♠So we can all pretty much guess that all girls have some type of insecurity about their body, none more than plus size girls. You're hesitant about showing your bodies and what not, but I find it extra hard for me for some reason. I'm not trying to be egotistical, but most girls find me attractive, and I'm very skinny, and have defined muscle structure. So, when I try to get with bigger girls, they're almost sick to be with me or let me get intimate with them. One girl even yelled at me when I was like and suck her belly. I mean, what the hell? am I doing something wrong? or is just something I don't know?
any of you mind filling me in?♠

I used to be hesitant, now I'm in-between. Hell, I'd let everybody see me naked if I thought they wanted to and if I didn't get such creepy guys talking to me at times (not talkin' about anybody here, before anybody assumes xp ) Like seriously, seriously creepy guys asking odd questions and stuff.
However I've only ever been with one guy, and have issues with the thought of possibly fooling around with anybody other than somebody I've got strong feelings for. I couldn't just have a one night stand or kiss somebody without feeling something for them, I don't know why, but I don't think it has anything to do with my weight so much as how I was raised. I say that to say, every girl is different and has their little quirks that cause them to react however they do to you.
But I know I'd be a bit more paranoid of dating a skinny guy than a bigger guy because in the back of my mind I'll still hear the whole "I'm going to break him" evil voice in my head. I'd think "This looks wrong, I'm too fat for him" (which I already do somewhat with my boyfriend). In fact, I think I started crying the first time my boyfriend kissed down my stomach or really touched my stomach, it was just this emotionally upsetting thing to me that he'd see it and acknowledge it because I am so self-conscious about it (I was more-so at the time). He's not even an FA or a fan of bigger girls in general, but if he started sucking on it I think I would've slapped the s**t out of him just from embarassment, shock and the weird mental quirks I have.

this is coming from another guys thoughts so it may not be true...but ive seen some similar themes happen to a friend of mine who was a pretty built guy who liked bigger girls.
some had self image issues with themselves and thought that they werent good enough for the guy. some thought it was a sick joke (like the rumored 'dog shows' in college frats).
i think it also grows from our preconceived notions of society (ie: the skinny built jock only goes for the cheerleader, and the geeks goe for the geeks at the other end of the spectrum).
its really kinda sad actually theres all these preconcieved notions about certain types of people only being able to date people 'in their ball park.' which makes the rest of us somehow try to overcompensate for stupid shortcomings. (end mini rant sweatdrop )
i think the sucking on the belly thing is a bit odd for most girls who consider that region to be their bane. it might be possible that you should ask them about something like that before hand. other than taht i dunno.

We're just used to having the idea of how repulsive we are drilled into our heads.
To me, it's more of a "I don't deserve anyone" type thing.
I haven't had one boyfriend in my entire life. Probably because of this.

My boyfriend was the same way.
He always used to fall into the same loop of falling in love with a really pretty girl who doesn't like you and also happens to be a huge whore who gets drunk and makes out with your best friend, which made him even MORE insecure.
He also used to freak out if I told him that I'd want to take off his shirt. He'd be like 'NooooOOOOoo, don't look at me! gonk '
But then I had a dream that I was snuggling with him, and he started complaining about his tummy, so I lifted up his shirt, looked at his tummy, and then kissed it. So the next day I was like 'If it looks anything like it does in my dream then it's FINE. rolleyes '

I used to be that way, but I don't much care anymore. If he wasn't attracted, he wouldn't be intimate with me...that's what I think.
Hell if he's into it, and I'm into it...and we have mutual consent('cause there are exceptions), then yee-haw I'm up for anything. *silly grin*
Don't mind me I'm just in a weird/hyper mood today. ;P

It sounds to me like she was just insecure about that area of her body and the sudden attention to it freaked her out. Sometimes, especially in sexual situations, when something suddenly happens that we're not comfortable with we don't react in the best way. I also agree with many of the other posters here who said that she might have felt like she wasn't good enough for you because of how society treats fat women, so that could have added to her insecurity and thus her reaction.
So don't feel bad about it. I don't think it was your fault.

I agree with Badger. I might be uncomfortable in that situation too. I know my boyfriend said he would be if I did something like that to him.
If that ever happens again, just tell her that it's okay and that you love her. Just try and calm her down and, if possible, open her up to the idea that it could be a sensual thing for the both of you. 3nodding

I am...afriad I guess or weary would be better of a term of anyone who says they would sleep with me. I have an extreme amount of self-doubt and it gets to where if someone has seen what I look like I think they are lieing if I get some sort of bodily related compliment.

The Dread Pirate Ghosty color=darkblue]I was hanging out with this guy, and he had apparently shaved his chest hair into like... the hammer of Odin or something. When he told us my friend and I insisted on seeing, he was like "...But... you'll see my stomach ._." I wanted to point out how I was fatter than him, but my friend just gave him some line about not being able to see his stomach under the table or something. I found it odd a guy be worried about taking their shirt off, although my boyfriend is kinda like that with everybody but me. some of us are more self concious than most girls realize or we let on. most of the time guys dont talk about it so no one ever really figures it out. That and if another guy asks and he says "no" most of us (unless they are douches) dont press the issue. 3nodding
