By illiterates! eek I'm a mod too and every day I find myself clearing the front page of more chat speak, txt talk and leet speak than one person should have to handle in a lifetime much less on a multi-daily basis.

Here are some of the worse examples of the pain I endure every day:

JUST SUCKKY

I BROUGHT AL 3 REGI'S LEVEL 60 EACH

and a hondoom lv 58
all these poke mon were tranded with hard effort not cheats or even rare candies

I guess you should expect it in guilds related to animes and video games. sad Not that it makes it any less horrible.

It just makes me sad sad We had managed to maintain a decent level of literacy and keep it intelligent and all of a sudden this...this....INVASION came out of nowhere!

That's just sad, really. I run a Super Forum with my dear friend and colleague Leon Landers, and we manage to keep the entire operation almost completely literate. Of course, a user did manage to be at least semi-literate, but it poses no problem at all.

I'm also part of another forum, only it's partially literate. Most people are semi-literates, while a handful of users are full-blown literates. Others usually type in all caps, forget the existence of the Shift key, or a combination of both.

And for your viewing pleasure, leet humor! biggrin
