:/ Can't say. Not even sure. But I've heard from some people that it worked for them and other people just couldn't. It depends if you BOTH have the trust and patience. If you TWO are willing to make it work. You get me?

Like my teacher says, there are other who are like anti-social. o: And it seems that the internet can be a place to look for one. :/ Can you believe there are people at my school who found a BF/GF at /MySpace/? And that "real person in front of you" could back fire, what if the person doesn't like you? Then again...the person you're talking to online could be one of the passing strangers you never noticed. Love isn't easy to find 'cause it finds YOU. So, it wouldn't be your fault if you fell in love with your best friend, your cousin, your friend's GF/BF, or someone online that you've been talking to.

Worked for me.
I found my fiancee through Gaia...
Depends on the person really.
I stopped dating guys around my hometown
and WA because they were a bunch of freakin'
cheaters!
So yes, Online does work and it has worked
for ALOT of people in another guild I am in.
About 5 of the members are married to their once
long distance lover.

lol sometimes on rare occasions u see the most beautiful girls on gaia, like soo PRETTY/CUTE oh my gawd, some look like models
but 3 problems
- they might want to be your friend
- you won't get them in real life, too bad they don't go to your school or livin in your city, so never have a chance to go out with them
- they might be fake, using another person's pic

not to say anything bad but..
online relationships can be wonderful sometimes.. take for instance.
theres an asian girl/asian guy in a state like anywhere.. theres no other asians close.. and they are proud to be asian..
online theres many asian guys and asian girls can meet up and ill have to say... if you have faith and trust and most importantly love for each other (mailing txting calling and possibly going to them) it will work out wonderfully and maybe become stronger then getting to know a person in real life and from start.

it started as I saw a banner in mandarin and I asked the girl if she knew what it meant.. She said no & I just translated.. Slowly, we just started talking more & the next thing was she asked me on the 1st day of second semester of my senior year...

I've never tried to have one but I'd have to say that it would probably be the best thing for me. I actually talk to friends I've made online through instant messenger more than I talk with people in real life. I don't know... it just seems easier to get out your thoughts that way. So really, that kind of relationship would depend on the kind of person you are and the kind of person you're talking to is.
