New York City, New York, United States of America
One of the biggest towns of the U.S. and where most stories start. People come here to start it big: Broadway, Buisness and Crime. But a different story starts here.

Will arrived in New York City wanting to start it big to make a new life escape his old one to find a job and live life the way he wants. The plane landed on the strip. He was nervous once he landed he was about to see the new place he was going to live. He walked off the plane in to the lobby of the airport and said under his breath.
"Hello New York"
as he headed though the exit. To head into the city.

Siin was perched on the edge of a rooftop, looking down at the people on the sidewalk. They looked like ants. Most even had the same mentality as ants. It sickned him.

Will was in the Taxi heading to this apartment. While he was in there he wondered if anyone else had the abilities he has. Will he find anyone like him. Once he came to the building and entered the apartment. He found a letter on the table. Will picked it up and read the letter. Dear Will I am a person that can help you out of this rut your in if you need help meet me at the Lady Liberty in about an hour. "Who is this?" Will checked to see who its from but there was no sender address. Will thought for a minute and decided to go. He went out the door and called a cab.

Siin was just turning back, when he spotted the new man across the street. Odd behavior, entering a building and exiting right afterward. He decided to tag along to see what was up. Not like anything else was happening.

Will hopped in the cab and went to the Lady Liberty. Once on the Ferry he read the letter again.
"Who would know me here. I never met anyone" Will thought.
Will started getting this burning sensation, he turned and faced the deck. He started rubbing his head the burning was getting worse. Before he new what happened the deck caught on fire. Once he saw the flames he grabbed the fire extinquisher from the wall and got rid of the flames.
"How did this happen?" Will started pondering about it. but before he could get any deeper in his thoughts the ferry came to a stop. He walked off the boat. heading to the tall lady.

Will walked in and started ascending to the crown of the lady.
"Who could this person be?"
once he reached the top. He found a man standing near the edge. He was and old fellow and was dressed in a suit.
"Hello Will. My name is Mr. Linderman..."

Siin perched on the statues torch, his hair whipping around his face in the wind. This was begining to get interesting.

"I know all about you Mr. Eian, about your gift and your life. I just want to make you an offer."
Will look surprised and afraid that Linderman knew about his power.
"how do you know? and What offer?"
"an offer that will change the world"

Siin grit his teeth and leapt for the nearest point of the statues crown, melting a small piece of it to match his hands as he landed. He hoisted himself up and hung upside down. That voice was all too familiar.

Will looked at him very curiously and glanced out of the crown
"Im not a leader" thought Will. "I can barly boss my brother around, This guy wants something else."

He pulled himself back up before he was noticed. "A leader hmm? Intreaging."

Linderman started again. "As i was saying i could make you a welthy man. all you have to do..." hey put out his hand. "...is shake my hand."
"and if i refuse?"
"Well, there are other ways to make a man fear his life."
"What aren't you telling me?'
"Fine the truth comes out. I will be setting off a bomb in the middle of new york destroying the town and you will be the leader."

"Hmm, knowing how he is, I better get to that bomb first." He jumped from the crown, melting his way down the statue's back.
