ok, i got this idea and i wonder if it will work, i'm trying to stimulate the third eye by basically not allowing my regular eyes to function by keeping lights off or a bandanna tied around my head and trying to see things with my third eye instead.
ps, if you decide to do this be responsible for your own sake
oh yeah, also, steer clear of traffic and bridges.... and bonfires... and hazardous chemicals, though why you would mess with those anyway i dont know....

well progress was made but not enough to make much of a difference, so after a couple times i guess i'll have enough to be skeptical at least.

Miss Mahina How long are you going to keep your eyes closed and where are you planning to go? the whole time lol i guess the excersise takes 20 minutes and just walk around it doesnt really matter where just dont play in traffic.

From what I know, this does work. By putting a bandannah TIGHTLY around your head covering your phiycal eyes it puts pressure on your third eye activating it. You just need to get into a astral state, then you can explore the phyical in astral mode, or the ethernic layer.

I'm interested in knowing what that would do for me. I think i'm going to try. I'll let you know if anything happens I guess. Of course my parents would look at me funny if they saw me doing it. They're strict christians so everything I do is questioned. sweatdrop sweatdrop

I have done this, and yeah, if done right, it works fantastic.
But I did it in the middle of the woods, where there is mud holes and trees and stumps. I wanted to make sure the process really worked, at risk of my own safety.
