Ok, boys on the backburner for now, as acording to the poll it's something to come much later on. 3nodding I've made Gwyn a crew member. I hope no one feels upset they weren't made a crew member as well, my reasoning for it being Gwyn and no one else was that Celes is very busy, and while I'm doing fine (if I say so myself) moderating the guild on my own, there are days where I can't go online for more then a moment. I like the idea of having Gwyn have my back. (My other considerations were members who I know are already quite swamped with obligations on Gaia ^.^)
Gwyn: Unless I'm not online for a few days, please leave acceptance of new members to me. Anyone with zero posts in the memberlist has one week from their join date before they're to be banned, you can find their join date by checking the account log and looking for the date of their entry fee. 3nodding Threads that need locking are usually threads without a place, as their topic matter already has a home in a more dominant thread, or they're to do with something that's over, like the Valentines Thread. Stickies need to be kept to a minimum, too many and they'll be somewhat ignored, other then that, just follow your instincts and don't do anything perminant. ~grins~ Congrats!
