Yeah, you got it right. Someone from my friendslist quit Gaia yesterday and gave me everything he had, including a guild. surprised So what do I do with it? It isn't much now... And it has only 3 members... surprised
This is what he made of it... Not much, is it? confused So yeah, what should I do? surprised

Check if the members are active, if not, PM them to ask if they wish to remain in the guild (and if you are considering changing the guild topic focus to better suit your personal interests, inform them of that, too) and ban them if they don't want to stay. Then set about adding any subforums that you wish and a few start-up topics before setting about advertising.
My guild's dead atm. I really need to fix that sweatdrop

Oh. Nice... well, what are your personal interests? You can either tailor it to suit them, so surrounding yourself with a group of guild members with similar interests, or you can have it as a non-specified "chat" guild, a little like this one heart It all depends on what type of people you would like to attract and the ideal role that you have in mind for the guild. Oops. Forgot to add the option of roleplay or service guilds (for instance, avatar art and critique guilds, etc.)

Yeah, well... surprised I don't know! I have a lot of interests, but they all fade and make place for other ones as my mood changes. sweatdrop
A guild like this-one would be nice, but then again.. Wouldn't that be like... Copying?

Well, as long as you weren't taking business away from Why Not (which I doubt), I don't see any harm in it. Three's plenty of wannabe Why Nots out there atm.

Mayeb I should randomly invite Why Not people in there and see what they make of it? surprised
