I personally think parkinsons is a horrible disorder and any help is no where near enough no matter how big the amount is it still needs a lot more, but every little bit helps and hopfully soon we will find a way to prevent and even cure it...

my grandma has had this disease for 6 years & she can't walk without holding on to somebody or sitting in a wheelchair, she can't remember very much at all!she falls randomnly at times, im just happy that the pple are taking a step in the right direction for curing this disease!

I say every small step to finding a cure or a way to delaying the symptonms is a step in the right direction

Well... Since Parkinson's disease is pretty much an ineffective nervous system; and that it happens because of damaged neuron connections or the inability or ineffectiveness of signaling among neuron connections... I don't think it's really a matter of 'curing' it, I think it's more a matter of 'preventing' it before it gets too far; though, cures would be great- And I really hope they find cures- since more people tend to know they have it after its too late, rather than catching it before it damages their pathways too much. : [
