First of all. I'll explain how to put one of these in your signature.
1.) Save one of them to your computer.
2.) Create an account at a place like photobucket.com
3.) Upload the guild badge to photobucket (or whatever it is you're using)
4.) Go to profile and then to edit profile, before going down to where you put what you want in your signature.
5.) Copy and paste the below into your signature, then fill it out as it says-
