While you're at it, rent The Producers. The original film is great. My dad and I believe that Gene Wilder is at his best is when he is in a Mel Brooks movie. Don't believe me? Just see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and compare to the original film.

Anything by Fox family. One of my favorites is anistasia. RASPUTIN RULES ALL!
once upon a forest is really, really good. It's basically about these little forest creatures and their views on our world. theres even a "religous" group of corws that warn our heros about the "yellow Dragons" (construction machines). very cool movie.
The Secret of Nim will always hold a special place in my heart. Its about this family of mice that need to move, but their youngest is sick with nemonia (I know spelling is totally off) and it's winter, so if he goes outside, he's dead. So the main character seeks the help of some genetically enhanced lab rats to help move their house. It's a really cool story with beautiful animation and dialogue.
The Gods must be crazy. I mention this one for the older crowd, not because of profanity or anything, but because the younger kids just won't get it. It's a story about the bushmen in Africa and how their world is turned upside down when a helicopter pilot throws a coke bottle down to their village. One of the bushmen decides that it is evil (there's only one of it and it causes contention), and goes on a quest to destroy it. Full of akward moments and hilarity, it is an instant classic. Please note that most of the women in the bushman clan don't have tops but for the most part, their backs are turned and they do nothing sugestive at all.
Thats it for now. Sevalon out. ninja

XD Also, the Gods Must be Crazy has some nudity (women chests) in the tribal scenes, but it's not a sexual nudity or anything, so I guess it's up to one's own discretion. I like Treasure Planet, too... Original Godsmack introduced me to that one. pirate

The two movies I remember watching with my family as a kid are The Princess Bride and Willow. I'm the youngest, so what my brothers and sisters liked to watch I watched.

I love Princess Bride. I didn't see it until I was 16 years old (it was a laurel class activity). Everybody was shocked, because I'd never heard of it.
If you want a family friendly movie: Rigoletto!

Labyrinth was great, along with Man From Snowy River... Strictly Ballroom was pretty good, and why has no one mentioned Napolean Dynamite? It's VERY interesting to watch Army of God and then Brigham City right after... if you've done it you'll know why! ninja I love The Singles Ward, The RM and Home Teachers. Can't wait to find out what the next one is going to be!!
