Before you freak, no it was not me who was arrested. :3
Well, for the past year my family has been deteriorating and we have been spending less and less time with eachother. We have been arguing more and disliking one another. This was all because of my brother. He was on drugs, drinking, and smoking cigerrates every chance he could. He was always angry and uncontrollable. I loved my brother, honestly, and I tried helping him, but he wouldn't listen. I started becoming scared of him and doing as he would say.
Well, on Monday he tried sneaking out of the house while my mom left to pick me up. On our way home we saw him and followed him back home. My parents were furious and were kicking him out of the house. I was watching House to try to ignore the usual arguing when I heard a bang against my door, and my mom screaming. Then my dad screaming at my brother asking what he did to my mom. He pushed her against my door and threw her on the ground. He broke a valuable wooden antique in half while he threw it against the wall. He was going to attack again so I tried restraining him, but it was useless. He walked into my parents room and my father was already on the phone with the police.
I went and hid in the garage and asked my friend to come pick me up for I did not want to stay. For 15 minutes, while I waited for my friend, I had to caress my mother while she was crying hysterically on the floor and begging me to tell her why this happened to her. When I was about to leave, the first policeman came. He told me to wait in my friend's car and not to leave because he'll need me later. So we waited outside with a total ignorance of what was going on inside. The minutes passed and we heard a few bangs. Then a second police car came. He went inside. We waited. Then came a third. He want inside. 5 minutes later the three policemen came outside of my house choking my brother and restraining him while he fought back.
He was arrested for domestic violence and assaulting a police officer, he spit on his face and kicked him. My parents are putting him away to a special boarding school where he'll get the help he needs.
He's finally gone.

It must be upsetting to come home everyday just to hear your parents yelling at your brother.
Even though sometimes, the things he does makes you want to kill him, but you just can't stand having to listen to your parents yell at him so much, right?
Well, at least that's what I think.
And my brother's a total jerk. I think I'm too much of a softie. ><
I'm glad he's getting help and that you'll have some more peaceful days.
How's your relationship with your brother like?

I don't know what to say. *hugs* sad I'm sorry your brother lost control, and I'm glad he's getting the help he needs though. heart Thanks really. :3 AngelI would always stand up for him when my parents yelled. If they asked me a question like if his eyes look glassy or if I saw any of his friends come over, I'd lie. He knew that I wouldn't turn him in and he took advantage of me. I'm too much of a softie too. But, I really do love him, and all I want to see him do is to make something of himself.

You're such a sweet younger sister.
That's terrible of him to take advantage of you when you're so protective of him. Not only did he not do his role of taking care of his little sister, he made her (you) upset as well. sad heart

Angel -hugs- :] <3 Everyone has always said that he never cares about me, so why should I bother. But, I believe he does love me, he's just stubborn. And thanks. :3 <3

Well, my brother is now living in a behavioural correctional facility and my parents want me to visit him. I don't know what to say to him though. sad Kai-Pie I wouldn't really know what to do in your situation sad . I'm glad you're ok though heart and so is your family. just talk to him as you did before.
about how he likes it there maybe, how he's doing. keep him up to date on stuff your doing in school. that kind of stuff. I'm sure he'd appreciate you visiting him.
and the facilities are more like schools than anything else... or at least from what I'm told and have looked up. 3nodding heart heart

Well I talked to him today. The conversation was pretty akward, and it sort of went like this..
Amanda: Hey!
Daniel: Hey (His voice was choked, like he was holding back tears)
Amanda: So what'ya doin?
Daniel: Watching Joe Dirt and playing some chess.
Amanda: Heh. I was watching that earlier on Comedy central. So, any friends?
Daniel: Yeah a few.
Amanda: Really, now. Younger, older, or what?
Daniel: They're around my age.
Amanda: That's great. So, Dad said you were watching Stuart Little.
Daniel: Well, I watched that at the other place they were keeping me.
Amanda: Hm... So how's the food there? What are they feeding you?
Daniel: ... well, potatoes. I mean like hamburgers, fries, tacos, and stuff. Not like the other place.
Amanda: Well that's good. So, I got the House season 2 dvd today.
Daniel: The what?
Amanda: The season 2 dvd of House.
Daniel: Oh, you bought it?
Amanda: Yeah.
(A pause of silence)
Daniel: Can you put mom on?
Amanda: Yeah of course.
And that was it. I forgot to tell him I love him. I felt so stupid afterwards.
But in better-ish news. I prayed to god to bring me a boyfriend. He gave me two choices. Now I'm stuck in the middle. I really like them both, and they both make me feel special. So I'm just going to start going out with one to see where it goes. :3
I officially have a boyfriend. :] <3
