber. To compensate for the loss, Neb gives Drako his own saber, and Drako returns to his ship PR1M3, and blasts Imperius, who simply shrugs it off as Drako's failure. On another front, Mordranna slices away Valycia's lightsaber as well, and the Dark Lady retreats back to Eclipdra. As the Sith jump to lightspeed, Neb agrees to train Selkisto in lightsaber training, and even gives Selk his other lightsaber. As the FSL forces retreat, Neb goes into a conversation with Luke Skywalker, and is contacted by the spectral spirit of Master Yoda, who warns that the battle of Kashyyyk was not a victory, but merely the beginning of the Droid Wars.

Recap: Emerald Squadron
General Info: AU RP, Rebellion's beginning till end. New starfighter squadron, named Emerald, struggles to make themselves known while fighting for what they believe in.
Prologue: Tattooine Training.
During a training mission, Orrin crashes down onto the sandy wasteland of a planet. Going in for the save, Kefka Dragoon ejects from his skyhopper to save him, and they both end up stranded, only to be rescued by fellow pilot Jarik. Orrin's bitter attitude and nack for disobeying orders earns him a court-martial, though he manages to get out of it by redesigning the graduation mission. Meanwhile, Kefka and Jarik meat up with Mon Calamari pilot Logar, and the team strikes a friendship up. After flying the training mission, they meet their fellow pilots, Zendia Starsinger, Gendis and Artemis. After electing Kefka leader, they learn that Orrin, still without flight status, stole the Emerald One Y-Wing and took off for Mos Eisley. Giving chase, they learn that the Imperials are blockading the planet, and Emerald flies their first mission to aid the evac. After getting the hell off Tattooine, they set course for the new Rebel Base - Dantooine.
Chapter One: Dantooine
On Dantooine, Gendis and Kefka get in a fight with rival Ruby Squadron, and decide to settle it in a sim-dogfight later on. To prep, the squadron runs a practise simulation. Meanwhile, Orrin is given his flight-status back, and he decides to tamper with the Sim programming, putting three Imperial Stardestroyers into the simulation. After abandoning the planet in the mission, the squad exits the sim and proceeds to let Kefka have it. After hard drinking, they decide to sleep it off and get ready for the fight with Ruby. A few hours later, Kefka leads the squad to a victory against Ruby, and new pilot Veran is introduced. The next day, it's revealed that an Imperial tracer was found in a supply shipment, and an evac is ordered, with Emeral flying recon until they reach their next destination: Yavin 4...
Chapter Two: Yavin 4
On the moon of the gas giant Yavin, Emerald finds itself playing second fiddle to their rivals, Ruby Squadron. Not much happens, until the news of Alderaan's destruction reaches the base. Gears begin to start turning, with the arrival of a beat up freighter carrying a crew of precious cargo. Despite the situation, Ruby Squadron takes to the skies as the dreaded Death Star approaches, and a farmboy destroys the sphere of doom. Celebrations are short lived, as the Empire begins to invade the tiny moon, and Emerald Squadron is forced into another Evacuation, unfortunately losing many of its members, as they begin to go on the run..
Chapter Three: On the Run
Emerald Squadron survives through the time, and codes are given to head to hoth. Passing through the Ison Corridor, Emerald fights off a small scouting party, not much credit to their status. Little action really happens, since the Rebels are fleeing, rather than defending. Soon, they reach hoth, and prepare to establish base.
Chapter Four: Hoth
Emerald Squadron happens to be the first squadron on the planet. For a year, they run patrols in the snow, work on fixing the kinks out on the speeders, and fighting off wampas. Owen comes into the story as a fresh transfer to the base. Then the empire came. A probe droid finds the hidden rebel base, as Emerald squadron heads for the speeders. They succeed in their task of protecting the ion cannon from several waves of scout transports, and even take down an Armored walker. But the inevitable defeat happens, with Emsquad leaving hoth without Kefka, who fails to make the jump and is captured by Imperials.
Chapter Five: Kessel Extraction
The flight beings one of their more interesting jobs performed thus far. In a routine protection flight, EmSquad has to extract a group of spies caught by the empire and sent to the spice mines of Kessel. Despite the resistance put up by imperials, the team is able to not only fend off several waves of fighters, but also disrupt communications in the system, and rescue Kefka, who just recently got to Kessel. Unfortunately, a string of bad luck puts the flight leader into bacta and requires hospitalization, but time grows shorter to the upcoming battle.
Chapter Six: Defense of Sullust
In Progress.
Chapter Seven: Prefsbelt III
Retired
