The lazy afternoon had definitely ruined the excited mood Journey had experienced earlier that day. Though it was rather cool out now, she still felt hot and sticky, choosing to take a quick dip in the river to cool herself down before yawning widely and deciding she needed to sleep.
The crimson sunset was just about to pass the horizon, sending the area into a bloody hue. Journey thought it was pretty-- or rather, she would have if she had not tripped over a small rock and face-planted into the thankfully-soft grass.
She got up quickly, ruffled her wings a bit, shook the loose grass from her mane, and peered around her quickly. Good. Nobody saw.
Well, hopefully nobody saw. Either way, Journey continued towards her favorite tree, a dying willow, and was relieved to see its great swooping boughs in the distance, beckoning her closer.

Dinyin yawned and rolled ontohis back, watching the clouds flow by, one of them seem to be shaped out like a heart. He smiled and got up. Maybe it was time to take a walk through the place he enjoyed, the woods. Placing one hoof before another, he quickened his pace to reach the forest. Stopping, he yawned and continued blinking tiredly. Nothing entertained him until, thump. A sound came from nearby, and he raised his eyebrows, waiting for something to appear. Nothing had appear, so he started turning away, and suddenly something caught the corner of his eyes, a mare had just appeared. One with wings. Another one just like Alora had, he still didn't know much about the winged horses. Although they sure interested him.
The stallion lifted his head up high and took his time to walking towards her. Wondering what he should say. He often wondered how it was like to fly so high into the sky and see everything. His mother could climb trees, and he couldn't. Then again, he would probably not use that talent, too lazy. Dinyin tilted his head to what she was walking towards. A tree. Like any other....to him. He shrugged and followed her. "Heard a fall over here, any idea what it may be?" he asked as a conversation starter.
