The white cheetah mal was growing more and more tired. he saw the jungel on the sunset horizone and was grew more at peace with being able to let up on fearing for his and limbua's life.
"Come on Bu where almost there." He said nudgeing her a little as the two slowly walked after running for the whole day.

Bu could not help be at home with everything around her. Beside her friend, she just walked along without a care in the world. The jungle was her home and she was back. She could not wait to return to the family and hug them all. Maybe her father was visiting today too! It would be great to see everyone all together again. Nac crafting something, Ku picking on him, mother telling her not to, and Daddy nuzzling her... a lot. She could picture it now.
"Family..."
She purred as she leaned against Amile.

Every day since her daughters mysteriously disappeared, Hivu had been taking long walks with no destination in mind. Hoping in vain that she would find her children who she loved so much. Today was different. Still she walked, but this time, she would find something...
The leopardess' heart had been broken, and she was about to give up hope, but there was a white thing in the distance, perhaps it knew something of Bu or Ku? She hardly dared to hope, but she desperately started toward him. She was running out of options.

Amile's eyes darted from the little female beside him. The male looked up seeing the black and white female coming quickly toward the two. he was quickly set on the offence as he moved in front of Bu protectively but he didn't show any hostility toward the female coming because there was something about her...that was ever so familiar. He then began to panic she was dark...dark like Ku and this began to terrify him. He had a bad encounter with her and that was enough said to him. He then gulped down some discomfort.
"He Bu...I...I think someone wants to see you." He chocked out a little.

Bu flinched when Amile moved before her protectively. What was he doing? Did she almost step in something? Or... it was when he spoke did he notice something was up. He was... nervous? She ducked her head under his body to see who it was. She tilted her head softly. Suddenly her body froze. Her heart raced. A grin. A smile. A cry of glee. Without hesitation, she brushed under Amile and darted off to the oncoming other.
"MOTHER!"

"Bu?" Hivu gasped, overwhelmed with a mix of emotions. Her hopelessness faded away to be replaced with joy and disbelief, and she regained her old sparkle in her eye as she padded toward one of her missing daughters.
"Oh Bu, it is you!" She cried, licking her affectionately, "I'm so glad you're alright!" She nuzzled with her for a moment, enjoying the reunion.
Hesitantly, she looked up at Amile, "And who's your friend? Is Ku with you?"

The male smiled just a little seeing the two he then looked around a bit uncomfortable as he took a deep breath.
"I haven't seen Ku in some time." He said softly as he looked at the ground. He felt horrible he was the one that made the leopard so upset yet at the same time he brought back her happyness.

Bu purred as she nuzzled her mother's embrace. She could not seem to get her mind just right. It was like a dream, returning home to her mother's paws. She smiled and licked her softly. "It's me! I'm back, I'm home again. The jungle has its flower back!" she chuckled as she smiled.
"Oh! This is my very close friend, Miles. It seems he will be staying with us for a while," she turned back to him and narrowed her eyes, her voice vexing into an obvious hinting-threatening tone. "After he goes to talk to his parents."
"...Wait, Ku is not with you? Are you sure she is not with Nac or maybe father came by and took her away somehwere. You mean you don't honestly know?" it was when Amile spoke did she feel a bit disheartening. "You mean... where's Kumbuko?"

Hivu chuckled, "Indeed it does, dear." She agreed, turning to face Miles. "It is nice to meet you." She nodded politely.
A look of shock crossed her face, "You have seen her? Where? When?" She asked, but she knew that she could be long gone if this cheetah hadn't seen her in a while. Her smile faded for a moment. She had one daughter back, and that was more than she could hope for, but at the same time the pain of losing Kumbu was opened anew.
"I'm sorry Bu, but... Ku disappeared the same day you did. I haven't seen her since." She sighed, "But it's wonderful to see you again, you have no idea how worried I've been."

"I...I'm sorry this is all my fault." He said softly as he looked down at his paws.
"I was the one that did this...all of this." He said as he moved a paw over his nose as if rubbing it a little.

Limbua looked down at her mother's and her own paws for a moment then looked up at the cheetah that had brought her back home again. It had been far too long since her paws touched upon the jungle grounds and long since seen the face of her mother. She was just glad to be home, but to find that her dear little sister was gone was heart-breaking. When everything seemed right again, something had to go amiss. She nuzzled her mother softly and smiled.
"She'll come back... one day."
Slowly, she moved back to Amile and nuzzled him as well.
"No, it's not your fault. She is a stubborn girl, a very stubborn girl. But she is my sister so she can take care of herself. She's strong," she chuckled as she nudged him softly. "Now, off with you!" she laughed, pawing at him. "Go on, git! You better go back to your own family now and tell them where you've been."
She smiled and licked him softly. "But, come back to me soon?"

"I agree, it can't be your fault." She said simply, "If there's one thing I know about Ku, its that she makes her own decisions. Don't let this worry you, I'm sure she'll come back some day."
"Bu is right, you ought to go tell your family." She smiled, "I know just how they feel, missing a child for so long. They must be worried sick about you." She turned to her daughter, "We should probably go find Nac, he'll want to know that you've returned." She added, swishing her tail as she turned around to head back into the jungle.
Her family was coming together again...

"Yeah...your right." He said as he smiled just a little. He nudged her back then bowed a little to hivu and began to set off.
He took off running but stopped and turned to look at the two. "Meet me tomorrow...You know where!!" He yelled out at Bu.
