SHINI-SHINI-GOROSHI Vice Captain

Rukongai (流魂街 lit. wandering soul city) is the largest portion of Soul Society and the most populated. It is divided into 320 districts (80 in North Rukongai, 80 in West Rukongai, etc.), each numbered in descending order on how far they are from the center; this results in the higher-numerated (and farther) districts decaying into slums. Thus, while District 1 is peaceful and lawful, much like the antiseptic lifestyle of early-Edo era Kyoto, District 80 is a hardscrabble, violent, crime-infested area that more depicts Heian era Kyoto. There is no indication that the shinigami or any other agencies patrol the streets of Rukongai, and as a result, the citizenry are mainly responsible for their day-to-day welfare.
This area is where regular residents of Soul Society that are not Shinigami live this place is where people can go shopping and do all the other things that happen in day to day life including getting mugged by random thugs and the like ^^.

Suiken strolled around Rukongai . He seemed to be looking for something...or someone.

*bumps shoulders with Suiken*
*chris falls to the floor*

Chris grabs Suiken's hand and pulls himself up.

i wasn't watching where i was going sweatdrop
im just kind of freaked out about being dead.

Suiken sheathed his sword and eyed Chris oddly.
Suiken: My name is Suiken, and the place we are in is called Rukongai.
He smiled and scratched the back of his head.
Suiken: Oh and I'm sorry about the sword thing.. Not my fault you're a clutz razz

Suiken pointed to the walls a seretei in the viw. Suiken: That's Seretei... It's where I reside. I am looking for one of my friend whom was expected to die sometime this month. I doubt he madeit... I hope he didn't go "bad". -sigh- Suiken: You mentioned a white haired guy. Did you mean that munchkin Hitsugaya? -chuckles-

besides if he or she was here it would take awhile to find em' because this "rukongai" place is huge!
yea he had white hair, a really long sword and looked like he belonged in elementary school biggrin

Suiken laughed and patted Chris on the back.
Suiken: It is perfectly OK. I'm surprised You are even holding a coonversation with me. Most people in Rukongai are too scared of us Shimigami and lots hate us.
Suiken looked at Chris with concern .
Suiken: Hey... are you any good at combat ?

Suiken: Well.. I asked because I can sense an unusually high reiatsu coming from you... It's not everyday I stumble upon someone out in Rukongai with high spirit power... Tell me... When you were alive, could you see or sense Ghosts or unusual creatures with holes in their chests?
He seemed amused with Chris spiritual energy. If trained he could be molded into a powerful shinigami. This really pleased the captain.

chris: ummm yea i could. whenever i went to a graveyard i was able to see a person or two of who had died.
the only time i had seen a creature with a hole in its chest was while i was walking home from the store. that was when i saw that short little kid you called hitsugaya. i guess when i saw the creature i turned around and didnt see the car coming sweatdrop . so i died and hitsugaya killed the creature. than he sent me here.
chris was happy that there where people here that actually believed him about the ghosts instead of the people in the living world who called him crazy.

Suiken: Say, Chris...Howwould you like it if I took you back with me? You'd be able to live behind those walls and serve as an officer of one of the 13 squads...preferably mine ^_^

chris: sure! sounds cool biggrin but you have a squad?
chris looked at suiken's white cloak over his shinigami black clothes
chirs: oh i see. your a "captain" of one of the squads! just like hitsugaya cuz a bald shinigami called hitsugaya "captain". than sure ill join under your squad biggrin well that is if i can be strong enough sweatdrop
