the problem with that kind of metal is that it grows tiring really soon.. I used to like it but i got really tired of it... i guess i can listen to it once in a while.. except Sonata Arctica, they-ve always been untalented clones

but i didn't think people considered all power metal to be flower metal? i thought it was only certain bands? *confuzzled*

Flower metal isn't an actual genre or anything, it's just a tag some people like to apply to certain super exuberant power metal bands.
Myself, it depends on the mood. I love a little flower power now and again! 4laugh

For the people that are confused: Take power metal, and take away the actual POWER from it, throw in some shitty keyboards, and you have "flower metal".
Kinda like melo-death/Gothenburg.... ninja
