Bide the Wiccan Laws we must, In perfect love and perfect trust.
Live and let live, Fairly take and fairly give.
Cast the Circle thrice about to keep the evil spirits out.
To bind the spell every time let the spell be said in rhyme.
Soft of eye and light of touch, speak little, listen much.
Honor the Old Ones in deed and name, love and light shall be our guides again.

Deosil go by the Waxing Moon, chanting out the Witches' Rune.
When the Maiden Moon is new, kiss the hand to Her, times two.
When the Mother Moon rides at Her peak then your heart's desires seek.
Heed the North Wind's mighty gale, lock the door and drop the sail.
When the Wind comes from the South, love will kiss thee on the mouth.
When the Wind blows from the West, departed souls will have no rest.
When the Wind whispers from the East, expect the new and set the feast.

Nine woods in the cauldron go, burn them fast or burn them slow.
Birch into the fire goes to represent what the Lady knows.
Oak in the forest towers with might, in the fire, it brings the Gods in sight.
Rowan is the tree of power, making life and magick flower.
Willows at the water's edge stand ready to help us into the Summerland.
Hawthorn is burned to purify, and to draw the Faerie to your eye.
Hazel, the tree of wisdom and learning, adds its strength to the fire burning.

White are the flowers of the Apple tree, that brings us fruits of fertility.
Grapes which grow upon the vine, give to us both joy and wine.
Fir does mark the evergreen, to represent immortality seen.
Elder be the Goddess' Tree, burn it not or cursed you'll be.
Four times the Major Sabbats mark, in the light and in the dark.
Soon the new year will begin, say farewell to the old, it's now Samhain.
When the time for Imbolc starts to show, watch for flowers through the snow.

When the wheel begins to turn, let the Beltane fires burn.
As the wheel turns to Lughnasadh, watch for Harvest Moon among the stars.

Four times the Minor Sabbats fall, use the Sun to mark them all.
When the wheel has turned to Yule, light the log as the Horned One rules.
In the spring, night equals day, it's time for Ostara to come our way.
When the Sun has reached His height, it's time for the Oak and Holly Kings to fight.

Harvesting comes to one and all, when the Mabon Sabbat does fall.
Heed ye flower, bush and tree, by the Goddess, blessed be.
Where the rippling waters go, cast a stone and truth you'll know.
When ye have a true need, hearken not to other's greed.
With a fool no season spend, lest ye be counted as his friend.

Merry meet and merry part, bright the cheeks and warm the heart.
Mind the Threefold Law you should, three times bad or three times good.
When misfortune is enow, wear the blue star on thy brow.
True in love ever be, lest thy lover's false to thee.

1. Bide within the Law you must, in perfect Love and perfect Trust. Live you must and let to live, fairly take and fairly give.
Live within the laws of love and trust. Do as you must, but be fair.

2. For tread the Circle thrice about to keep unwelcome spirits out. To bind the spell well every time, let the spell be said in rhyme.
To protect a circle walk it’s confines thrice. Good spells are spoken in rhyme.

3. Light of eye and soft of touch, speak you little, listen much. Honor the Old Ones in deed and name, let love and light be our guides again.
Honor the God’s in what you do and when you name them. May love and light rule us.

I'd say that the first bit means to be kind and tolerant towards others and to listen to what others have to say

4. Deosil go by the waxing moon, chanting out the joyful tune. Widdershins go when the moon doth wane, and the werewolf howls by the dread wolfsbane.
Go clockwise when the moon is getting bigger (to protect a circle) , counterclockwise when the moon is getting smaller.

Widdershins means to go in the nude actually, not counterclockwise, but I've never heard this line before, I've always heard a different line that DOES say to go counterclockwise, but in this situation it doesn't say anything about that

5. When the Lady's moon is new, kiss the hand to Her times two. When the moon rides at Her peak then your heart's desire seek.
When the moon is a new one, pay the Lady hommage, when it’s the opposite ask of her what you will.

