The makers of Miracle-Gro, Scotts, is suing the small, New Jersey-based TerraCycle for copying their appearance.

"They're claiming that (the colors) yellow and green are theirs," says TerraCycle CEO, Hungarian-born Tom Szaky, referring to Scotts.

TerraCycle's lawyer, Richard Ober, vows to fight. However, the legal fees incurred from this lawsuit could ruin TerraCycle and force it out of business. (Read More)
