Well if you are talking about the first WEAPON seen coming out of the northern crater it is Diamond Weapon and the first that you see later on is the unnamed WEAPON that gets its head blown off

The first WEAPON seen in the series which includes such games as Before Crisis and Dirge of Cerberus and the movie Advent Children, is Jade WEAPON seen in Before Crisis. And the one that gets its face blown in by the Junon Cannon/Sister Ray is called Saphire WEAPON.

Hmm highest hp huh lets see there are a few high ones i think it is master tonberry with its 44,444 hp but i am not sure never really looked at too many hps of enemies