6. Heed the North winds mighty gale, lock the door and trim the sail. When the Wind blows from the East, expect the new and set the feast.
Refering to North, representing winter, and the east, representing fall

7. When the wind comes from the South, love will kiss you on the mouth. When the wind whispers from the West, all hearts will find peace and rest.
South, representing spring and West representing summer

8. Nine woods in the Cauldron go, burn them fast and burn them slow. Birch in the fire goes to represent what the Lady knows.
Nine woods get put in the cauldron, birch represents the knowledge of the Goddess.

9. Oak in the forest towers with might, in the fire it brings the God's insight. Rowan is a tree of power causing life and magick to flower.
Oak stands for strength and the wisdon of God. Rowan is for fertility and growth

Rowan isn't for fertility, it's for magickal properties such as rebirth and the third eye

10. Willows at the waterside stand ready to help us to the summerland. Hawthorn is burned to purify and to draw faerie to your eye.
Hawthorn is supposed to help you see faeries, or open your eyes.

Willows are a link between the physical plane and the summerland

11. Hazel-the tree of wisdom and learning adds its strength to the bright fire burning. White are the flowers of Apple tree that brings us fruits of fertility.
Hazel burns strong

Hazel is also used because it brings insight and wisdom, while apple is for fertility

12. Grapes grow upon the vine giving us both joy and wine. Fir does mark the evergreen to represent immortality seen.
Grapes do as told. Fir represents immortatilty and premencence.

Grapes and wine are used in ritual for libation and offering to the gods, firs represent reincrnation and rebirth

13. Elder is the Lady's tree burn it not or cursed you'll be. Four times the Major Sabbats mark in the light and in the dark.
Burn not the tree called Elder, for it represents the Goddess. Sabbats are holidays

The major sabbats represent the changing of seasons

14. As the old year starts to wane the new begins, it's now Samhain. When the time for Imbolc shows watch for flowers through the snows.
The end of the year, is the Sabbat, Samhain. (October 31st) Imbolic is one of the spring festivals

Samhain is the end of the Wiccan year and represents new beginnings while Imbolc represents the new lif of spring

15. When the wheel begins to turn soon the Beltane fires will burn. As the wheel turns to Lamas night power is brought to magick rite.
Beltane, is another Holiday. Lammas is in August, power heightens

Bon fires are to be burned at Beltane, Lamas is a very magickal night

16. Four times the Minor Sabbats fall use the Sun to mark them all. When the wheel has turned to Yule light the log the Horned One rules.
Dec 21st, Yule light the Yule log for the Horned King has overthrown the Holly King

17. In the spring, when night equals day time for Ostara to come our way. When the Sun has reached it's height time for Oak and Holly to fight.
Ostara comes when the times of light equal the times of darkness. (spring festival, Easter was planned on this day)

18. Harvesting comes to one and all when the Autumn Equinox does fall. Heed the flower, bush, and tree by the Lady blessed you'll be.
Harvest things in Autumn. Be watchful of the environment and the Lady will bless thee

19. Where the rippling waters go cast a stone, the truth you'll know. When you have and hold a need, harken not to others greed.
Take time to relax when you are worried (worry=”ripple”) and you’ll know the cause of your troubles.

This also speaks of not giving into other wishes or desires if it will harm you in the process

20. With a fool no season spend or be counted as his friend. Merry Meet and Merry Part bright the cheeks and warm the heart.

It means to be kind to others and try to make them feel welcome, to meet the merrily and bright their cheeks with laughter and warm their heart with kindness

21. Mind the Three-fold Laws you should three times bad and three times good. When misfortune is enow wear the star upon your brow.
The law of three, what you do shall come back to you three times. When bad things happen, deal with it.

If bad things happen it means that you have most likely done something bad and that you need to own up to it and try and make things right.

22. Be true in love this you must do unless your love is false to you.
Love truly, unless you find that the one who loves you doesn’t.

It means that if you love you must love truly, as in it says not to cheat. If you find that you do not truly love them then you should end it, never to lead them on

Well I looked on dictionary.com and found out that

wid·der·shins means "In a contrary or counterclockwise direction: "The coracle whirled round, clockwise, then widdershins" (Anthony Bailey). "

I've updated up to number 11 on the site
