I can't take the responsibility of this guild any longer. I don't want it to die but I can't run it anymore. If someone wants to take over and KEEP the name, I will find out a price that this place is worth and negotiate.

I'm not leaving you guys... I'm just not able to run all the contests and such. I don't have time. I will still be around as a member, but I need someone else to RUN the place. I love my guild... but I don't have the time to treat it like it should be treated.

well, if i had all the ducky stuff, i would step up, but seeing as i am duck-less, and im a relatively new member of the guild, i cannot instantly take this guild over. 0.o nice knowin ya, PFF, looks like i wont be seein you as much as i want to...

I'd still like to be a mod and throw out ideas but... yeah. So... I'm asking (since DC says he's not on enough) which of my members would like to step up? Maybe I'll give it away for free if I think you're going to be a great leader.
I will still run some of the contests.

No No. I will not give it to Joy. She's in the same situation as me... too much to do, not enough time.
And Tifa, if you're too busy with those, I won't ask you to do it. I can handle it for now till I find someone I think has the time and is fit to run this place. Otherwise, keep inviting people.
Could someone help me catch up to the invite thingy? Make a list of WHO actually posted their own topics with polls and then who invited that person. I need to get back to giving gold out.

that's all the info i could get from being an outsider, as for the first topic i suggest asking the people themselves through pm sweatdrop i didn't do that myself on the account that i don't think i have the athority to ask other members those type of questions concerning the guild and first posts sweatdrop i hope at least the first list helped a little sweatdrop
