Please pay attention to detail, make sure all of the colors are right, make sure your hair doesnt look fake and most of all...get into character!!!
Eat 12 cups of sugar if you have too!

well ...my advice:
definately pay attention to detail, try to get the colors close to matching if not perfect

like everyone else has said, pay attention to color! her hair will be hard to copy, but it can be done. and for the personality, coffee with triple sugar, about half to 3/4 of a pot of this should help!

Aww, don't tell her that! She'd crash like crazy afterwards...or even get sick...
If anything, as long as you get the overall look down, (people can TELL you're Rikku) then you should be alright.
But if you were going for ALL out, look up colored contacts. I saw someone that got green contacts with the little swirls in them.
Freaky.
