Yeah, i definitely think that a motion picture of Eureka 7 would be awesome. Something like before eureka met renton, or what happens to the two after the end of the series. I wonder if anything like that will happen...

Go ahead and write your stories...I have watched ep 49 so many times that I have become bored with the entire thing and could care less about the movie, I might even quit the guild!

when I said "that couldnt possibly be true" I meant me being bored with Eureka Seven (note the comment below that!), not the fact about the movie...

if they did make a movie it should tell the story of how the gekko state came to be i think that would be more to the viewers intertainment

that fan club that was linked to gives a good summary of all rumors floating on the internet right now. Unfortunately is admits that they are all just rumors.
One thing it did throw out which I was surprised at had to do with the 6th volume of the manga series.
*spoiler* Apparently in the last manga Dominic and Anemone have a baby. This is a girl. From the cover of the final DVD you see a pic of a boy with wings and a girl without them. The site envisions these two as being somehow related to an E7 Movie. *end spoiler*
If there is a movie, I'm sure nothing will be released by studio bones until after the series has ended here in America. Once the show airs Saturday we will be in a position where Bones can give us something to keep us interested. A movie would be awesome. It would also be very much in the tradition of FMA.
