I love how he looks. He is so hot and has a perfect body .... muscles.... -drools- heart
I also love his personality. He has been through so much and yet he keeps going. He never gives up. It's so inspiring. That's probably one of my favorite things about him. I can relate to him with a lot of things too...

tbh only thing bad that happened to Kai in the anime was him being stupid enough to fall for his grandfathers plan to be used for world domination...

I wish they focused on Kai moreso than any other character. I mean, it's good to have balance, but Kai should have been included more in the anime and manga.
I think Takao ruined it by allowing Kai to become a father in the manga. I am very doubtful that Kai would ever sleep with anyone...

Kai is still a guy, no matter how Kai-ish he acts. He would do it with someone, he would just make sure it was someone he really loved and could trust first.

I agree, but you see, it would mainly be done to extend the Hiwatari line and he probably did it for Dranzer's sake too. He wouldn't abandon her on his shelf (past his immature stage of quitting in V-Force.) Also, Voltaire's character is very pressing. Most characters have clear dreams, Voltaire's is having his grandson take over the family business because of the dispute with his son. Kai wasn't rebellious about going with what his grandfather wanted like in the anime. (Though in the manga Voltaire didn't want to take over the world,)

True, Soichirou (Voltaire) wasn't obsessed with world domination in the manga; he just wanted Kai to take over the family business since he'd disowned his son and Kai's dad, Susumu (why is Kai the only one with a name beginning with the letter 'k'? *shrug*)...
Anyway, what I love about Kai (in no particular order)...
1. his determination/resolve, which he shows in a manner different from Takao's (Tyson's).
2. his 'bounce-back' attitude [after the first two seasons]. Notice that he doesn't rail against any losses and mope about them for hours - maybe days - afterward. Instead, he accepts them and takes them in his stride.
3. [from the manga] the change in his viewpoint about the sport. He went from using Beyblades as a tool to 'take revenge' on Beyblades themselves (he blames the tops for the 'loss' of his dad), to just having fun training and battling using them. He matured.
4. his physical appearance, what else. xd
There's one flaw, though: he's only a year or two older than Takao, who happens to be - according to the manga - an elementary school student. Given that they have permission to travel the world (courtesy of the BBA and their respective guardians), I'd say Takao, Max and Kyouju (Kenny) are around 10 to 11 at the start of the manga. That would make Kai 12 or 13, yet he already has that kind of build. It's quite unrealistic for one so young to be so...well, muscular. Oh, well...
On an entirely different note, I just love the fact that he's my age in the anime. In the original Japanese, Kai was 13 years of age in Beyblade 2002. That particular series aired on January 8, 2002 (exactly 2 months after my 13th birthday). Aoki Takao once stated that Kai's birthday is on August 2, meaning (since the fans who know a character's birthday count him/her as one year older on that day of the year) Kai had, in effect, already turned 13 by that time. Hence, we were of the same age.
I know, shallow, huh? But, hey, the logic is sound (at least to me). Anyone else here turning 18 this year, aside from me? If so, then be glad, for you're his age, too (if you're as much a fangirl as I apparently am)! xd

and i know what you mean about the muscle I doubt a 13 year old would have that much! it's like O___O HE'S A MACHINE

Kai's liking younger girls, I mean. It's possible. I've calculated that there's a 32% chance of a certain guy liking a younger girl (leaving us with 40% probability that he likes someone his age, and 28% probability that he likes someone older, around 1 to 2 years older)...
Hehe...learned from the most recent statistics class I had, where we combined probability and stat, so... sweatdrop
